        低蛋白 食餌로 成長한 흰쥐에 알콜의 急性 投與가 高尿酸血症에 미치는 影響

        The effect of hyperurioemia by the acute injection of alcohol was studied on male rats receiving a low protein-high carbohydrate(7% casein) and a standard protein-low carbohydrate (20% casein). The increasing rate of serum uric acid and allantoin by the injection of alcohol was higher trend in rats fed standard protein diet than those fed a low protein diet. The rats fed a low protein diet by the injection of alcohol, generally showed a decreasing tendency of purines catabolizing enzymes; guanase, xanthine oxidase and adenosine deaminase, compared with those fed a standard protein.

        5,7-Dibromoto-8-hydroxyquinaldyl-N-ethylcarbamate의 합성 및 항균작용에 관한 연구

        殺蟲作用, 殺蟲效果, 抗菌力, 抗菌作用이 강력하고 低毒性인 새로운 抗微生物劑를 개발할 목적으로 quinoline 고리를 가지는 새로운 carbamate系 化合物인 5,7-dibromo-8-hydroxyquinaldyl-N-ethylcarbamate를 4가지 방법(A,B,C,D법)으로 合成하였다. A법: 非水溶媒에 溶解한후 觸媒로서 triethylamine을 反應物質과 同 mole 比率로 첨가하고 ethyl isocyanate를 反應物質의 1.5mole 比率로 加하여 反應시키는 方法. B법: A법에서 觸媒를 사용하지 않는 方法. C법: A법에서 ethyl isocyanate 대신에 ethyl carbamoyl chloride를 1.5mole 比率로 反應 시키는 方法. D법: C법에서 觸媒를 사용하지 않는 方法. 各 合成法에 따른 生成物의 收率은 carbamoyl chloride를 作用시키는 縮合反應이 ethyl isocyanate를 作用시키는 添加反應보다 不良하였다. 觸媒存在下에 添加反應(C법)과 縮合反應(C법)을 비교하면 C법이 A법보다 18% 收率이 不良하고, 觸媒를 사용하지 않은 添加反應(B법)과 縮合反應(D법)을 비교하면 D법이 B법보다 25% 수율이 低下되었다. 또한 觸媒存在下의 添加反應(A법)에서는 無觸媒下의 添加反憊(B법)보다 6% 정도 收率이 높았다. 5,7-Dibromo-8-hydroxyquinaldyl-N-ethylcarbamate, one of the carbamate derivatives which is generally used as insecticides, was newly synthesized. Its physical properities were determined and chemical structure was indentified by means of i.r., nmr in addition to elemental analysis. The yield of addition, using triethylamine as catalyst, 5,7-dibromo-8-hydroxyquinaldine and isocyanate was better than that of condensation of 5,7-dibromo-8-hydroxyquinaldine with carbamoylchloride. The effect of the compound on rabbit's ileum, and antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were examined. It was observed that the dosage over 250㎍/㎖ of the compound relaxed rabbit's ileum and the same dosage of the compound inhibited growth of the above strains of bactera.

        韓國産 일부 곡류에 대한 衛生學的 硏究 : Mycotoxin 오염을 중심으로 A STUDY ON THE MYCOTOXIN CONTAMINATION

        Rice samples(88 samples harvested in 1987) collected from the whole country except Jeju Do were pretreated and aflatoxin B_1 and zearalenone were analyzed by competitive direct enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) refered to Pestka's method. Antibody specific for aflatoxin B_1 produced against afltoxin B_1 oxime-bovine serum albumin (BSA) conjugates in rabbits had a cross reactivity with afltoxin B_2 on the other side, antibody against zearalenone oxime-BSA was cross-reacted with a-zearalenol. Essential features of the procedure were blending rice in methanol-phosphate buffered saline-dimethylformamide with a volume ratio of 70:29:1, and filtering of the blended sample, and analysis of filtrate by ELISA for aflatoxin B_1 and zearalenone. Three samples (R-19, R-54, R-64) of 88 rice samples had a positive reaction to aflatoxin B_1, and showed 6.18㎍/kg, 2.02,㎍/kg and 4.l0/㎍/kg of aflatoxin B_1 level respectively. Meanwhile 9 samples were contaminated to zearalenone, and among them, R-36, R-60 showed high level of zearalenone as 52.12㎍/kg and 14.18㎰/kg.

