        행동 모니터링이 IT서비스 아웃소싱 성공에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구

        In IT service outsourcing, buyers conventionally use two forms of inter-firm monitoring practices; output and behavior monitoring. The extant literature has focused on different effects of output and behavior monitoring with little empirical evidence of monitoring influences. In this paper, we primarily investigate the effects of behavior monitoring, i.e., process and supplier monitoring, on the buyer's outsourcing success mediated by supplier capability and performance in the IT service outsourcing context. We propose and test a research model using the data gathered from the buyers who experienced IT service outsourcing in Korea. The results show that both supplier capability and performance positively influence the buyer's outsourcing success directly and that supplier capability mediated by supplier performance also indirectly affects its success. Process monitoring positively influences both supplier capability and performance directly and also indirectly affects supplier performance mediated by supplier capability. Supplier monitoring, however, positively influences supplier performance only indirectly through mediated supplier capability.

        서비스 아웃소싱에서의 구매사 몰입이 공급사에 대한 유지관성에 미치는 영향

        Trust and commitment have been widely accepted as buyers’ relationship strategy in services supply chain management. The extant literatures have focused on positive effects of relationship strategy with little attention towards negative influences such as buyer’s switching inertia. Suppliers will have higher competitive advantages when buyer’s switching inertia exists in the incumbent?challenger rivalry, while buyer would lose flexibility when switching inertia is evident. In this paper, we primarily investigate the effects of buyer’s strategy, i.e. commitment, on buyer"s switching inertia mediated by supplier’s collaboration in services outsourcing context. And, we divide the sample into two groups, i.e. IT and non-IT services outsourcing, to identify the difference among different outsourcing phases. IT services outsourcing has been considered as a phase of business transformational outsourcing while non-IT services outsourcing is in contract-based outsourcing phase. The results show that buyer’s commitment positively influences the buyer"s switching inertia mediated by supplier collaboration without direct relationship in non-IT services outsourcing. We believe that the full mediation effects present the building process of switching inertia. Buyer’s effort (i.e. commitment) leads supplier’s collaboration which would turn into performance which guarantee buyer’s switching inertia in general services outsourcing. However, no mediation effect has been revealed in IT services outsourcing with just direct impacts on supplier’s collaboration and buyer’s switching inertia. So we recommend buyers for business transformational services outsourcing to cautiously compare positive effect (i.e. supplier’s collaboration) and negative effect (i.e. buyer’s switching inertia) when they apply relationship strategy.

        Habit Formation of Users in SNS : The Role of Information and System Quality, and Perceived Values

        This paper examines how system characteristics(i.e., information quality and system quality) and users’ perceived values affect habit formation in SNS. We propose a conceptual model for investigating the framework for the influences of SNS provider’s efforts on users’ habits, mediated by emotional and economic value of users. Habit formation rarely was considered as dependent variable to be achieved before this study, and suggested research model is empirically tested based on the survey data obtained from 267 SNS users in Korea. Results show that information quality is identified as meaningful antecedent to build habit formation mediated by emotional and economic value, whereas the effects of system quality is evident only mediated by emotional value. Overall, the study discovers that SNS provider’s efforts to manage quality help build users’ habits indirectly by inducing users to change their perceived values. Managerial implications of the results are discussed in detail along with theoretical contributions and future research directions.

        거래시간의 차이를 고려한 한국, 중국 및 일본 주식시장의 상호의존성

        This study analyzes the stock market interdependences among Korea, China and Japan before and after global financial crisis, using EGARCH(1,1)-GED model. First, we found a significant mean spillover effect from China, Japan, and U.S. to Korea, and the influence of Japan is the first, followed by U.S. and China. Korea and Japan daily stock returns were the most sensitive to the previous daily return of U.S. stock market. The influence of U.S. and Japan stock returns to Korea stock return decreased after global financial crisis, but the influence of China stock return to Korea stock return increased after global financial crisis. Second, The influence of close-to-open return of Korea and Japan stock market to close-to-open return of China stock market increased after global financial crisis, and the influence of close-to-open return of Korea stock market to close-to-open return of China stock market more increased relative to close-to-open return of Japan stock market to China stock market. Third, The influence of close-to-open return of China stock market to open-to-close return of Korea stock market increased after global financial crisis. Thus, we found that as the Korea’s trade volume with China increased, the influence of China stock market to Korea stock market increased markedly after global financial crisis. 본 연구에서는 한국, 중국 및 일본 주식시장 간의 상호의존성이 글로벌 금융위기를 전후로 어떠한 변화양상을 보이는지를 미국 주식시장의 영향을 통제하고 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 우리나라 일별수익률은 일본의 영향을 가장 크게 받고 미국, 중국의 순으로 영향을 받고 있으며, 우리나라와 중국, 일본 및 미국과의 무역량의 변화추세와 같이 글로벌 금융위기 이후에 우리나라에 대한 중국의 영향은 크게 증가하였으나 일본과 미국의 영향은 크게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 중국의 밤수익률에 대한 한국과 일본의 밤수익률의 영향도 글로벌 금융위기 이후 일본보다는 한국 밤수익률의 영향이 상대적으로 크게 증가하였다. 또한 한국의 낮수익률에 대한 중국의 밤수익률, 일본 낮수익률 및 미국의 전일 일별수익률의 영향에서도 일본 낮수익률과 미국의 전일 일별수익률의 영향은 글로벌 금융위기 이후에 감소하였으나, 중국의 밤수익률의 영향은 크게 증가하였다. 따라서 중국의 세계경제와의 교류 증가와 무역량 증가에 따라 글로벌 금융위기 이전에 비해 글로벌 금융위기 이후에 한국, 일본 및 미국 주식시장과의 상호의존성이 크게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 2004년 이후 우리나라의 최대 무역국가가 된 중국 주식시장의 한국 주식시장에 대한 영향은 글로벌 금융위기 이후 크게 증가한 것으로 나타났다.

        산업도자기의 디지털 디자인 프로세스에 관한 연구

        산업화와 대량생산을 목적으로 하는 산업도자제품의 디자인 개발과 생산은 새로운 변화에 직면해있다. 제품개발 기간의 단축을 요구받고 있는 가운데 다품종 소량생산체계로 변모하고 있다. 본고에서는 기존의 수작업으로 일관되고 있는 산업도자제품 디자인의 개발과정을 3D CAD를 이용한 콘셉트 스케치로부터의 형태 모델링을 통한 아이디어의 검토 컬러와 문양을 적용한 실사이미지 렌더링과 함께 시제품의 프로토타입(Prototype)을 3D Printing System인 RP(Rapid Prototyping)장비로 최종 완성하는 3D 디지털 디자인프로세스를 구축하고 2D 어플리케이션을 이용한 Decal Design의 전개를 통하여 산업도자기디자인에서의 2D 어플리케이션과 3D CAD에 의한 RP기술의 활용가능성을 진단하고 검토하여 산업도자기의 디지털디자인프로세스를 구축하고자 한다. Design development and production of industrial ceramic of which the purpose is industrialization and mass production is confronted by a new change. Being requested to reduce the period of product development it is changing into a small quantity batch production system. In this manuscript I try to examine an idea through the shape modeling from a concept sketch using 3D CAD for the deign development process of industrial ceramic which has been going through manually and try to construct with real picture rendering in which colors and patterns are applied 3D digital design process that finally completes a prototype by means of RP (Rapid Prototyping) facility which is 3D printing system. And by deploying Decal Design using 2D application I try to construct digital design process of industrial ceramic by diagnosing and examining the utilizable possibility of RP technology using 3D CAD and 2D application in industrial pottery design.
