        비접촉 진동 검출을 위한 유도성 근접센서모듈 개발

        금속물체의 피로도를 측정하기 위하여 고속으로 진동시키면서 비접촉으로 정밀하게 변위를 측정하는 방법에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 비접촉 고속 진동 검출센서들은 와류 센서나 레이저 센서들을 주로 사용하고있지만 매우 고가이다. 최근 저가의 유도성 센서를 고속 진동검출에 적용하려는 연구가 이루어지고 있으나 아직은 초보단계이다. 본 연구에서는 저가의 유도성 센서를 이용하여 비접촉으로 고속 진동을 검출하는 새로운 근접 센서모듈 설계방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 유도성 센서모듈들은 검파, 적분, 및 증폭과정을 통하여 변위를 검출하기 때문에 아날로그회로 특성상 잡음에 약하고 적분과정에서 변위 검출속도 저하의 요인이 된다. 제안된 방법은 AD변환기(Analog to Digital converter)를 사용하지 않고 진동 주파수신호를 직접 디지털 신호로 변환하는 새로운 방법으로 아날로그 잡음의 영향을 적게 받으며 고속으로 신호를 처리할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 성능 평가를 위하여 셰이커로 진동 주파수를 30Hz부터 1,100Hz 까지 일정간격으로 금속편을 진동시키면서 제안된 센서 모듈을 이용하여 비접촉으로 진동 신호를 검출하였다. 실험결과 비접촉 근접 거리 5mm 이내에서 진동 주파수 검출범위는 DC에서 1,100Hz까지 측정할 수 있었으며 진동 폭의 해상도는 20μm로 나타났다. 따라서 제안된 유도성 센서모듈은 정밀 비접촉 고속 진동검출 센서로서 충분한 성능을 가지고 있다고 평가된다. To measure the fatigue of metallic objects at high speed vibration while non-contact precision displacement measurement on how to have a lot of research conducted. Noncontact high-speed vibration detection sensor of the eddy current sensors and laser sensors are used, but it is very expensive. Recently, High-speed vibrations detection using an inexpensive inductive sensor to have been studied, but is still a beginner. In this paper, a new design of an inexpensive inductive proximity sensor has been suggested in order to measure high frequency dynamic displacements of metallic specimens in a noncontact manner. Detection of the existing inductive sensors, detection, integral, and amplified through a process to detect the displacement noise due to weak nature of analog circuits and integral factor in the process of displacement detection is slow. The proposed method could be less affected by noise, the analog receive and high-speed signal processing is a new way, because AD converter (Analog to Digital converter) without using the vibration frequency signals directly into digital signals are converted. In order to evaluate the sensing performance, The proposed sensor module using non-contact vibration signals were detected while shaker vibration frequencies from 30Hz to 1,100 Hz at intervals of vibrating metallic specimens. Experimental results, Vibration frequency detection range of the metallic specimins within close proximity to contactless 5mm could be measured from DC to 1,100Hz and vibration amplitude of the resolution was 20μm. Therefore, the proposed non-contact inductive sensor module for precision vibration detection sensor is estimated to have sufficient performance.

      • LPC를 이용한 불특정화자 모음 특징 벡터 추출에 관한 연구

        In this paper proposed a new algorithm to extraction of the high adaptable feature vectors from speaker-independent vowels using LPC. Speaker-independent vowels feature vector using LPC analyzed form one period of voice signal that extracted by zero-crossing method at the short-time voice signal. In frequency domain, Speaker-independent vowel Recognition rate is low because frequency spectrums for speaker-independent voice signal appears various frequency band and features. But we have extracted more similarly feature vectors for the same vowels of difference speaker using LPC that extract the one period of voice signal in time domain. One period LPC feature vector, we have proposed, are higher similarity feature vectors than frequency domain feature for difference speaker.

        홈 화재 예방을 위한 앱 모니터링제어 시스템 개발

        As a way for emergency disaster it has made a lot of research on home fire emergency. In particular, there is a need of a system to monitor and control a real time gas ranges or electric heaters for home fire prevention. In this paper, we propose a system that allows the user to prevent a disaster in advance by the real time monitoring on smartphone app. This system can checkout status of ignition or fire extinguishing a gas range through the webcam installed at the time of going out and can monitor the temperature, humidity and gas sensors in the place where the risk of fire. In addition, there are the control functions that can close the gas valve when the gas range is ignited in smartphone and when a signal of a fire has been detected from the sensor has the function of alarm.

