Seven experimental poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fibers have been spun and then drawn at different process conditions, i.e., spinning speed and draw ratio, in such a way that the fibers possess different long periods but retain the crystal structure. Wide angle X-ray diffraction, small angle X-ray scattering, and loss modulus measurements have been used to characterize the fine structure of the fibers. The influence of fine structure on the extensional fatigue behavior of the PET fibers has studied by subjecting them to 120~l8Orev/min repeating deformation at 10$^4$~ 10 5 cycles. In order to detect the molecular motion of PET concerned with the extensional fatigue, thermoluminescence(TL) experiments were performed at high temperature region(above room temperature). The high temperature TL intensity decreased with l0$^4$ cycle extension but increased with l05 cyclic extenxion. The extent of changein TL intensity was found to be a function of long period and loss modulus.

The aim of this study is introduce the several methods for the increase of women's political empowerment. Women's political participation is one side dependent variable, and another side independent variable in the modernization process. It means, women's participation increases in the process of social development, and same time the women's participation leads the democratization and modernization. In Korea is the quote of the women in the National Assembly and Local Assembly very low, about 6%. Therefore need the strategy for the increase of participation. The center of this empowerment are the women's movement and groups. And the strategies are the political education for the women, support for the woman-candidate in the election, research work and policy development.

Democracy in the modern times had been developed in the form of a representative democracy (which was) based on a political party. Though, however, they were real sovereigns, the people had gradually become estranged from polity as the representative democracy expanded its influence in all the fields. As a result, a social movement fully supported by the public came to be a new phenomenon representing political participation. The social movement, particularly, not only functioned as a tool of communication among the public, but also took the lead in social reform in the last quarter of the 1960s. It had already enough characteristics of the political party to get political power substantially.
The social movement, after all, gave birth to a german Greens, which took the initiative both environment movement and peace movement. Besides, it had the potential to change the configuration of politics in Germany. The Greens, keeping pace with the social movement, had an influence on the activities of self-government and spoke our their
assertion in the National Parliament in the 1980s. Greens, whose motto was for social, ecological, basis-democratic belief, and non-violence, made an issue of environmental problem and women's problem in parliament. The Green parry also had an effect on the existing parries by introducing the military problem, which had long been tabooed in arguing against, On the agenda. Finally it gained enormously from the. steady endeavors to protect the civil rights, that is the parry of Greens alloted 50% of the existing Or potential parry position to women. And it could keep its fame by adopting the system of rotation as well as basis-democratic rules.
