        危化品物流企业安全领导力及安全行为创新研究

        Safety management is the focus and the fundamental guarantee for sustainable development of hazardous chemical logistics enterprises. Recently, human unsafe factors led to an increasing number of accidents, researchers found only rely on technology to enhance security can’t further improve the safety situation of hazardous chemical logistics enterprises. Therefore, the importance of leadership for safety management has been the focus of research attention. This study take 30 Ningbo hazardous chemical logistics enterprises as the sample is designed to investigate security issues related to safety atmosphere of these hazardous chemical logistics enterprises through empirical analysis, which analyzing the relationships among safety atmosphere, safety leadership and safety behavior, and then to propose some specific point of appeal for improving safety leadership and safety behavior of hazardous chemical logistics enterprises, such as ①the influence of personal factors on the security environment of hazardous chemical logistics enterprise employees we can provide some reference, based on these reference, hazardous chemical logistics enterprise can focus on those who are poor in the sense of security; ②safety leadership can extremely affect the security environment of hazardous chemical logistics enterprise; ③safety leadership has a direct impact on the safety behavior of employees in hazardous chemical logistics enterprises; ④safety atmosphere has a positive impact on the safety behavior of hazardous chemical logistics enterprises. 安全是危化品物流企业的管理重点,是危化品物流企业可持续发展的根本保证。近年来,人 为的不安全因素导致了越来越多的安全事故。本文以30家宁波危化品物流企业为样本,对其安 全领导力及安全行为相关问题进行了调研,并通过实证研究提出了若干创新研究诉求点:一是 危化品物流企业工作人员个人因素对安全氛围的差异性影响,可以为危化品物流企业管理人员 提供借鉴和参考,着重关注那些对安全氛围感较差的工作人员;二是安全领导力可以在很大程 度上影响危化品物流企业的安全氛围;三是安全领导力直接影响危化品物流企业工作人员安全 行为;四是安全氛围正面影响危化品物流企业工作人员安全行为.

        Third-party enterprises’ perceptions of green logistics in China

        This article represents an empirical examination of green logistics awareness of employees at third-party enterprises in China. The data used for this study was collected using a survey related to green logistics awareness. Participants were employees of Chinese enterprises, including five logistics companies. Although there was a general low level of green logistics awareness, results showed a diverse awareness of the topic contingent upon green logistics knowledge. More specifically, with the exception of those who demonstrated a high degree of green logistics knowledge, green logistics awareness level and other dimensions were low. In addition, educational background demonstrated an influence on green logistics awareness. The findings from this study have real-world implications for the development of state logistics environmental protection policy.

        The protection of earth"s environment is rapidly becoming one of the most important international issues most countries considering as currently. According to more strong requirements through many advanced countries to protect overall environment, it is strongly required that not only manufacturers should design and produce the environmentally conscious products but also logistics providers should try to perform logistics activities which reducing the negative effects through various environmentally conscious logistics activities. The purpose of this study is to prove the importance and effectiveness of activities of environmentally conscious logistics management for general performances of logistics enterprises. For this, this study evaluates the level of effectiveness of the activities of environmentally conscious logistics management of domestic logistics enterprises toward its logistics performances. Furthermore, it would be studied whether there are any differences of activities and performances of environmentally conscious logistics management according to the characteristics of logistics enterprises in Korea.

        공공 스마트 공동물류센터 조성 방안 연구 : 경기도를 중심으로

        Recently, the smartization and enlargement of logistics centers is accelerating, especially in large enterprises. However, small and medium-sized enterprises face many difficulties in building their own smart logistics centers, so public support such as smart joint logistics centers is needed. Accordingly, this study seeks to propose a plan to create and operate a smart joint logistics center that can be jointly used by small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the survey targeting small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Gyeonggi-do, small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Gyeonggi-Do were found to have a high awareness of the need for automation, but a low awareness of the need for joint logist ic. Based on these results, in order to promote the use of smart joint logistics centers, smart joint logistics centers need to provide customized services for enterprises as good as their own logistics centers and to present clear advantages of reducing costs such as rental. The plan presented in this study is expected to reduce the financial burden of Gyeonggi-do and respond flexibly to demand, and can be used as basic data when creating a public smart joint logistics center in other regions.

