      • Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Power Quality Based on Modified Entropy Weights

        To improve the limitations of information entropy in the power quality evaluation process, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was proposed on Modified Entropy Weights and Catastrophe Verification. Through summing up the six indexes of power quality, and establishing the evaluation level boundary, the positive and negative entropy weights were reckoned for the power quality monitoring units; The fuzzy features and evaluation was improved to be depicted for power quality with Exponent method, and the five level membership function was set for the power quality evaluation; Then, the mechanism was set up for the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation operation. Finally, with the modified entropy information combination mode and the fuzzy catastrophe mode, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis was carried on for such power quality. Case showed, the power quality evaluation conclusion of Information catastrophe mode has the good consistency with the weight combination mode of the positive and negative entropy, which could realize the distinction and system evaluation to the different monitoring units.

      • WILL STRONG RETAILERS ACQUIRE BETTER PROCUMENT PERFORMANCE?: ANALYSIS BASED ON THE MEDIATING EFFECT OF THE QUALITY OF RETAILER-SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP

        Due to the continuous development of international retailers in the Chinese market, and the merger and reorganization among Chinese retailers in recent years, the degree of concentration of the Chinese retail industry has been increasing, and the scale of retailers has been expanding. It is suggested by the report China Powers of Retailing 2014 that an increasing number of large-scale retail groups have been formed in the Chinese retail industry. In large and medium-sized cities in China, such large-scale supermarkets as Wal-Mart, Carrefour and RT-Mart have controlled most market shares of food and daily necessities. And large-scale household appliance chains, such as Gome and Suning, have controlled most market shares of home appliance. Due to the advantage of scale and brand of large-scale retailers, these retailers have gradually occupied a leading role in the supply chain, and formed buyer monopoly power and countervailing power. Intuitively speaking, retailers can acquire obvious advantages in procurement activities, no matter it is the buyer monopoly power or countervailing power that is being utilized. And the advantages are beneficial to the improvement of retailers’ procurement performance. However, it is pointed out by a number of scholars’ research that buyer power’s influence on retail enterprises’ performance is quite complicated. Whether buyer power can improve economic efficiency depends on the quality of retailer-supplier relationship. The quality of the relationships between retailers and suppliers exerts direct influence on the stability, durability and equity of the trade. In the long term, the reinforcement of buyer power will probably exert adverse influence on the suppliers and retailers. By imposing influence on suppliers with buyer power, retailers will cause twisted competition and prifit shrinkage to suppliers in the upstream market. As a result, the quantity of suppliers will be decreased, which will be disadvantageous to the selection of retailers and affect retailers’ utilization of their negotiating advantage. In the meanwhile, by imposing special prices and discounts, collecting extra charges and signing exclusive agreement with suppliers, retailers will lead to suppliers’ impaired benefit. It will further affect the quality of the retailer-supplierrelationship and ultimately exert adverse influence on both parties’ long-term earnings. In the existing research, few scholars have thoroughly discussed the influence of retailers’ buyer power on the quality of retailer-supplier relationship and retail enterprises’ procurement performance. In addition, different conclusions exist in the analysis of the relationships among the three factors, or between two of them. In order to empirically test the influence of retailers’ buyer power on the quality of retailer-supplier relationship and retail enterprises’ procurement performance, we established the theoretical model of this study in figure 1. The research will help us to cognize the influence of retailers’ buyer power more reasonably, and guide retailers better utilize buyer power, an attempt is made to explore the following questions in this research: 1. Does direct positive influence exist between large-scale retailers’ buyer power and retailers’ procurement performance? 2. Are there any differences in the influence of different types of retailers’ buyer power on retailers’ procurement performance? 3. What influence will large-scale retailers’ buyer power exert on the quality of retailer-supplier relationship? 