This study is to investigate factors affecting the satisfaction of voluntary service activity, based on existing theoretical backgrounds and preceding study. We developed a questionnaire, and collected the data from 358 volunteers who were working on 35 social-welfare facilities in Gwangju and Jeonnam area. A stepwise regression has been employed for the analysis. The study showed that satisfaction has been affected by jobs, by religions, by participative frequencies of voluntary service activity, and by careers of voluntary service activity. The personal relation factor has a significant influence on the satisfaction of voluntary service activity. The study results can be fruitfully used for developing a execution plan for utilizing volunteer facilities which need volunteer's activity.
행태적 문화와 의식적 문화의 격차분석과 조직성과 관계분석

Main concerns of this study are to compare Behavioral Corporate Culture with Conscious Corporate Culture through Corporate Culture Gap Analysis and to analyze organizational performance. Therefore, this study focuses on the establishment course of Ideal Corporate Culture. The major reference on which this study is based on is Park's(1994) Strategic Corporate Culture Model, which proved that the main instrument of Corporate Culture Gap Analysis is useful. 619 questionnaire papers were adopted to small and medium manufacture business in Kwangju and Chunnam Area. Major hypotheses to be tested in this study are based on the Park's(1994) Strategic Corporate Culture Model. Statistical Analysis System was used for data analyses. To verify hypotheses, various statistical method (t-test, regression analysis) were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, In the emperical study, I verified Behavioral Corporate Culture and Conscious Corporate Culture differential according to type of enterprise. Second, a smaller Gap Group of Behavioral Corporate Culture and Conscious Corporate Culture showed a better organizational performance. Third, organizational factor and environmental factor have a great influence on the Organizational Performance. Finally, this study focuses on suggesting a desirable change direction of corporate culture through the cultural gap analysis of Behavioral Corporate Culture and Conscious Corporate Culture
