Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is known to have a poor prognosis and major cause of morbidity and motality in patients with hematologic disease. Without adequate therapy, invasive pulmonary aspergillosis will almost always progress to fatal pneumonia. Early administration of antifungal agents in patient with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is most important. And surgical resection of aspergillous-infected tissue may be useful in patients with lesions that are contiguous with great vessel and lesions causing hemoptysis. We reported a rare case of surgical resection as curative treatment for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis patient in 58-year-old man who had the history of acute myeloid leukemia.

The purpose of this study is to propose the number of proper discount stores and economic benefit evaluation of customers using discount store. The liberalization of Korean distribution industry will undoubtedly compete with traditional retailers, however, the benefit of rationalization of distribution, stable consumer prices, and strengthened competitiveness of traditional retailers far outweigh the costs caused by the rationalization. In this research, we will discuss the number of proper discount stores by comparing foreign distribution industry. To evaluate the welfare of customers, the cost-benefit analysis will be used. The research shows that the reasonable number of discount stores in Chung Ju is three to five for the sake of Chung Ju citizen's welfare. Additionally, this study finds that the annual economic benefit evaluated is estimated to be 33.57 billion won.

Carcinoid tumors have been reported in a wide range of organs but most commonly involve the lungs, bronchi and gastrointestinal tract. Within the gastrointestinal tract, appendix is the most common location for carcinoid, followed by the distal small intestine, the rectum, and the stomach. Among these, primary involvement of the ampulla of Vater is extremely rare. We report a case of carcinoid tumor of ampulla of Vater. A 62-year-old man presented with epigastric soreness. Gastroduodenal endoscopy showed hyperemic bulging mass on ampulla of Vater and diagnosed as carcinoid tumor by histologic finding, with immunohistochemical study. In ^(111)In-octreoscan, tumor had regional lymph node metastasis, but no evidence of distant metastasis. Pancreatoduodenectomy with lymph node dissection was performed.

Agranulocytosis, one of the major side effects of antithyroid a gents, probably occurs in less than 0.25% of cases treated with antithyroid agents. It usually occurs within the first several weeks or months after the initiation of therapy, when drug dosage is higher. Most reported cases of agranulocytosis have occurred during the first 3 months of therapy. We describe here a rare case that did not experience the side effect for 6 years of antithyroid agent treatment but presented with agranulocytosis in one month after re-exposure. It suggests that the major side effect such as agranulocytosis can occur in patients who had undergone prior uneventful antithyroid drug therapy.

Taguchi's parameter design is to determine optimal settings of design parameters of a product or a process such that the characteristics of a product exhibit small variabilities around their target values. His analysis of the problem has focused only on a single characteristic or response, but the quality of most products is seldom defined by a characteristic, and is rather the composite of a great number of characteristics which are often interrelated and nearly always measured in a variety of units. The critical problem in dealing with multiple characteristics is how to compromise the conflicts among the selected levels of the design parameters for each individual characteristic. The main objective of this study is to compare Six method for parameter design of multiple characteristics. The Analysis results of existing case study are compared with six methods.
자동차의 컬러 선호도와 소비자 구매의도 탐색을 위한 컬러커뮤니케이션에 관한 연구

Color in products is emerging as the added value of new products than utility value. In this study, The results of this study are as follows. First, the color preference and the purchase intention of the automobile were explored. The results showed that color is an important factor in buying a car, regardless of gender, age, and occupation. And it is proved that color is a very important factor in forming a purchase attitude and attitude. In the analysis of color communication according to the vehicle type, color sensitivity is low in the light and medium size according to ages, but color sensitivity is low in the medium, large, and suv. In the sex, only the light color shows diversity in color, The color sensitivity was low. Therefore, This study intends to provide basic data for establishing an effective strategy for color communication marketing considering the physical and psychological characteristics of color in decision making of car purchase.
WEXTOPSIS모형을 이용한 양면 SMT 조립 실험의 파라미터 설계

In this paper, the WEXTOPSIS Model using SN ratio can be Optimized Double-sided SMT assembly experiment. From this result, the EXTOPSIS model is a parameter design procedure to achieve the Optimal compromise among several different methods.

This paper is to identify the type of external image and external image management action that university students prefer. By the result of this survey, Male university students appeared to prefer the X-shaped body of the egg-shaped face with long straight hair pretty women. Female university students appeared to prefer the inverted triangle body shape of the egg-shaped face with short hair, good word and deed men, healthy man. Also, both men and women wer actively external image management. Especially, males are positively their image management and Women make up and hair style. I think that this paper contribute to motivate a successful interpersonal relationship management with an image control that competitive image.

This paper uses extended technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (EXTOPSIS) method in concept selection of the product development process. The advantage of using EXTOPSIS method include: The results are based upon the original data, and the calculations are simple and easy to understand.The critical problem in dealing with concept selection is the process of evaluating concept with respect to customer needs and other criteria, comparing the relative strengths and weaknesses of the concepts. The purpose of this reaserch is to solve the problem of the concept selection using the EXTOPSIS model. A numerical example is provided to show how this EXTOPSIS method works in dealing with concept slelection problems.