        Carbamate化合物의 殺蟲效果에 關한 硏究

        새로운 carbamate系 化合物인 5,7-dichloro-8-hydroxyquinolinyl- N-methylcarbamate (I), 5,7-dichloro-8-hydro-xyquinolinyl-N-ethylcarbamate (Ⅱ)를 合成하고 同物質을 供試藥品으로하여 0.2w/v% acetone溶液으로서 Inazuma dorasalis MOISCHIULSKY. Nephateffix apicalis Cincticeps UHLER. 등 2種의 昆蟲에 대하여 效果가 거의 인정되지 않고 Delphacodes Striatella FAUEN, Sogata furcifera HORVATH, Nilaparvate lugens STAL에 대해서는 殺蟲效果를 나타내었다. 5,7 dichloro-8-hydroxyquinolinyl-N-methylcarbamate 보다는 5,7-dichloro-8-hydroxyquinolinyl-N-ethylcarbamate 의 效果가 크다. 또한 細菌에 대한 作用에 있어서는 대체로 Gram 陽性菌에 대해서는 methyl基로 置換된 5,7-dichloro-8-hydrox yquinolinyl-N-methylcarbamate 보다는 ethyl基로 置換된 5,7-dichloro-8-hydroxyquinolinyl-N-ethylcarbamate가 抗菌力이 强하였다. The insecticidal and antibacterial activity of new synthesized carbamate derivatives(5,7-dichloro-8-hydroxyquinolinyl-N-methylcarbamate(I), 5,7-dichloro-8-hydroxyquinolinyl-N-ethylcarbamate(II)) was examined using 0.2 w/v% acetone solutions and 50㎍/㎖-1000㎍/㎖ N,N'-dimethylformamide-H_2O(2:3) solutions of each compounds, respectively. 1) Two carbamates exerted insecticidal effects on Nilaparvate lugens STAL, Sogata furcifera HORVATH, Delphacodes Striatella FAUEN, Whereas no significant effects were observed on the Inazuma dorasalis MOISCHIULSKY and Nephateffix apicalis Cincticeps UHLER. 2) There compounds exhibited growth-inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella paratyphi A, Shigella dysenteriae, Escherichia coli NL 1401, at the concentration range of 100-500㎍/㎖ in general.

        2-Hydroxy quinolyl carbamates의 殺蟲效果 및 抗菌力에 關한 硏究

        새로운 carbamate系 化合物인 2-Hydroxy quinolyl-N-methylcarbamate(Ⅰ), 2-Hydroxyquinolyl-N-et hylcarbamate(Ⅱ)을 合成하고 同物質을 供試 藥品으로 하여 0.2w/v% acetone용액으로서 Nilaparavate lugens STAL, Inazuma dorasalis MOISCHIULSKY. Nephateffix apicalis Cincticeps UHLER.等 3種의 昆蟲에 대하여는 效果가 거의 인정되지 않고 Delphacodes Striatella FAUEN, Sogata furcifera HORVATH에 대해서는 약한 殺蟲效果를 나타내었다. 2-Hydroxy quinolyl-N-methylcarbamate 보다는 2-Hydroxy quinolyl-N-ethylcarbamate의 效果가 크다. 또한 세균에 대한 작용에 있어서는 大體로 Gram 陽性菌에 대해서는 methyl基로 치환된 2-Hydroxy quinolyl-N-methylcarbamate보다는 ethyl基로 치환된 2-Hydroxy quinolyl-N-ethylcarbamate가 抗菌力이 강하였다. Salmonella paratyphi A. Shigella dysenteriaela, Escherichia coli NI, 1401, at the concentration range of 100 -500r/mℓ in general.

      • Alkyl-N-[2-(6-substituted benzothiazolyl)] carbamate 類의 合成 및 抗菌作用에 關한 硏究

        Eight Alkyl-N-[2-(6-substituted benzothiazolyl)] carbamates have been newly synthesized by reacting 2-amino-6-substituted benzothiazoles with alkyl chlorocarbamate, respectively. The results obtained are summarized as follows; The structures of the compounds were determined by means of IR, NMR Spectroscopy in addition to elemental analysis. The compounds generally exhibited antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The compounds exihibited more potent antibaeterial activities against Salmonella typhi, Escherichia Coli than Staphylococcus aureus. Methyl-N-[2-(6-chlorobenzothiazolyl)] carbamate exhibited bacteriostatic action on the Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli over 50㎍/ml. Methyl-N-[2-(6-methyl benzothiazolyl)] carbamate exhibited bacteriostatic action on Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli over 50㎍/ml. Each compounds inhibited rabbit's ileum movement over 150㎍/ml, but below 100 ㎍/ml, showed no effects on concentration of rabbit's ileum.

      • Pyridinol 誘導體의 硏究 : 2-Hydroxy PyridinolyI-N-ethyl Carbamate의 合成 및 抗菌作用에 關한 硏究 Study on the synthesis and Antimicrobial activity of 2-Hydroxy pyridinolyl-N-ethyl caramate

        2-Hydroxy pyridionlyl-N-ethyl carbamte, one of carbamate derivatives which are generally used as insecticides, was newly synthesized. Its physical propertes pharmacological effect on rat's ileum, and antimicrobial activity for Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were studied. It relaxed rat's ileum over 100㎍/㎖ and exhibited bacteriostatic action on the above microorganims over 100㎍/㎖.
