      • 米穀生産에서 利潤函數에 의한 規模의 經濟性 分析

        This aims at testing statistically and estimating the economies of size for each farm size. Total of 137 rice farmers at three Counties besides the Oak Gue in the Chun Buk province had been interviewed on the spot and mail-interviewed. The results are in summary as follows By using the data, the normalized, restricted, translog profit function has been applied to investigate the above mentioned purposes, based on the rejection of C-D hypothesis test at the 1% significance level. Also the co-efficients of the model has been estimated by OLS and SUR(A.Zellner,1962) under restricted and unrestricted conditions respectively. The results of parameter estimates have shown that estimation by SUR was more suitable than by OLS, and estimates under the restricted condition was statistically better than under the unrestricted. This implies, among other things, that the sample farms, on the average, maximize profits, thus supporting empirically the assumption of profit maximization. And the statistical test has been carried out to test for constant return to size to fixed factors of production. Again the hypothesis could be rejected at 3% significance, implying that the sample farmers have experienced economies of size. The estimated parameters for fixed inputs, land and machinery, have +1.3656 and +0.0231 respectively, suggesting that the economies of size be, for the most part, ascrived to land input. Referring to each farm size, only the middle farms were experiencing economies of size, but small and large farms diseconomies of size. It has been due to the enlargement of farm-size for middle farms, to added machinery and equipment for large farms.

        It is agricultural logistics center that is promoted as one of methods of improvement of agricultural products distribution that can reduce a distribution step as the new system of direct trade between a producing center and a consuming center is established. Agricultural logistics center that sells another retail shop after purchasing agricultural products from a producing center has not only a lot of risks in dealing products but also needs a lot of money, so it needs to establish an efficient management scheme. Efficient management schemes are as follows. Firstly, the consumption of farm products, population and the traffic condition are synthetically considered, when choosing location and the central operating body. The central operating body should be selected after synthetically evaluating public benefit and efficiency. Secondly, whether ‘buy low & sell high’ is realized or not is the best key agricultural logistics center as a manager has. But there is a non-marketable ristrict like ‘buy high & sell low’ because it is producer party, at the same time it has the public benefit. So to overcome this both problems, the high pricing strategy is needed. For this, the role of hold danger charge and the discrimination of price should be performed. Thirdly, trade method and variance of condition are needed to minimize the risk in business of agricultural logistics center. Fourthly, establishing of quality standization and function of quality management that are discriminated from wholesale market should be insured, and a lot of schemes are eatablished for variance of customers. Fifthly, various service strategies that can promote activity of a producing center and activity of sale promotion should be made. Sixthly, swift decision-making system reinforcing connection such as integrative net work and management plan between each agricultural logistics center should be made. Seventhly, statute and institution that can solve lawful and institutional problems should be corrected for establishing and managing agricultural logistics center.

      • 한국 토지정보체계의 부처간 갈등조정 가능성에 관한 연구

        Land Information System(LIS) of Korea is composed of two basic sub-systems. They are Cadastral system and registration system, which usually operated by other departments at each on 'redundancy rule'. But they produce much inconsistency between two main database, and it influences upon many aspects to manage or use data on land as a result of conflict between two departments. For the efficiency, it's essential to integrate two sub-system. And the most urgent duty for integrating this LIS is thought to coordinate the conflict between both sides. In several method for coordinating conflict. I used Raiffa's 'Negotiation Theory' as a model to analyse latent conflict and then find out the 'level of possibility' to settle the problems. As a comparative analysis with a similar example, these political implications, as below, can be suggested. 1) the Inter-organizational conflict can not be easily coordinated by simple negotiation process without any 'arbitrator'. 2) For not regarding such arbitrator, two departments can only lean on the effect of 'interaction'. But the result of this study insist that we won't have resonable resolution.

        A industrial development and the high level of industrial technology since the Industrial Revolution in 18th century result in the improvement of qualities of human's lives, while they bring about the shortage of natural resources and the destruction of environment. Today as qualities of human's lives are improved, a lot of consumers are concerned about the environment of the earth and these thoughts are expanded rapidly. Therefore this study is planed to search the desirable direction which Green Marketing should achieve, through the direct and practical cases of Green Marketing, which becomes the factors of threat and chance to enterprises, in the view of approaching of the environmental problems which let mankind realize the serious crisis. The meaning Green Marketing has as the survival strategy of enterprise is prior to all management strategy. The thing required in the situation like this is that the solution and means which can cope with the environmental pressure effectively should be developed and generalized. And then it should be able to realize the pursuit of the enterprise's profit with the result of environmental improvement. However, the basic solution of this environmental problem isn't solved only in endeavoring of enterprise. As the cooperating of each related subject and the social responsibility are required, Green Marketing is more and more important. As Green Marketing combines with consumers and government as well as enterprise unlike the existing marketing, if it has the strong will of environmental harmony, it can be the driving force enabled the environmental management of enterprise effectively. To enable the induction and development of Green Marketing, the construction of environmental management system and the environmental mind are stretched like a blood vessel to the system of enterprise and are managed synthetically. When this system is realized, the beginning of the environmental difference can be acquired.
