해초비빔밥을 단기간 일상식으로 상용했을 때 배변습관 개선에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of routine haecho bibimbab (boiled rice with assorted seaweed mixtures) consumption on the bowel habits in humans. Forty free-living adults (female 38, male 2) participated in this study (mean age 41.2 ± 7.5). After a baseline survey on general characteristics, life style and dietary habits, the participants were asked to consume haecho bibimbab during two-week period for lunch. Habitual bowel movements were checked out every day by a questionnaire and nutrient intake was estimated by a 24-hour recalls before and after the study. After 2 weeks of clinical trial, the bowel habits had improved. Haecho bibimbab increased the number of bowel movements, changed hard stools into softer ones. It also lessen the sense of incomplete evacuation, and abdominal pain during defecation, increased water intake (p < 0.001) and improved gastrointestinal problem. The participants believed that haecho bibimbab was effective in improving their constipation symptoms and bowel habits (p < 0.01). Routine haecho bibimbab consumption tended to increase especially vitamin A, E and folate intake (p < 0.01). The present findings suggest that routine seaweed-based lunch meal (haecho bibimbab) consumption may improve bowel habits without side effects.

This study was conducted to establish the hygiene standards for chicken entrees(deep-fried breast chicken, chicken and potato in red pepper paste and smothered chicken) served with in 3 different elementary school lunch programs during 2002. The study evaluated the layout characteristics of the food facilities, and determined the physical and microbiological hazards for the production of chicken entrees based on the HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system. The kitchen layouts needed to be remodeled for the separation of soiled and clean work areas. The pH values for all items were over 6.0, which require careful attention. The microbial assessments of 3 chicken items revealed that the TPC, coliforms and Staphylococcus aureus were within normal ranges, but Salmonella was found at several stages in the production of all products, with the exception of smothered chicken. The bacterial counts of the kitchen utensils and cooks' hands exceeded acceptable limits, and workers' sanitary practices were poor in terms of sanitary handling and holding of foods and utensils. The CCPs determined related to the steps of receiving, cooking and breaking of egg shells. From our findings, it is recommended that chicken entrees should be prepared and served very carefully, as salmonella was detected at several stages during meal production, and the aim of the HACCP system is to secure against food-borne illnesses due to reckless school food service operations.

This study focused the function of the sports among many of the factors which is improving the quality of working life. To accomplish the purpose of this study, we studied the neccesity of quality as a means of value pursuit of life and out of labour by the industrialize through the literature study. In the present society, we would like to clarify between QWL and sports functions and its value. Between QWL and sports, we could find that it is the positive relation. At the same time, this study emphasized that for the improvement of QWL in the industry, sports activity is doing important roll and recognizing it to the employer.

While these measure are important, you should also think about other factors in considering your career options. For example, location, liking the people you work with, press from job, work environment, outlook, security, physical demands and enjoying your work are just a few of the many factors that may define the prospective occupations for you. What is the connection between ethics and performance? Business ethics is a means of performance. Business ethics contributes not only to the performance but also to the improvement of the corporate image. Business ethics is influenced by ninny factors - organizational climate, personalities, philosophy of management, periods, nations, industries, demographic groups, socio-cultural environments, CEO, government regulations, and so forth. In advanced countries, the importance of business ethics was already recognized in the 1980s and the ethics of management and the management of ethics has been emphasized as a primary management Policy. In Korea, however, the emphasis has been put on the efficiency of production to achieve the rapid growth of economic development during the last thirty years. This, in turn, resulted in new conflict issues of business ethics. The purpose of the study is to describe the definition of business ethics and to develop a business ethics matrix model for ethics management. To accomplish the purpose of the study, prior literature and records of business ethics were the thoroughly reviewed. The study has several limitations in generalizing the results and draw conclusions. However, the study attempted to develop the Business Ethics Matrix model for ethics management in business activities.

Industrial relations is a means of production. Production efficiency may be increased if the corporate industrial relations is carried out through an integrated system of human resources management. Industrial relations contributes not only to the productions efficiency and quality improvement but also to the morale of employees by satisfying their sense of human dignity. In advanced countries, the importance of industrial relations was already recognized in the early century and 'corporate industrial relations' has been emphasized as a primary management policy. In Korea, however, the emphasis has been put on the efficiency of production to achieve rapid growth of economic development during the last thirty years. This, in turn, resulted in high conflict issues of industrial relations. The purpose of the study is to analyze the conflict issues of industrial relations and to develop a human matrix model for corporate industrial relations. To accomplish the purpose of the study, prior literature and records of industrial relations were thoroughly reviewed. The study has several at limitations in generalizing the results and draw conclusions. However, the study attempted to develop the Human Matrix model for corporate industrial relations between employer and employee. The study also showed that the humanization along with the corporation of industrial relations system is essential in preventing conflict issues in industrial relations.
