        파이프 서포트의 지지핀 두께와 압축하중의 상관관계 분석

        Generally, in construction sites, the pipe support installation workers often use support pins of 9~10 mm which are much smaller than the safety standard sizes for work convenience. Although the safety certification standard thickness of the support pins is 11 mm, and the supervisors are often indifferent to this. Hence, products with far lower performance than the pipe support safety certification value of 40,000 N, which is applied in the supporting post-structural review, are used. Accordingly, this acts as a factor causing collapse accidents in the process of pouring concrete at the construction site. Therefore, this study performed compression experiments on new and reused pipe supports to determine how the thickness of the support pins affects the structural compression performance of the pipe support by considering the thickness of the support pins as a critical variable among various factors affecting the pipe support performance. In the course of the study, the compression test of the pipe support (V2, V4) for the new products showed that only 14 (58.3%) of the total 24 samples satisfied the safety certification standard value of 40,000 N, which indicates that more thorough quality control is required in the manufacturing process. Additionally, comparing the thickness of the support pins and their fracture shape shows that the pipes with support length of 4.0 m or longer are much more affected by the buckling of the entire length than the thickness of the support pins. Of the several factors affecting the performance of reused pipe supports, it was found that, similar to the new products, the use of support pins, with thickness of 12 mm rather than 11 mm, can satisfy the safety certification value more appropriately. Therefore, regardless of the state of usage, it could be concluded that it is necessary to use 12 mm products, whose thickness is larger than that of the safety certification standard value of 11 mm, to improve the performance of the pipe supports.

        이중합성 강박스거더에서 전단연결재에 의해 보강된 압축플랜지의 극한거동에 관한 연구

        종방향 보강재는 압축플랜지를 단순지지함으로써 국부좌굴강도를 증가시키는 역할을 수행한다. 최근 연구에 의하면, 종방향으로 적절한 간격을 두고 점지지 되었을 경우 그 선을 따라서 단순 지지된 경우와 동일한 좌굴강도를 보이는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 같은 연구결과로부터, 하부콘크리트에 부착된 전단연결재가 압축플랜지의 좌굴시 점지지 조건을 만족할 수 있다면 전단연결재가 단순지지의 역할도 수행할 수 있을 것이라는 예측이 가능하다. 이와 같은 사실이 입증이 된다면, 강박스거더 제작비에서 매우 큰 부분을 차지하는 종방향보강재를 생략할 수 있기 때문에 보다 경제적인 설계가 기능해 질 것이다. 본 연구에서는 하부압축플랜지에 종방향보강재를 대체할 전단연결재의 종방향 배치 시 최소간격 결정과 동시에 하부 콘크리트와 합성거동을 하기 위해 소요되는 전단연결재 소요 개수와 간격을 결정하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. The longitudinal stiffener performs its role to increase the local buckling strength by making simple support upon compression flange. In the recent researches, it is investigated that compression flange with point supports on certain arrangement reveals the same strength with longitudinal stiffeners. From this results, it is predictable that shear stud could perform the role of longitudinal stiffener if shear stud embedded in concrete satisfies the requirement to point-support under yield stress of the compression flange. In this study, the researches were performed to investigate the optimally required arrangement space of longitudinal point-support for which the shear stud replacing the longitudinal stiffeners and simultaneously determine the required numbers and space of shear stud for completely composite behavior between compression bottom flange and bottom concrete on the double composite girder system.

        A Clinical Report of the Tooth-Implant Associated Double Crown Denture by Placing Additional Implants

        When partially edentulous patients are treated using removable partial dentures, the teeth used as abutments are critical for prosthesis success. However, for patients with few remaining teeth, the prognosis of such abutment teeth supporting the clasp of removable partial dentures is of concern. In contrast, several studies have reported the success of treatments using double-crown prostheses for patients with few remaining teeth as periodontally compromised teeth can be used as abutments for double-crown dentures even when their prognosis is doubtful for removable partial dentures with clasps. This provides more options for treatment planning for partially edentulous patients with few remaining teeth. In this study, the patient was treated using a conus double-crown denture, where the inner and outer crowns were fabricated using a gold alloy. After 12 years, a new prosthesis was planned due to loss of denture retention and extraction of an abutment tooth. For the new prosthesis, three additional implants were placed and the original abutment teeth with gold inner crowns, except for the one that was extracted, were maintained and were used as abutments for the new hybrid telescopic double crown denture using a friction pin method. Although the opposing arch had natural teeth and fixed prostheses, the patient adapted well after denture delivery and was overall satisfied.
