한국 현대소설에서 ‘정신주의’에 대한 연구

In the society of pariah capitalism, the new trend in literature coping with materialism and commercialism is called 'literature of idealism'. The study about 'idealism' is being done in poetry, but barely in novel. However, discussion about 'idealism' will be started soon. I am going to present minimum necessity for the productive discussion about 'idealism' in novel through this dissertation. There are three kinds of novel that express 'idealism' most-religion novel, artist novel and environmental novel. That is because religion novel deals with soul, artist novel emphasize more on mind and tao than sophisticated style, and lastly, environmental novel stresses that we have to pursue idealistic life because human's desire destroys environment. There are a lot of religion novels, but ideal works of 'idealism novel' are not many enough. In christian novel, The Martyr by Eun-guk Kim and The Son of Human by Mun-yeol Lee are the model works. Also, Mandala by Seong-dong Kim and Manhang by Chan-ju Jeong are right models for buddhism novel, and Maewoldang Kimsisub by Mun-gu Lee and Novel Mokminsimseo by In-kyung Hwang are right for confucianism novel. Kmsizo by Mun-yeol Lee Choui, Chusa by Sung-won Han and Home of wing by Cheong-jun Lee are good examples of 'idealism' in artist novel. For the last, The load to Auraji, Meditation about Snip by Won-il Kim are right work to show 'idealism' in environmental novel. It is not easy to define concept and range of 'ideal' and 'idealism' clearly. Therefore, it is better have discussion with presenting ideal novels than define the concept and then find suitable novels. From this thought, I divided 'idealism' novel into three subjects and presented representative novels in each subjects.

It can be seen that the ideal of the civil action forms the ideal of civil affairs execution. Moreover it is regulated that civil affairs execution law article 23 term 1 “excluding the circumstances where there is a special regulation to this law, it applies correspondingly the regulations of civil action law regarding the procedures of civil affairs execution and preservative measure.” so, different to the opinion of looking at the ideal of civil action as the ideal of civil affairs execution, it seems as though there can be no different opinion. Therefore it is sometimes thought that legalistic character and ideal of civil affairs execution procedure don't need to be particularly understood. But even if the principle of civil action and civil affairs execution is identical, civil action procedure is ideally solving the dispute factum via mentality that has been through opinion proof(Verhandlungsmaxime) of the person concerned. Different to this the civil affairs execution systematically actualizes the authority of ideal acknowledged executive power original state, or it is a procedure that forcefully realizes the authority based on conversion right that is immanent in mortgage rights such as mortgage, right of pledge, the lease of a house on a deposit basis rights, and lien. Furthermore it is a procedure where human execution possible, so it is hard to see that the meaning of that principle is definitely identical. Therefore an examination is necessary to see whether legalistic character in a civil action is different to legalistic character of civil affairs execution procedure, whether regulations about ideal of Code of Civil Procedure article 1 are applied correspondingly in civil affairs execution and article 1, whether or not that meaning is identical if it is applied, and because there is the problem of whether the ideal different to civil action is needed or not. It is because the ideal of civil affairs execution is needed as the analysis ideal of civil affairs execution law, and as the appropriate standard of legislation(opening of court) direction according to the changes of society's economic important matters and sense of values that were prerequisite during the legislation. In this essay we looked at whether public good is needed as the ideal of civil affairs execution. There is no reason to object to the opinion 'civil action law article 1 term 1 is applied correspondingly', because civil affairs execution law does not keep the regulation about the ideal of civil affairs execution procedures. But rapidity, economics, propriety and equity according to civil action, does not have the same meaning with the legalistic character and civil affairs execution which objective is different. Also the existence of ideal besides the ones regulated in civil affairs execution law, that are deduced according to the various regulations that have been regulated in civil affairs execution law can not be denied. The procedural prowl in civil affairs execution is something that is arranged at the front in the ideal(especially propriety and equity) of civil affairs execution, but preferably in civil affairs execution procedure if there is no prowling, it brings execution incapable situation due to the debtor, so not only will it be against propriety and equity but it will bring the result which makes it harder for idea achievement of economy and rapidity. Also it can be said that the civil action procedure actually does not have public beneficial and third person-wise relative importance, and there are very little circumstances where it has any effects. On the contrary civil affairs execution procedure has more gain and loss related people than civil action, and it is a procedure of substantially realizing creditor's authority. So that is how the gain and loss relation between creditors, between creditor and debtor, between creditor and other understanding related people, between creditor and third debtor, and between vendee and third person, sharply confronts. Therefore there is the need for civil affairs execution procedure to regard the idea of public benefit as important. In conclusion the principle in civil affairs execution requires rapidity, economics, propriety and equity due to correspondingly applied civil action law, other than these it is seen that the ideal of prowl and public benefit is required. These ideal supplement and overlap with each other, and sometimes they are inconsistent or collide. However public benefit as the civil affairs execution ideal is the only notion that does not conflict with other ideal. Civil affairs execution is the procedure that forcefully realizes authority as executive power original state that has been ideally approved in things such as civil action, in the aim of creditor's profit, it is caused by debtor's unfaithfulness so it has to plan creditor's superiority and creditor's maximum satisfaction more than anything else. But bringing unexpected loss to third person or other understanding related person, furthermore being to harsh to the debtor, In the end it should not be a result opposing against public benefit.

