      • An Improved Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm for Order Acceptance and Scheduling in Flow Shop with Hybrid Blocking

        For order acceptance and scheduling with hybrid blocking in flow shop, the improved artificial bee colony (IABC) with NEH_BV heuristic algorithm, local search and artificial bee colony (ABC) is proposed for resolving the problem. In this algorithm, we first use NEH_BV heuristic algorithm to get some initial solutions, then updating the above initial solutions with improved artificial bee colony. In updating process, employed bees, onlooker bees and scout bees are inserted heuristic will increase exploitation and exploration of the algorithm. At last, we will get the near optimal solution by IABC algorithm. The effectiveness and efficiencies of the IABC algorithm has been proved by the case’s analysis and been compared with artificial bee colony and harmony search (HS).

        Identity-based Deniable Authenticated Encryption for E-voting Systems

        Deniable authentication (DA) is a protocol in which a receiver can generate an authenticator that is probabilistically indistinguishable from a sender. DA can be applied in many scenarios that require user privacy protection. To enhance the security of DA, in this paper, we construct a new deniable authenticated encryption (DAE) scheme that realizes deniable authentication and confidentiality in a logical single step. Compared with existing approaches, our approach provides proof of security and is efficient in terms of performance analysis. Our scheme is in an identity-based environment; thus, it avoids the public key certificate-based public key infrastructure (PKI). Moreover, we provide an example that shows that our protocol is applicable for e-voting systems.

        중국 서비스 구성원의 직무특성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 직무특성의 핵심요소인 기술다양성, 과업정체성, 직무중요성, 자율성, 피드백에 초점을 맞춰 그 중요성을 강조하였다. 그리고 직무특성의 핵심요소들이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 초점을 두었다. 이를 검증하기 위해 중국의 서비스업에 근무하는 종업원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 실증분석을 진행하였으며, 연구결과 직무특성의 하위요인들인 기술다양성, 과업정체성, 직무중요성, 자율성, 피드백은 모두 자기효능감을 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 자기효능감은 이직의도를 저하시키는 요소로 볼 수 있다는 것을 검증하였다. 더 나아가 자기효능감은 기술다양성, 자율성과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 완전 매개효과를 가진다는 것이 검증되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과들을 통해 직무특성의 하위요인 중에서 자기효능감에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요소가 무엇인지를 밝혔다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 중국 서비스업 기업과 중국에 진출하고자 하는 한국 서비스업 기업의 실무자에게 인적자원관리 측면에서 유용한 시사점을 제시하고 향후 관련 연구에 대해 논의하였다. This research emphasized that the importance of key elements of job characteristics such as technical diversity, task identity, task importance, autonomy, and feedback. Moreover, it focused on verifying the effects of these five elements on turnover intention through Self-Efficacy. To verify this, an empirical analysis was conducted on employees of the service industry in China. Through empirical analysis, it was found that all five elements of job characteristics improve Self-Efficacy. Furthermore, Self-Efficacy was found to degrade the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, it has been verified that self-efficacy has a fully mediated effect in the relationship between the two elements(technical diversity, autonomy) of job characteristics and turnover intention. Through this research, it was revealed which elements of job characteristics had the greatest influence on self-efficacy. Finally, based on this research, we presented useful implications in human resource management to practitioners of Chinese service companies and Korean service companies seeking to enter China and future research directions were discussed.

        적응적 수업을 위한 상호작용 어플리케이션 프로토타입 개발

        요즘, 다양한 교육용 어플리케이션이 개발되어 학습 매체로 사용되고 있다. 테크놀로지와 인터넷의 발전으로 현재 수업을 지원하기 위한 많은 교육용 어플리케이션이 사용되고 있으며, 이로 인해, 적응적 수업이 교수-학습 매체로써의 사용이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 현존하는 교육용 어플리케이션은 학습자의 요구를 만족시키지 못하고 있으며, 학습 후에 피드백을 제시하는 방법이 단순하다는 점에서 한계가 있었다. 본 연구의 목적은 적응적 수업에서 교수자와 학습자 간 상호작용을 촉진시키는 어플리케이션 프로토타입을 개발하는 것이다. 연구 과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌연구를 통해 다양한. 또한 현존하는 교육용 어플리케이션의 사례연구와 초등학교 학생과 교사에게 요구조사를 실시했다. 둘째, 적응적 수업을 위한 상호작용 어플리케이션 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 셋째, 어플리케이션의 타당성을 증명하기 위하여 전문가 검토와 초등학교 교사와 학생을 대상으로 한 소집단 형성평가를 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 적응적 수업을 위한 상호작용 어플리케이션 프로토타입을 수정하고 개선하여 최종적으로 개발하였다. These days, various educational applications have been developed and are often used as learning media. It is possible to use adaptive instruction as teaching-learning method due to advances in technology and internet. Many educational applications are currently used for supporting instruction. However, the existing educational application haven`t satisfied the needs of learners and the way of feedback presentation given after the learning is pretty simple. The purpose of this study is to develop the application prototype for facilitating interactions in adaptive instruction. Research questions are as follows. First, a variety of theories and practices related application for active interactions in adaptive instruction were investigated through literature review. Also case study of the existing educational application and needs analysis for elementary school student and teacher conducted. The design principles of interactive application prototype for adaptive instruction were developed as the results of literature review, case study and needs analysis. Second, the interactive application prototype for adaptive instruction was developed. Third, the expert review and formative evaluation of teachers and students of elementary schools was conducted to verify the validity of the application. The application was corrected and improved based on the results of the expert review and formative evaluation. Then, the interactive application prototype for adaptive instruction was developed finally.