4. When the quality of retailer-supplier relationship is brought in as a mediating variable, what influence will large-scale retailers’ buyer power exert on retailers’ procurement performance? From the perspective of the relationships among channel members, large-scale retailers in the Chinese market, such as Wal-Mart, Carrefour, RT-Mart, OUYA Supermarket and Vanguard, as well as suppliers of their products are taken as the object of the research. Methods like interview, pre-survey and official survery with questionnaire are adopted to verify different hypotheses in the research. During the indepth interview, twelve respondents are invited respectively to the interview. Seven of them are in charge of large-scale retailers’ procurement, and five of them are salespersons of manufacturers, who supply products to retailers. It can be seen from the result of the interview that the twelve respondents hold different opinions towards the relationships among large-scale retailers’ buyer power, the quality of retailer-supplier relationship and retailers’ procurement performance. In terms of the influence of large-scale retailers’ buyer power on retailers’ procurement performance, some believe that there’s positive influence, some believe there’s negative influence, and some believe the influence should be respectively analyzed according to the degree of buyer power. Specifically speaking, the scale of retailers’ buyer power is constituted of two level-1 dimensions (buyer’s monopoly power and countervailing power) and seven level-2 dimensions; the scaleof the quality of retailer-supplier relationship is constituted of three level-1 dimensions (cooperation, adaption and relationship atmosphere); the scale of retailers’ procurement performance is constituted of three level-1 dimensions (cost performance, time performance and quality performance of procurement). The questionnaire pre-survey is specific to retailers’ procurement staff and suppliers’ sales personnel respectively. A total of valid 179 questionnaires are collected, among which, 86 are from retailers’ procurement staff and 93 are from suppliers’ sales personnel. Based on the survey data, SPSS and AMOS software are utilized in the analysis of items, reliability and validity of the different scales. Finally, the factor structure of the scale regarding retailers’ buyer power is adjusted, and the scale regarding retailers’ buyer monolopy power is re-designed specially. During the official survey with questionnaire, questionnaires are handed out to retailers’ procurement staff and suppliers’ sales personnel respectively. A total of 340 valid questionnaires are collected, among which, 178 are from retailers’ procurement staff and 162 are from suppliers’ sales personnel. The samples, which are quite representative, are evenly distributed. Based on the survey data, SPSS and AMOS software are utilized to further analyze the reliability and validity of the different appraisal scales. Finally, the various hypotheses in the research are tested by causual steps of regression analysis with SPSS. After relatively complicated and elaborate statistical analysis, most of the hypotheses are supported, some are partially supported, and only one is not supported. One of the mediating effect analysis results is show in table 1 and figure 2. Based on direct regression analysis, we can get some important results: First of all, the hypothesis that retailers’ buyer power will overally exert positive influence on retailer enterprises’ procurement performance is supported, but the hypothesis that retailers’ buyer monopoly power and countervailing power will exert positive influence on retailer enterprises’ procurement performance is partially supported. Secondly, the hypothesis that retailers’ buyer power will overally exert negative influence on the quality of retailer-supplier relationship is not supported, and the hypothesis that retailers’ buyer monopoly power will exert negative influence on the quality of retailer-supplier relationship and the dimension is partially supported, and the hypothesis that retailers’ buyer countervailing power will exert positive influence on the quality of retailer-supplier relationship and the dimension is supported. Thirdly, the hypothesis that the quality of retailer-supplier relationship, as well as the dimensions (cooperation and relationship atmosphere) will overally exert positive influence on retailer enterprises’ procurement performance is supported, and the hypothesis that the dimension---the adaptation of the quality of retailer-supplier relationship will exert positive influence on retail enterprises’ procurement performance is only partially supported. Based on causual steps of regression analysis for the mediating effect, we can also get some important results: First of all, the relationship quality plays a complete intermediary role between the retailer’s buyer power and the procurement performance. Secondly, the relationship quality plays a complete intermediary role between the r retailers’ buyer monopoly power and the procurement performance. Thirdly, the relationship quality plays a complete intermediary role between the r retailers’ buyer countervailing power and the procurement performance.Some inspirations are achieved from the research. First of all, basically speaking, the direct influence of retailers’ buyer power on retail enterprises’ procurement performance is significantly positive. Secondly, the influence of retailers’ buyer power on the quality of retailer-supplier relationship is relatively complicated. Thirdly, basically speaking, the influence of the quality of retailer-supplier relationship on retail enterprises’ procurement performance is significantly positive. Fourthly, after the quality of retailer-supplier relationship is brought in as a mediating variable, the influence of retailers’ buyer power on retail enterprises’ procurement performance depends on the specific condition of the retailer-supplier relationship.