        중국 중소물류기업의 ICT능력이 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향 * - 동태능력 매개효과 중심으로 - 11)

        세계 경제통합의 배경하에 지속적인 혁신을 추진하고 있는 중국 물류기업은 비약적으로 성장하고 있다. 물류기업은 중국 경제 발전의 중요한 추진체계로 기회와 도전에 직면하고 있으며 이제는 글로벌 경쟁력 향상 및 경쟁우위를 추구하고 있다. 본 연구는 중국의 물류기업이 보유한 ICT역량이 기업의 경쟁우위에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치고, 동태능력이 ICT역량과 경쟁우위에 매개역할을 할 것으로 가설을 수립 하였다. 중국 물류기업을 대상으로 수집한 데이터를 이용하여 SPSS와 AMOS분석을 진행한 결과 첫째, 물류 기업의 ICT역량이 동태능력에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었고, 둘째, 기업의 ICT역량은 경쟁우위에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았고, 셋째, 기업의 동태능력은 ICT역량과 경쟁우위 간 긍정적인 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 논문은 물류기업의 ICT역량이 기업의 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향 에서 기업의 동태능력이 매우 중요하다는 이론적인 토대를 제공하였으며, 물류기업의 ICT역량이 기업의 경쟁우위에 긍정적인 영향을 미치게 하기 위해서는 기업의 동태능력을 포함한 전사적인 전략차원의 역량을 강화해야할 필요가 있음을 제시하였다. Under the strategic background of world economic integration, information and communication technologies have gained strong momentum in continuous integration and innovation, making Chinese logistics enterprises develop in leaps and bounds. Logistics enterprises, as an important driving force of China’s economic development, are facing both opportunities and challenges. Chinese logistics enterprises urgently need to heighten their international competitiveness and enhance their own competitive advantages. This paper studies the impact of ICT capability of Chinese logistics enterprises on their competitive advantages by using dynamic capability as the Mediating Effect, and puts forward the hypothesis that the ICT capability of Chinese logistics enterprises has a positive impact on the dynamic capability of enterprises, and the dynamic capability has a positive impact on their competitive advantages. By collecting data through a questionnaire survey, it analyzes the reliability and validity of ICT capability, dynamic capability and competitive advantages of Chinese logistics enterprises as well as the relationship among various dimensions, and studies the path model of ICT capability and dynamic capability affecting competitive advantages. By means of SPSS and AMOS analysis, the results turn out that ICT capability of logistics enterprises has a significant impact on dynamic capability; dynamic capability has a significant impact on competitive advantages; ICT capability has no direct impact on competitive advantages, but it has a significant impact on competitive advantages with dynamic capability as the Mediating Effect. This paper verifies the impact of ICT capability of logistics enterprises on their competitive advantages as well as the mediatioin effect of dynamic capability, which provides an important theoretical basis for sharpening the competitive advantages of logistics enterprises. Therefore, logistics enterprises should give full play to and use ICT capabilities to enhance their dynamic capabilities and then upgrade their competitive advantages.

      • Development of Chinese Logistics And Problems that Korean Logistics Organizations should pay attention to when they make investment in China

        Since 90’,s Chinese logistics has been keeping high speed in logistics industry. This article is mainly about analysis of development of Chinese logistics in 2006, during “Tenth Five Years' Plan", and it also makes certain expectation of Chinese logistics' development. Based on these points, this article also makes general description on certain characteristics of Chinese logistics market. At the end of this article, it points six aspects which Korean logistics organization should pay attention to when they invest in China; those aspects are selection of investment zone; risk of policy; risk of market; risk of legislation; scale of investment and domestic operation.

