        韩汉“零对一” 式话语标记:“-는 걸 보니” VS “看” 字类话语标记

        In the context of Korean-Chinese language comparison, the discourse markers "-는 걸 보니" and "看字类" have evolved into established language constructs and mature discourse markers through grammaticalization. When discussing their performance, they demonstrate a "zero-to-one" phenomenon. The development of "-는 걸 보니" involved processes such as nominalization, ellipsis, reanalysis, and analogy. It functions as a connecting suffix, indicating "speculation" and slight "reason." It has two word orders, can link or conclude discourse turns, but doesn't fully qualify as a discourse marker and has lower grammaticalization compared to Chinese. It is positioned within the sentence and conveys interactive subjectivity. The conveyed information corresponds to the early and late stages of interactive subjectivity, similar to "看起来" and "看来." In the case of the Chinese discourse marker "看字类," it has evolved from a lexical to a grammatical role, signifying "speculation" and slight "evaluation." In sentence structure, "看来" appears at the sentence's beginning, while "看起来" can be found at both the beginning and middle, facilitating the initiation and linking of discourse turns. It qualifies as a discourse marker with a high degree of grammaticalization, positioned at the left edge of the sentence and conveying communicative features and interactive subjectivity.

        対称詞のバリエ-ションをめぐる研究の現状と展望

        This paper provides an overview of the previous studies related to the variation of Japanese address terms. It also discusses what type of research or subject is required for the education/learning of the language variation through terms of address from the perspectives of Plurilingualism and Pluriculturalism. As a result, clarifying how the language resources of Japanese learners contribute to the process of choosing one specific address term among various options is needed. Therefore, 1. the purpose of educating/learning the language variation, 2. the role of the teacher, 3. the role of the learner in the conventional research needs to be further elaborated as follows.1. The goal of language variation’s educating/learning through the address terms should raise socio-cultural awareness, and the ability to build specific rules of variation by using language resources that learners could apply their daily lives 2. In addition to giving a rule regarding the variation of address terms as knowledge, teachers should teach how Japanese learners can use their language resources, give learners chances to share their own rules throughout class activities. 3. Japanese learners should be Japanese speakers who create their own language rules not patiently waiting to receive specific knowledge from teachers.

        谷崎潤一郎の作品における「映画」の機能 -「人面疽」(1918)の分析を中心に-

        This article looks into Tanikazki Junichiro’s novel “Jinmenso” to explore his aspiration towards the film media. His perception of the film media is displayed in his essay “The Present and Future of Moving Pictures”, published around the time he was conceiving “Jinmenso”. In this essay Tanizaki paid attention to one of the aspects of film - ‘looking and feeling real’. As film makes any fictional world seem true, the audience can experience both reality and fantasy. Tanizaki focused on this borderlessness of cinema and wrote the novel “Jinmenso”. The short novel contains several borderlessness factors. In terms of form, Tanizaki introduced screenplay writing into the novel. Content-wise, as the movie world in the novel influences the novel world, the double structure plot of movie-in-novel becomes ambiguous. The story is told in rumors which also have the effect of breaking the border between truth and lies. The borderlessness shown in “Jinmenso” is actually the borderlessness of the film media. Tanizaki firmly believed that by using this characteristics of film he might navigate the world of the ‘real’ fictional world, which his stories were aimed at.

        日本における韓国語研究の社会言語学的接近

        본고에서는 일본의 한국어연구 중에서 사회언어학 분야의 최근의 연구동향에 대해서 현재까지 어떤 분야에 대해서 어떻게 연구가 이루어졌는가를 회고·전망하였다. 연구동향은 1995년부터 2006년까지 약 10년 간에 걸쳐서 일본에서 발표된 저서와 논문을 대상으로 분석하였다. 그리고 앞으로 이 분야의 연구가 어떤 방향으로 나아가야할 것인가에 대해서 몇 가지 제언을 하고 있다. 먼저 지금까지 많은 연구자에 의해서 이루어진 연구성과를 어떻게 자리매김할 것인가에 대한 문제가 있다. 그리고 연구대상과 연구분야가 다양화되었으며, 연구자층도 두터워졌다. 그러나 일본인 연구자들에 의해서 이루어진 연구가 드물었다.따라서 일본인 연구자들의 육성이 시급한 과제이다. This paper reviews sociolinguistic studies of Korean in Japan, discussing major topics that have been carried out since 1995. It provides an analytic review of the papers and books published in the last decade. It also discusses a number of issues that should be investigated in the future. The review shows major achievements of the past research in the sociolinguistic approach to Korean. It shows that the areas of the research done in the last decade are diverse and the research has expanded the scope of the sociolingustic approach to Korean, and that number of the researchers has increased, though little research has been carried out by Japanese researchers themselves. It is expected that more Japanese researchers will show interest in a sociolinguistic approach to Korean.
