Clinical laboratory data play a very important role in patient treatments. To get the laboratory test data quickly and accurately, we present a model that transfers the laboratory data directly from test equipments to computer. Moreover, they are transformed into a database system for the immediate data availability.

지방자치제 시대에 발맞추어 정보통신부와 행정자치부에서 추진중인 지역정보화 사업에는 지역의 특성을 살린 정보제공을 목표로 한 지역 정보화 센터를 설립하여 지역 주민들에게 생활정보, 산업정보, 행정정보를 제공할 수 있도록 계획하고 있다.현재 지방자치단체에서는 이러한 업무를 수행할 수 있는 정보화 관련 인력이나 예산은 물론이고 장기적인 계획조차 수립하고 있지 못하고 있는 곳이 많으며, 또한 현재의 조직과 예산으로는 지방자치단체의 자체 개발은 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 각 지역에 소재한 중 · 소기업들에게 제공할 수 있는 산업정보와 일반 시민들이 필요로 하는 생활정보의 기본적인 내용과 틀을 마련하여 전국의 232개 시 · 군 · 구의 지역 정보화 센터에서 활용할 수 있는 생활/문화, 무역/기업, 산업/경제, 열린 마당에 관한 컨텐츠를 개발하였다.

Information is a very important part in medical science taking care of the human life. The construction of medical information network for the people's welfare must be considered in the government level. It is very difficult to obtain the desired results from the medical network if it is not accomplished the computerization of the hospital affairs. But the hospital information already made the computerization can be useful by the completion of the medical network. First of all I'd like to look over the basic plans for the national welfare of the ministry of the Health and Social Affairs. And to establish the gathering system of the information the benefits and problems over the using the magnetic-tape and diskettes in charging affairs in the medical insurance must be studied. And then the possibility of processing the interface of the clinical demonstration must be studied, too.

We introduced the methods of a DAVIC and IEEE 802.14 of the Medium Access Control Protocols in order to the two directions a CATV network based on HFC and proposed a new direction by the performance comparison about collision resolution algorithms that resolve an occurrent collision over an upstream channel in their protocols.

Neural networks are now widely used in many pattern recognition problems. But when recognition problems are complicated, most neural networks require long training trials. Moreover the trained results are often stuck in local optimum solutions. we propose a local prototype vector training algorithm that requires less training time. For this, a variable influence region is associated to each prototype vector. Then the number of vectors, the locations, the influence regions are optimized during training process. The trained neural networks are effective and efficient since they can accurately describe the complicated pattern distributions with less resources. The proposed training algorithm is experimented by a complex pattern recognition problem.

웹 어플리케이션은 기존의 어플리케이션과는 다른 구조적인 특징을 가지고 있다. 웹 서버 상에서 실행되는 프로그램 코드인 서버측 스크립트 요소, 웹 브라우저에서 수행되는 프로그램 코드인 클라이언트측 스크립트 요소, 웹 브라우저에서 사용자가 선택하는 링크 요소 그리고 사용자의 선택을 클라이언트 스크립트로 연결시켜 주는 이벤트 요소, 이렇게 네 가지 요소들이 상호 연관되어 웹 어플리케이션을 구성한다. 기존의 어플리케이션들보다 다양한 요소들로 구성된 웹 어플리케이션에서 복잡도 측정에 기존의 모듈 또는 클래스 단위로 적용되는 복잡도 측정 방법을 그대로 적용하기 힘들다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 어플리케이션의 구조적인 복잡함을 반영하는 웹 어플리케이션의 순환복잡도(CCWA : Cyclomatic Complexity for Web Application) 메트릭스를 제안한다. 제안된 CCWA 도구를 개발하여, 현재 기업에서 사용중인 웹 어플리케이션에 적용하여 평가하였다. 그 결과 제안된 CCWA 도구는 각 요소들에 순환복잡도를 각각 적용했을 때에는 발견할 수 없었던 복잡도가 높은 웹 어플리케이션 파일을 발견하게 해주었다. Web applications haute different structural characteristics from conventional applications. A web application typically consists of server-side script elements which run on web sowers, client-side script elements which run on the client web-browser, link elements that the user clicks, and event elements that connect user-triggered request to the client script elements. These four elements are combined to form a web application. In such environments, direct application of conventional methods for measuring application complexity may not be possible, because they are primarily designed to measure complexity of modules and classes. In this paper, therefore, we propose metrics of Cyclomatic Complexity for Web Application (CCWA). We developed a tool to measure such metrics and applied it to the real-world examples. We found that the proposed CCWA metrics can be used for measuring complexity of highly complex web applications, which is not possible with conventional module and class based measurement techniques.

It is eventually determined upon our various investigations we should facilitate the students the distance learng system so they can easily study at any time and at any place they want. In this paper, we present VOD distance learning system including system development environment, system configuration in hardware and software. The VOD system is characterized by providing high-quality real-time based video services with the Internet services concurrently. This feature comes from our efforts especially in protocol control of TCP/IP for Internet and MTPTM for the StarWorks networking software. Furthermore, we explain some issues in constructing the VOD sysem such as an up-to-date status of its development progress as well as expected results and further research topics.