FSI-IDEALS AND FSC-IDEALS OF BCI-ALGEBRAS

The notions of FSI-ideals and FSC-ideals in BCI-algebras are introduced. The characterization properties of FSI-ideals and FSC-ideals are obtained. We investigate the relations between FSI-ideals (resp. FSC-ideals) and other fuzzy ideals, between FSI-ideals (resp. FSC-ideals) and BCI-algebras, and show that a fuzzy subset of a BCI-algebra is an FSI-ideal if and only if it is both an FSC-ideal and a fuzzy BCI-positive implicative ideal.

이상화(idealization)에 관한 물리교사들의 인식

이상조건에 대한 이해는 물리학습능력 뿐 아니라 평가 문제 해결에서도 중요하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 교사와 학생들은 그 중요성을 인식하지 못하고 있으며, 이상화에 대한 국내외 선행 연구도 거의 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물리학습에서의 이상화의 중요성을 강조하기 위해 고등학교 물리교사 10명을 대상으로 일대일 면담을 통해 이상화에 대한 인식을 심층적으로 탐색하였다. 본 연구에서는 교사들의 일대일면담 결과를 통해 교사들의 이상화에 대한 이해와 그와 관련된 수업전략을 알 수 있었다. 교사들은 이상화라는 용어 자체는 잘 알지 못했지만, 이상화와 이상조건에 대한 개념을 이해하고 있었으며 과학 수업에서 이상화와 이상조건에 대해 명시적으로 언급해야 할 필요성에 대해서도 인식하고 있었다. 또한 때때로 교사들은 이론수업, 실험수업, 평가수업에서 이상화를 제시하거나 응용하여 수업 전략을 사용하고 있었다. 본 연구는 이상화에 대한 교사들의 이해 수준을 높일 수 있는 방안과 후속 연구에 대한 제언하고, 이상화에 대한 교사 교육과 수업 전략 개발에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. The purposes of this study were to understand what is physics teachers` perceptions of idealization and to explore their teaching experiences about idealization in their physics classes. In order to achieve these research purpose, we conducted in-depth interviews with ten Korean physics teachers. The interview data was transcribed and analyzed interpretively. The results are as follows: (1) Physics teachers are not familiar with the term of ``idealization`` but they understand the meaning of idealization and ideal condition. (2) Physics teachers understand the necessity of explicit mentions of idealization and ideal conditions in physics classes. (3) Physic teachers adapt conceptions of idealization and ideal condition into their lectures, experimental classes and evaluation strategies. Thus, the results of this study can provide theocratical understanding of idealization. It will help develop teacher education programs and physics teaching strategies. This research also suggested follow-up research questions about idealization in the physics education field.

ON WEAKLY 2-ABSORBING PRIMARY IDEALS OF COMMUTATIVE RINGS

Let R be a commutative ring with $1{\neq}0$. In this paper, we introduce the concept of weakly 2-absorbing primary ideal which is a generalization of weakly 2-absorbing ideal. A proper ideal I of R is called a weakly 2-absorbing primary ideal of R if whenever a, b, $c{\in}R$ and $0{\neq}abc{\in}I$, then $ab{\in}I$ or $ac{\in}\sqrt{I}$ or $bc{\in}\sqrt{I}$. A number of results concerning weakly 2-absorbing primary ideals and examples of weakly 2-absorbing primary ideals are given.