        글로벌 품질보증 경영 전략에 관한 연구: 브랜드 명성 및 제조 국가 이미지를 중심으로

        Purpose – Numerous studies have tried to assess the role of a warranty as an explanatory instrument for product quality. While one study argued that manufacturers signal their superior quality to consumers by extending the duration of a warranty, quality is not necessarily related to warranty and a warranty for a short duration is a sign of high product quality. However, there are limitations to measuring product quality in terms of a single variable such as a warranty. Some other studies have evaluated the influence of brand power or value and price on the supposed quality of a product while the influence of warranty was found to be insignificant. Research design, data, methodology – The study analyzes the influence of brand power and the country of origin effect on consumers’ perception of product quality in line with warranty and establishes a priority strategy. Especially, consumer experience has a significant influence on state of the art technology products like applied home electronics as these goods are generally quite expensive and consumers expend significant energy in purchasing them, so the associated warranty and brand can have a critical role in the decision making process. The price of the product was excluded in this discussion as it continually varies with the market share of the product. Results – The results of the analysis are as follows: First, each of the factors such as the standard of the warranty, brand power, and country of origin effect influences the degree of satisfaction of an individual. Second, the factors brand power and quality of the warranty interact both complementarily and synergistically at a time, depending on the brand power. As brand power is more significant, the degree of satisfaction is greater in case of products with low quality warranty compared to those with high quality warranty. Third, the brand power and country of origin effect present a complementary interaction. Fourth, the country of origin effect and quality of a warranty interact synergistically. Conclusions – Thus, the higher the quality of warranty, greater is the increment in the degree of satisfaction. The comprehensive study on the effect of the country of origin on the purchase decision process and the degree of satisfaction compared to the other elements shows that in case of Japanese and Korean markets the brand power of a company is desirable in sustaining the quality of warranty to the industrial average. Also, there is no significant improvement in the perceived quality of the product when the quality of the warranty is lowered. Therefore, the warranty effect diminishes when the value of the brand is known, while it perishes when both the brand power and the country of origin effect are strong enough.

        Recently, in accordance with the development of IT technology, it is prevalent for power quality monitors to be connected to each other via networks and share their data because such networks provide system-wide insights to customers concerning power quality. Those systems can alarm and display power quality events for the convenience of customers. However, if a power quality event occurs, it is difficult for customers to determine its cause and solution because the systems do not provide appropriate power quality diagnosis functions. The power quality management system presented in this paper has been developed to provide customers with various power quality diagnosis functions so that they can cope well with power quality problems with the right measure in the right place. This paper presents the structure and functions of the developed power quality management system and shows some results of the power diagnosis functions.

        군 단체급식 서비스 품질이 급식 만족도 및 무형전투력에 미치는 영향 연구: 병사의 행태적 무형전투력을 중심으로

        This study analyzed the impact of the quality of the military's feeding system on meal service satisfaction and intangible combat power. This research will provide policy implications for the efficient operation of the military’s meal policy and budget. This study identified the four factors (food quality, hygiene, environment, and operation) related to service quality in the military's feeding system. Soldiers' satisfaction with the quality of meal service was 3.21 regarding quality, 3.54 regarding hygiene, 3.35 regarding environment and 3.70 regarding operation of meal service. Satisfaction was found to be the lowest. The correlation between the quality of meal service, quality of meals and the satisfaction with meal service was .820 for quality, .758 for hygiene, .758 for environment, and .724 for meal service. It has been found that hygiene, environment, and operation-related aspects are important factors for the improvement of meal satisfaction in addition to food quality. The correlation index between the quality of meal service and intangible combat power was found to be .233 in quality, .281 in hygiene, .240 in environment, and .308 in operation of meal service. Although the correlation index between the quality of meal service and intangible combat power was moderate, it had significant effects. Therefore, the future quality control of the group meal service needs to be managed with a balanced sense of hygiene, environment, and operation as well as quality of meals. To improve behavioral intangible combat power, it is necessary to note that the correlation index in terms of operation, hygiene, and environment is higher than the quality of meals. 본 연구는 군 단체급식 서비스 품질이 급식 만족도 및 무형전투력에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 군 급식정책과 예산을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공할 것이다. 군 단체급식 서비스 품질 요인은 급식 질, 위생, 환경, 운영 등 4개 요인으로 식별되었다. 장병들의 급식 서비스 품질 만족도는 급식 질 3.21점, 급식 위생 3.54점, 급식 환경 3.35점, 급식 운영 3.70점으로 확인되었다. 급식 질에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 급식 서비스 품질과 급식 만족도의 상관관계 지수는 급식 질 .820, 급식 위생 .758, 급식 환경 .758, 급식 운영 .724로 나타났다. 급식 만족도 향상을 위해서는 급식 질 뿐만 아니라 위생과 환경, 운영 면에도 관심이 요구되었다. 급식 서비스 품질과 무형전투력과의 상관관계 지수는 급식 질 .233, 급식 위생 .281, 급식 환경 .240, 급식 운영 .308로 확인되었다. 상관관계 지수가 높지는 않으나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 군 단체급식 서비스 품질 관리는 급식 질 뿐만 아니라 위생, 환경, 운영 면에 균형된 감각을 가지고 관리가 필요한 것으로 확인되었다. 행태적 무형전투력 향상을 위해서는 급식 질보다 운영과 위생, 환경 면에서 상관관계 지수가 높다는 것을 유의할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

