팔라듐 촉매를 이용한 Vinylmercuric-chlorides 의 CO 첨가 호모커플링반응

팔라듐 촉매를 이용한 vinylmercuric chlorides의 CO 첨가반응과 커플링반응을 동시에 진행시키는 CO 첨가 호모커플링반응을 실시하여 대칭 디비닐케톤 또는 디비닐 ${\alpha}$-디케톤을 비교적 좋은 수득율로 얻었다. 디비닐케톤과 디비닐 ${\alpha}$-디케톤의 최적 합성조건을 규명하기 위하여 여러가지 vinylmercuric chlorides의 대표적인 모델로서 (E)-styrylmercuric chloride를 선택하여 촉매의 종류 및 그의 양, 염기, 용매 및 반응온도 등의 조건에 따른 수득율의 변화를 조사하였다. 촉매로 10mol%의 dichlorobis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II), 염기로 등몰의 Pyridine, 10mol%의 요오드 및 10기압의 일산화탄소 존재하에, acetonitrile 용매 중 50${\circ}$C에서 반응시켜 가장 좋은 수득율로 디비닐 ${\alpha}$-디케톤이 얻어졌으며, 상압의 일산화탄소와의 반응에서는 낮은 수득율로 디비닐 ${\alpha}$-디케톤을 얻었다. Symmetrical divinyl ketone or divinyl ${\alpha}$-diketone was synthesized in moderately good yields through palladium catalyzed carbonylative homocoupling reaction of vinylmercuric chlorides with carbon monoxide. In order to find out optimum synthetic reaction conditions, we examined the effect of catalysts, bases, solvents and reaction temperature when (E)-styrylmercuric chloride was used as a typical starting material. The best yield of divinyl ${\alpha}$-diketone was obtained in the reaction using 10 mol% of dichlorobis(triphenyl phosphine)palladium (II) as a catalyst, an equivalent of pyridine as a base, 10 mol% of iodine and acetonitrile at 50${\circ}$C under 10 atmospheric pressure of carbon monoxide. The yield of divinyl ${\alpha}$-diketone was decreased under atmospheric pressure of carbon monoxide.

헝가리 自然史博物館에 所藏된 北韓産 풍뎅이類의 標本目綠(Ⅱ)

北韓으로 부터 採集되어 Hungary 自然史博物館에 所藏중인 600余 個體의 풍뎅이上科 標本을 借用하여 同定한 후 일부의 資料까지 포함하여 그 目錄을 發表한 바 있으나(金, 1992) 이후 더 많은 標本을 分類學的으로 檢討하게 되었다. 그 結果 새로 追加된 種이 많을 뿐만 아니라 過去의 資料에 의한 種類주에는 잘못된 것이 많았음이 發見되어 이들을 모두 整理 및 包含시키는 새로운 目錄을 作成하였다. 目錄은 10科 91種 2,226個體의 標本과 文獻등의 資料에 의한 1科 5種을 包含한 11科 96種을 收錄하였으며, 各種의 採集記錄은 Index로 表示하였다. We have been listed North Korean Scarabaeoidea of 630 individuals which conserved in Hungarian Natural History Museum, firstly in the year 1992. But another specimens were arrived, newly, in my laboratory and I was reviewed them recently. Total 2,226 specimens containning last samples were composed 91 species belonging to 10 families, and the other 1 family and 5 species are added to this list by the literatures or other information. Several names, recorded in the synonymy or the misidentification, of first report were corrected.