On strongly quasi $J$-ideals of commutative rings

Let $R$ be a commutative ring with identity. In this paper, we introduce a new class of ideals called the class of strongly quasi $J$-ideals lying properly between the class of $J$-ideals and the class of quasi $J$-ideals. A proper ideal $I$ of $R$ is called a strongly quasi $J$-ideal if, whenever $a$, $b\in R$ and $ab\in I$, then $a^{2}\in I$ or $b\in {\rm Jac}(R)$. Firstly, we investigate some basic properties of strongly quasi $J$-ideals. Hence, we give the necessary and sufficient conditions for a ring $R$ to contain a strongly quasi $J$-ideals. Many other results are given to disclose the relations between this new concept and others that already exist. Namely, the primary ideals, the prime ideals and the maximal ideals. Finally, we give an idea about some strongly quasi $J$-ideals of the quotient rings, the localization of rings, the polynomial rings and the trivial rings extensions.

Rings with ideal-symmetric ideals

Let $R$ be a ring with identity. An ideal $N$ of $R$ is called $ideal$-$symmetric$ (resp., $ideal$-$reversible$) if $ABC \subseteq N$ implies $ACB \subseteq N$ (resp., $AB \subseteq N$ implies $BA \subseteq N$) for any ideals $A, B, C$ in $R$. A ring $R$ is called $ideal$-$symmetric$ if zero ideal of $R$ is ideal-symmetric. Let $S(R)$ (called the $ideal$-$symmetric$ $radical$ of $R$) be the intersection of all ideal-symmetric ideals of $R$. In this paper, the following are investigated: (1) Some equivalent conditions on an ideal-symmetric ideal of a ring are obtained; (2) Ideal-symmetric property is Morita invariant; (3) For any ring $R$, we have $S(M_{n}(R)) = M_{n}(S(R))$ where $M_{n}(R)$ is the ring of all $n$ by $n$ matrices over $R$; (4) For a quasi-Baer ring $R$, $R$ is semiprime if and only if $R$ is ideal-symmetric if and only if $R$ is ideal-reversible.

δ-primary Ideals of Commutative Rings

In this paper we investigate δ-primary ideals which unify prime ideals and primary ideals. A number of main results about prime ideals and primary ideals are extended into this general framework. Prime ideals and primary ideals are two of the most important structures in commu- tative algebra. Although different from each other in many aspects, they share quite a number of similar properties as well( see [1] ). However, these two structures have been treated rather differently, and all of their properties were proved separately. It is therefore natural to examine whether it is possible to have a unified approach to studying these two structures. In this short paper we introduce the notion of δ-primary ideals where δ is a mapping that assigns to each ideal I an ideal δ (I) of the same ring. Such δ-primary ideals unify the prime and primary ideals under one frame. This approach clearly reveals how similar the two structures are and how they are related to each other. In the first section, we introduce ideal expansion and define primary ideals with respect to such an expansion. Besides the familiar expansions δ_(0),δ₁and B, we also have a new expansion M de?ned by means of maximal ideals. In the second section, we investigate ideal expansions satisfying some additional conditions and prove more properties of the generalized primary ideals with respect to such expansions. In this paper, all the rings used are commutative rings with an multiplication identity and all the ring homomorphisms preserve the identity. We shall use Id(R) to denote the set of all ideals of the ring R.

T-fuzzy ideals in ordered Γ-semirings

In this paper,we introduce the notion of $T-$fuzzy ideal, $T-$fuzzy left (right) $k-$ideal, $T-$fuzzy interior ideal, $T-$fuzzy quasi ideal, $T-$fuzzy bi-ideal in an ordered $\Gamma-$semiring. We characterize the regular ordered $\Gamma-$semiring in terms of $T-$fuzzy left (right) ideal, $T-$fuzzy quasi ideal, $T-$fuzzy bi-ideal, $T-$fuzzy interior ideal and study their properties and relations between them. We establish that $T-$fuzzy ideal, $T-$fuzzy bi-ideal, $T-$fuzzy quasi ideal and $T-$fuzzy interior ideal are equivalent in a regular ordered $\Gamma -$semiring and characterize the simple ordered $\Gamma -$semiring in terms of $T-$fuzzy interior ideal.