      • 호텔산업 유통 경로상에서 관계의 질에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

        The objectives of this research are to investigate hotel user's service quality and the relationship building factors between travel agency and hotel business companies. Survey were conducted to collect the data with samples of travel agencies and located in Seoul, Pusan. and Gwangju areas. Trained interviewers visited the travel agency offices and asked the respondents to fill out the prepared questionnaires while visiting other offices. 200 usable questionnaires were collected and used for the analyses. LISREL analysis was performed to test the hypotheses. The empirical findings are as follows. First, the relationship characteristics and consumer service quality were found to affect the sources of power significantly. consumer service quality affect source of power than relationship characteristics. It suggest that consumer service qualities were very important to the cognition of sources of power. Second, the relationship characteristics and consumer service quality were not found to affect the relationship quality. It means relationship quality didn't increase the relationship characteristics and consumer service quality in relationship between travel agency and hotel Third, the hotel's sources of power were found to affect negatively the conflict perception and to affect positively the relationship quality the hotel's sources of power such as information and repayment in travel agency was shown to influence conflict on quality of goods, price decision on transaction, conflict on service and communication positively and increase relationship quality with hotel. Fourth, the conflict between travel agency and hotel was shown to decrease relationship quality and was found to relational performance negatively. It provides practical implications for conflict management between the hotel and travel agency. Fifth, relationship quality between travel agency and hotel was found to affect relational performance positively. It would be high on cooperative relationship between travel agency and hotel but continue to continued transaction maintenance such as joint goods development. It seem to explain positive relationship building to higher relationship performance.