플랜트 EPC 사업을 위한 구매 엔지니어링 관리 지원 시스템 개발

Purchasing engineering is the activity of preparing a material requisition document for equipment and checking whether the contents of the material requisition document are satisfied by vendor data. In the plant's EPC business, the purchase of equipment is a very important task that affects the plant's performance and the schedule and cost of the project. In the meantime, the creation of purchase specifications has generally relied on the experience of personnel without the help of formal processes or software. In addition, there is no software to support whether the contract is well reflected in the material requisition document and whether the contents of the material requisition document are well reflected in the vendor data. In this paper, we introduce the core functions of the PeMSS (Procurement Engineering Management Support System). 구매 엔지니어링이란 기자재의 구매 사양서를 작성하고, 구매 사양서의 내용이 공급자 데이터에 의해 만족되었는지 확인하는 활동이다. 플랜트의 EPC 사업에서 기자재의 구매는 플랜트의 성능과 사업의 일정 및 비용에 매우 중요한 영향을 미치는 업무이다. 그 동안 구매 사양서의 작성은 일반적으로 정형화된 프로세스나 소프트웨어의 도움 없이 담당자의 경험에 의존해왔다. 또한 계약 사항이 구매 사양에 잘 반영되었는지, 구매 사양의 내용이 공급자 데이터에 잘 반영되었는지 지원하는 소프트웨어가 부재한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황에 대처하기 위해 개발 중인 구매 엔지니어링 관리 지원 시스템(PeMSS: Procurement Engineering Management Support System)의 핵심 기능을 소개하고자 한다.

Bis(2 - ethylhexyl)phthalate 합성의 속도론(1) : 무촉매 반응 Non - Catalytic Reaction

Mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate를 2-ethyl hexanol 에 의하여 에스테르化 하는것에 대한 反應速度論的硏究를 酸 및 鹽基와 같은 觸媒를 사용하지 않을 때 그의 反應機構를 알기 위하여 행하였다. 실험적으로 결정된 速度式은 mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate에 대하여 2次이고 2-ethyl hexanol에 대하여는 1次이었다. 이 방정식의 溫度依存性의 플로트로부터 18㎉/mole의 活性化에너지를 얻었다. 또한 反應機構에 대한 약간의 검토를 행하였다. Chemical kinetic study of the esterification of mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate with 2-ethyl hexanol was carried out to find the reaction mechanism when catalyst, such as acid or base, was not used. The rate equation determined experimentally was second order for mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate and first order for 2-ethyl hexanol. The plot of temperature dependence of reaction rate constant of this equation gave an activation energy value of 18 ㎉/mole. Some discussion of the reaction mechanism was also given.

헝가리 自然史博物館에 所藏된 北韓産 풍뎅이類의 標本目錄(I)

Hungary 昆蟲學者들에 의하여 주로 1975년 이후 北韓에서 採集되었으며 현재 헝가리 Budapest의 自然史博物館에 所藏되어있는 풍뎅이類의 標本을 빌려서 同定하였다. 우선은 側氣門類와 풍뎅이科 및 검정풍뎅이科의 우단풍뎅이亞科의 標本 690個體를 借用한바 이는 50種이었으며, 이외에도 Stebnicka가 報告한 3種 및 博物館 自體의 所藏目錄에 의한 14種등의 總 67種에 대한 目錄을 作成하였다. 本人이 同定한 標本중에서 똥풍뎅이科의 Aphodius depressus는 韓國未記錄種이었으며, 다른 3種은 北韓未目錄이었다. 한편 博物館의 目錄에는 2種이 韓國未記錄이며 다른 4種은 北韓未記錄種들인데 이들은 北韓의 分布與否 또는 誤同定與否가 크게 疑心되므로 該當標本을 모두 再檢討하는 것이 바람직하다. 67 species of North Korean Laparosticti, Rutelidae and Sericinae (Melolonthidae) of Scarabaeoidea which are conserved in Hungarian Museum of Natural History (Budapest) were listed. 690 individuals of 50 species were loaned and identified by me, 3 species were reported by Stebnicka (1980) and the other 14 species was obtained from the conserved list of Hungarian museum. A species of 50 identified, Aphodius depressus Klug (Aphodiidae) was recorded newly from Korea, and the other 4 species were added to the North Korea fauna. In 14 species of the museum list, 2 and other 3 species which were not reported from Korea or N. Korea were cotained. But, it is very doubt that the identification of them may be correct or they can distribute in our area.

Symmetrical diaryl ${\alpha}-diketones$ were synthesized in moderately good yields through the palladium catalyzed reaction of aryl iodides with carbon monoxide. The reaction was tolerant of a wide variety of fuctionalities($OCH_3,\;CH_3,\;NO_2,\;OH,\;COOH$) on the aryl iodide. On the other hand, the similar reaction of aryl bromides or chlorides with carbon monoxide did not proceed.