        Transcriptional profiling of mouse cavernous pericytes under high-glucose conditions: Implications for diabetic angiopathy

        Purpose: Penile erection requires integrative interactions between vascular endothelial cells, pericytes, smooth muscle cells, and autonomic nerves. Furthermore, the importance of the role played by pericytes in the pathogenesis of angiopathy has only recently been appreciated. However, global gene expression in pericytes in diabetes mellitus-induced erectile dysfunction (DMED) remains unclear. We aimed to identify potential target genes related to DMED in mouse cavernous pericytes (MCPs). Materials and Methods: Mouse cavernous tissue was allowed to settle under gravity in collagen I-coated dishes, and sprouted cells were subcultivated for experiments. To imitate diabetic conditions, MCPs were treated with normal-glucose (NG, 5 mM) or high-glucose (HG, 30 mM) media for 3 days. Microarray technology was used to evaluate gene expression profiles, and RT-PCR was used to validate sequencing data. Histological examinations and Western blot were used to validate final selected target genes related to DMED. Results: Decreased tube formation and increased apoptosis were detected in MCPs exposed to the HG condition. As shown by microarray analysis, the gene expression profiles of MCPs exposed to the NG or HG condition differed. A total of 2,523 genes with significantly altered expression were classified into 15 major gene categories. After further screening based on gene expression and RT-PCR and histologic results, we found that Hebp1 gene expression was significantly diminished under the HG condition and in DM mice. Conclusions: This gene profiling study provides new potential targets responsible for diabetes in MCPs. Validation studies suggest that Hebp1 may be a suitable biomarker for DMED.

        Integrated risk assessment method for spent fuel road transportation accident under complex environment

        Current risk assessment of Spent Nuclear Fuel (SNF) transportation has the problem of the incomplete risk factors consideration and the general particle diffusion model utilization. In this paper, the accident frequency calculation and the detailed simulation of the accident consequences are coupled by the integrated risk assessment method. The "man-machine-environment" three-dimensional comprehensive risk indicator system is established and quantified to characterize the frequency of the transportation accidents. Consideration of vegetation, building and turbulence effect, the standard k-ε model is updated to simulate radioactive consequence of leakage accidents under complex terrain. The developed method is applied to assess the risk of the leakage accident in the scene of the typical domestic SNF Road Transportation (SNFRT). The critical risk factors and their impacts on the dispersion of the radionuclide are obtained.

        Transcriptome-based identification of the optimal reference genes as internal controls for quantitative RT-PCR in razor clam (Sinonovacula constricta)

        Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) is a standard method to measure gene expression in function exploring. Accurate and reproducible data of qRT-PCR requires appropriate reference genes, which are stably expressed under different experimental conditions. However, no housekeeping genes were validated as internal controls for qRT-PCR in Sinonovacula constricta. In this study, we classified the transcriptome data of two tissues for Vibrio infection and Cd2+ stress into ten clusters based on the gene expression patterns. Among them, cluster 5 had the most stable gene expression patterns regardless of tissues and treatments as the database for candidate reference genes. A total of 55 orthologs of classical housekeeping genes in the clam transcriptome were annotated. Combined the expression profiles and housekeeping genes in S. constricta, we chose eight candidate reference genes and validated their expression in Vibrio-infected samples and different tissues by qRT-PCR. Their expression stability was analyzed by three different algorithms geNorm, NormFinder and BestKeeper. Although the rank of the eight candidate reference genes is different in different treatments using different software, RS9 could be the best reference genes for normalization of qRT-PCR expression data in S. constricta under various treatments considering the above analysis. Meanwhile, the ranking of genes based on the CV values of transcriptomic data was similar to the validation results. This study provides for the first time a list of suitable reference genes for S. constricta and a valuable resource for further studies of clam immune defense systems.