        본 논문은 『허수아비춤』을 통해 ‘한국경제사회의 통치성은 무엇일까, 달라진 권력구조 안에서 주체는 누구이며 그 주체성은 무엇인지 밝혀볼 수 있지 않을까’라는 궁금증에서부터 출발하였다고 볼 수 있다. 푸코의 담론을 바탕으로 한국의 국가이성이 근대적 권력에 의해 어떻게 변화하며 달라지는지, 근대권력의 통치성은 무엇인지 밝혀 『허수아비춤』에 나타난 근대 권력과 주체성을 밝히는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 오늘날 근대는 통합적인 권력체로서 정치 이데올로기뿐만 아니라 사회적․물질적 실천으로부터 새로운 형태의 근대권력을 생성하고 있다. 가해자의 관점에서 보면 근대권력은 갈등과 투쟁에 대한 복합적인 힘의 관계였으며, 연속적이고 효과적인 방법으로 사회 전체를 순환하는 미시권력이었다. 남회장과 문화개척센터의윤성훈, 박재우, 강기준은 근대의 미시권력을 보여주는 인물로 피권력자들에게 생명에 대한안전, 위치에 대한 안정을 위협하거나 보호하면서 그들의 행동을 통제하고 사고를 제어하는생명관리권력을 가진 자들이었다. 이들은 먹이사슬 관계처럼 강한 자에게 통제되거나 자신보다 약한 자들을 통제하는 행위를 보여주면서 물질적 풍요와 경제적 권력에 구속되어가고 자본주의적 근대사회의 통치성에 종속되어간다. 비가시적인 물질에 대한 욕망에 의해 길들여지고 통제되는 신체를 가진 오늘날의 현대인들 상징한다는 점에서 호모 에코노미쿠스라 할 수있다. 무수한 권력관계들의 전략적 통합체인 근대사회 안에서 우리는 호모 에코노미쿠스로서경제적 장 안의 생명관리권력을 통해 정치적 힘의 관계를 재편․통제하거나 당하는 것이다. 반면 허민 교수와 전인욱 변호사는 이에 굴복하지 않고 기득권의 경계 바깥으로 나왔다. 이들은 신자유주의적 자본주의 시장의 명령에 의거하는 자기통제 양식을 거부하고 주체화하는 존재로 거듭나려 했다. 이들과 같이 국가 혹은 국가에 결부되어 있는 개별화방식으로부터 스스로를 해방시키는 인물들은 우리사회에 존재하기 마련이다. ‘정치경제학적 지식을 통해 예측되고, 객체로서 보살펴지는 신체에서 벗어나’고자 했던 이들은 자유주의적 통치성이 만들어낸주체화의 유형으로부터 ‘해방되는 것을 스스로 택한 근대사회의 주체’라 할 수 있었다. 결국우리는 근대권력에 의해 스스로를 통제했던 양식을 거부하고 새로운 자기통제 양식을 발명함으로써 스스로를 새롭게 창조하려 했던 인물들의 행위를 통해 근대사회의 주체성을 읽어낼수 있다. The article starts from some curiosities that what is a quality of economic society's administration in South Korea, who is a the subject in changed power structure, what is a identity, can I verify these theories. The article's object is verified modern power and identity about Heosuabee Choom (Dummy Dance)clearly so I am verified what is a quality of administration, changed a national reason by modern power base on Michel Foucault's Theory. Today's modern is created new shapes of modern power from political ideology, social and material practice. when it watch at an assaulter's a point of view, modern power is complex relation ship about troubles and struggles. also it is a circulated microscopic power by continual effect and method. CEO. Nam and Youn Soeng Hoon, Park Jae woo, Kang Gi Joon in Culture Pioneering Center show a modern microscopic power. They have a bio-power, control individual consciousness and behavior, protect and menace stability about positions, safety about life to unauthorize persons. They show controled behavior by strong person or control weak peoson more than them. they are restrict by economical power and material abundance, subordinate by quality of economical modern society's administration. It symbolize today's modern person who have a controled body by desire about unshowed material. so they are Homo-economicus. We are controlled and reorganized relationship of political power through bio-power of economical field as Homo-economicus in modern society that is strategic unified body of a lot of authority relationship also we are controlle and reorganize. The other side, pf. Heo Min and lawyer Jeon In Wook didn't submit to bio-power,and come out from boundary of vested right. they try to born as identitized existence. It is existence person who is release itself from individualize method that is connected nation like them in this society. They want get out of body that is made an estimate and took care of it through political and economical knowledges. so they are the subject of modern society who choice liberating themselves from types of subjectivation that is made by quality of administer. so we read a identity of modern society through character's movement who try to new creative themselves as invent new self-controled style and refuse self-controled style by modern authority.

        고조파 필터 및 인버터의 용량을 고려한 분산전원 시스템의 역률 제어에 관한 연구

        Electric power quality in power transmission/distribution systems has considerably been deteriorated with the increase in the capacity of distributed generators (DGs). It is because inverters, connecting DGs to conventional power grids, tend to generate harmonic current and voltage. For harmonic mitigation, a large amount of research has been done on passive and active filters, which have been operating successfully in many countries. This paper, therefore, presents how to adopt the filters to an inverter-based DG, with considering a system consisting of both inverter-based DG and harmonic filters. In particular, this paper describes the simulation results using the PSCAD/EMTDC: firstly, the relationship between total harmonic distortion(THD) of current and output power of DG: secondly, the harmonic mitigation ability of passive and active filters. The system, furthermore, is obliged to satisfy the regulations made by Korean Electric Power Corporation(KEPCO). In the regulations, power factor should be maintained between 0.9 and 1 in a grid-connected mode. Thus, this paper suggests two methods for the system to control its power factor. First, the inverter of DG should control power factor rather than an active filter because it brings dramatic decrease in the capacity of the active filter. Second, DG should absorb reactive power only in the range of low output power in order to prevent useless capacity increase of the inverter. This method is expected to result in the variable power factor of the system according to its output power.