      • 署名認識을 위한 자료 特徵 抽出에 관한 硏究

        The methods of signature identification can be divided into the on-line method by dynamic information and the off-line method by static information. Identification rate is higher in the on-line method than in the other method because it uses such characteristics of the velocity, pressure, the time required to write the signature in the domain. However, it is difficult to use the on-line method because equipments for identification should be installed on each place that the requires identification. On the other hand, the off-line method is easily available because it identifies th signature already written. But it still poses a difficulty in identification due to the loss of the characteristics above in the time domain. Recently, the techniques of extracting characteristics from the statics signatures have been studied to slove this problem. This paper process an algorithm that the higher adaptability for signature identification than another methods. This approach makes verification rate lower in the signatures of Koreans which usually show irregular patterns both horizontally and vertically than in the signature westerners. The identification system is processed by the following steps, such as preprocess, characteristics extraction and identificaion. Preprocess executes the bockground and noise reduction form signature image by Otus's method. Characteristics extraction extracts characteristics parameters using the 2-dimensional fast Fourier transformation, and the identification exploits the Euclidian distance, one of the pattern matching methods. 120 signatures from 20 people, each of whom wrote 6 signatures, are used to identify the true ones. The results obtained by using the proposed algorithm of block accumulation at the low frequency domain of space spectrum show a successful identification rate 95.3%.

        위치기반 유해환경 모니터링 시스템

        This paper proposes method of flexible position based hazardous environmental data detection with low power consumption for human protection from hazardous gas in enclosed or underground area. Proposed method considers indoor positioning using BLE’s RSSI without GPS data, and sends data including hazardous environmental module data to monitoring server system. Hazardous environmental detection module contains CO₂, VOC, temperature, and humidity with RSSI, broadcasts these data to AP regularly. Proposed module is designed to achieve low power BLE structure with battery, variable set-up position in order to detect environmental data more easily. Also, lifetime of proposed module achieves more than 3.5 month lifetime guarantee using ICR18650-22 lithium battery. From the experimental result, multiple environmental data detection module is used in enclosed indoor case, it is approved that convenience is effective from position based hazardous environmental data detection for human protection.

        DTD 자동 생성 기법을 이용한 USN 미들웨어 설계 및 구현

        웹 서비스 어플리케이션 기반 모니터링 시스템에서 빈번히 발생되는 데이터 구조 변경에 따른 코드 재생산에 확장성 및 오류 복구능력 향상을 위하여 DTD(Document Type Definition)자동 생성 기법을 이용한 모니터링 시스템 설계방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 DTD자동 생성 기법은 센서 데이터 구조가 수정되어도 서버 측에서 동적 서버사이드 스크립트(Dynamic Server-side Script)로 DTD정보를 자동으로 생성해 주기 때문에 데이터 손실과 오류에 대한 능동적인 대처가 가능하며, AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML)를 이용한 XML데이터 파싱(Parsing)을 구성하여 대단위 데이터 전송이나 다양한 모니터링 시스템 분야에 데이터 손실이나 손상 확인 등의 예외처리 및 데이터 구조의 확장과 축소가 용이하였다. 제안된 시스템은 일시적인 데이터 깨짐 상황에서 정상화 복구에 필요한 평균시간이 기존의 XML을 이용한 방법보다 약 44.8ms감소되어 오류 복구처리 속도가 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. In the monitoring system based on web service application, it is faced with the problems like code reproduction, difficult scalability and error recovery derived from the frequent change of data structure. So we propose a technique of monitoring system by DTD(Document Type Definition) automatic generation. This technique is to use dynamic server-side script to cope with the change of sensor data structure, generate the DTD dynamically. An it also adapt the AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) for XML data parsing, it can support mass data transmission and exception processing for data loss and damage. This technique shows the result of recovery time is decreased about 44.8ms in case of temporary data failure by comparing to the conventional XML method.