      • Status and Factors Analysis on Logistics Cost of Chinese Enterprises

        In China, although logistics has received unprecedented attention by enterprises, the fulfillment of logistics function is accompanied by a sacrifice of efficiency. High logistics cost is a characteristic of Chinese enterprises. The influencing factors include ineffectiveness of logistics cost management, high level and low turnover of inventory, insufficient outsourcing of logistics, the environmental factors of social logistics system and rising price of logistics service input. So the countermeasures should mainly be focused on these mentioned aspects.

        물류기업의 국제프랜차이즈 계약을 통한 국제화에 대한 연구

        오늘날 기업의 국제화는 기업의 선택적 사항이 아니라 필연적으로 수행해야 하는 사항이다. 국제 물류시장은 다국적 물류기업의 선도자 역할을 하며, 후발 주자인 국내 물류기업은 혁신적 기업을 통하여 국제화를 달성해야 한다. 본 논문은 연구의 방법으로 문헌연구를 사용하고 있다. 국내 물류기업은 국제화를 위해 새로운 전략적 사고를 고려하고 있지 않다. 국제화를 위한 국내 물류 기업의 새로운 국제화 전략을 통하여 이미 선점된 시장을 잠식할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서 새로운 전략으로 제시하는 것은 프랜차이즈 시스템의 활용이다. 국내 물류기업의 프랜차이즈 시스템을 이용하기 위해서는 국제적 프랜차이즈 계약의 관점에 초점을 두어야 하며, 당해 계약의 기본적 필수 조항들을 검토하는 것은 매우 중요한 부분이다. 그 이유는 개별국가들이 서로 상이한 프랜차이즈 관련 법률들을 가지고 있으며, 현재까지는 국제프랜차이즈에 대한 통 일된 법률이 존재하고 있지 않기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 물류기업의 프랜차이즈 시스템을 이용한 국제화의 일부지만, 실무적 관점에서 시사점을 제시하고 있다. These days the corporate internationalization is a must, not a choice for any enterprise. The international logistics market is led by multinational logistics enterprises, and domestic late mover logistics enterprises should achieve internalization through corporate innovation. As for the research methodology, this paper employs literature review. Domestic logistics enterprises have not been considering new strategic thinking for internalization. Domestic logistics enterprises will be able to encroach on preoccupied markets through new internationalization strategies. The new strategy proposed by this paper is the utilization of franchise system. To use a franchise system, domestic logistics enterprises should focus on the aspects of an international franchise contract; and it is critical for them to review the basic essential provisions of the relevant contract. The reason is that individual countries have different laws related to franchising, and there is not yet a unified law on international franchising.. Therefore, this study has implications, albeit partial, from a hands-on viewpoint, for the internationalization of logistics enterprises through the use of franchise system.

      • Research on the Influencing Factors and Transformation Path of Logistics Enterprise Low-Carbon Performance

        Purpose - This study expounds that logistics enterprises should make use of an information-sharing mechanism, benefit distribution mechanism, and government guarantee mechanism to optimize and balance resource allocation with cooperative participants. Design/Methodology/Approach - This study developed a theoretical research model with interface management analysis, interface resource allocation, and interface management measures as independent variables; an interface connection mechanism and collaborative innovation capability as intermediary variables; and the low-carbon performance of enterprises as a dependent variable based on the structural equation model (SEM) and the empirical test, by selecting a certain number of logistics enterprises nationwide as research objects. Findings - This study discloses that elements such as interface management analysis, interface resource allocation, interface management measures, interface connection mechanism, and collaborative innovation capability contribute proportionally to the low-carbon performance of logistics enterprises. Meanwhile, the interface connection mechanism plays an intermediary role in the impact of interface management analysis and interface management measures on the low-carbon performance of enterprises. Research Implications - This study proposes that the collaborative innovation capability of enterprises should be improved through various interface management measures, and that R&D and the application of low-carbon technology and equipment must be accelerated, thus promoting the improvement of the low-carbon performance of enterprises, and enabling a low-carbon transformation in logistics enterprises, and even the whole logistics industry, so as to help achieve the carbon peak and move toward carbon neutrality as soon as possible.
