        In this thesis, we designed and implemented a tracking filter which can be used for FH/2-FSK communication system in band of 40~60[MHz]. After measuring a performance of a tracking filter, an insertion loss was measured from 3.7 to 4.3 dB, depending upon a hopping center frequency. The 3 dB bandwidth of a tracking filter was specified 5.1 to 5.33% depend upon a hopping and 30/3 dB shape factor indication for interrupting property of a filter shows 6.828 to 6.98 satisfying a required specification. Also the attenuation $2{\times}f_0$, the characteristic parameter for interference degree, was specified 46~52dB, not satisfying a required specification. 본 논문에서는 주파수도약용 통신시스템을 위한 40~60[MHz]의 주파수 범위를 갖는 트래킹 필터를 설계, 제작하였다. 트래킹필터의 성능결과 삽입손실은 각 호핑 중심주파수에서 3.7~4.3[dB], 3[dB]대역폭은 중심주파수에서 5.1~5.33[%], 필터의 차단특성인 30/3[dB] shape factor는 6.828~6.98로 설계목표를 만족하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 하지만 $2{\times}f_0$의 감쇄량은 46~52[dB]가 측정되어 설계목표에 미치지 못하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

        MLCC 절단용 초경합금 칼날의 나노표면 가공 기술

        The purpose of this study is to examine and propose a high quality blade manufacturing method by applying ELID grinding technology to machining the tungsten carbide blade edge for MLCC sheet cutting. In this study, experiments are performed according to the abrasive type of grinding wheel, grinding method and grinding direction using the non-stop continuous dressing ELID grinding technology. By comparing and analyzing the chipping phenomena and surface roughness of both the blade grinding surface and the processed surface, a method for machining the tungsten carbide blade for cutting MLCC sheet is proposed. From the analysis of the surface roughness and chipping phenomena, it is confirmed that the use of diamond abrasive is advantageous for the blade machining. In addition, it succeeds in the machining of 6㎛ fine blade without any chipping, by using the grinding wheel #4000 with the diamond abrasive.

        사파이어 의료용 나이프의 연삭가공에서 지그의 탄성계수가 날 부 형상에 미치는 영향

        This study determines the selection of an appropriate jig material for the blade edge of the medical sapphire knife. The physical properties of the jig material affects the edge shape and chipping phenomenon in machining of the medical sapphire knife. If a grinding wheel is used, brittle workpieces such as sapphire are easily damaged by the propagation of cracks because the grinding force significantly increases. It is important to constantly maintain the grinding force in the grinding process of the brittle materials. The grinding force can be kept constantly by inducing the elastic deformation of the Jig material because the elastic deformation of brittle work-piece is negligibly low. The chipping phenomenon may be reduced by selecting the proper Jig material. Aluminum, copper, stainless steels and carbon steel were used as Jig materials. The experiment was conducted using a cast iron grinding wheel, which was installed on a conventional grinding machine with the ELID grinding system. The thickness and width of the chipping area were measured using an optical microscope and FE-SEM to analyze the shape of the blade edge. According to the experiment result, the chipping phenomenon decreased, and the sharp edge was formed when the jig materials with low elastic modulus were used.

        세라믹 단열 게이트를 이용한 블로우성형용 PET 프리폼의 백화현상 저감 기술

        The purpose of this study is to improve the whitening phenomenon around the PET preform gate for blow molding. CAE analysis of plastic injection molding has been applied to design of preform shape and select the injection molding conditions. A ceramic insulation gate with lower thermal conductivity than metal is applied to improve the whitening phenomenon created around the gate in the injection molding process. According to the results of CAE analysis, the warpage deformation at the square corner was estimated to be about 0.34 mm at the bottom. From the results of the temperature history analysis, it was confirmed that the resin near the gate cooled more rapidly than the cavity. Ceramic insulated gates were fabricated to reduce the cooling rate and experiments were conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the whitening phenomenon improvement. As a result of the ceramic insulation gate experiment, it was confirmed that the whitening phenomenon was significantly reduced around the gate.

        광학렌즈의 사출압축성형에서 오버플로우를 이용한 웰드라인과 복굴절 저감

        This study has focused on the weld-line and birefringence reduction of a plastic optic lens using over and CAE analysis in injection compression molding. A concave lens, which has a thin thickness in the center and a large difference in thickness between the center and the periphery, often causes weld-line defects during injection molding. CAE analysis has been applied to optimize the overflow design in order to reduce the weld-line defects and the polarization defects. To reduce the weld line and birefringence defects, overflow design and application using CAE analysis show that the measured birefringence values of the specimens before the overflow application were 46.8㎚ and 36.9㎚, and the values after the over-flow application were 13.6㎚ and 14.0㎚. From the experimental results, it is confirmed that birefringence is greatly improved when overflow is applied.

        In this paper, arterial pulse mesurement system is developed to measure the signal generated by the beating from a living body. These signals gathered by the sensors are amplified, and then are transferred to multi-channel of computer. Intel I8051 is used to control the data of the arterial pulse. The signal period of analized arterial pulse can be displayed either in time and frequency domain. The data in freqency domain can be quickly converted into time domain by applying FFT. Displays in time domain can be adjustable according to the voltage and scale.
