서비스디자인을 적용한 에너지 절감 확산 사례 분석을 통한 지속가능한 디자인 고려 요소 연구

서비스디자인을 통한 에너지절감형 아파트 고지서 확산 사업이 전국적인 규모로 확대되고 있다. 이와 더불어 에너지절감이 지속적으로 유지되기 위한 아파트 고지서 디자인의 개선 또한 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서비스디자인을 적용한 에너지 절감 확산 사례 분석을 통하여 지속가능한 디자인 고려 요소에 관한 연구를 실행하였다. 연구방법으로 첫째, 전기사용량 정보 제공에 따른 소비자 반응의 이론적 논리와 서비스디자인을 통한 에너지 절감 사례, 서비스 디자인 고려요소 분류를 리뷰 하였다. 둘째, 에너지관리공단에서 최근 3년간 에너지 절감 효과가 큰 아파트 단지의 설문 조사 내용을 재분석하였다. 셋째, 이와 같은 분석을 통하여 지속가능한 에너지절감 실천을 위한 디자인 시 고려하여할 사용자들의 관심요소는 무엇인지를 도출하였다. 연구의 결과로 서비스디자인의 지속성을 위한 에너지절감 확산사업의 서비스 디자인 고려요소들을 도출하였다. 서비스디자인을 통하여 개발한 디자인결과물이 현실에 적용되어 장기간에 걸쳐 디자인의 효과나 확산의 효과를 추적 조사한 사례는 아직 존재 하지 않으므로. 본 사례를 통해 향후 서비스디자인이 공공부분에 대한 서비스디자인의 확산 및 향후 검증을 위한 좋은 자료로 활용되었으면 한다. The project to spread energy saving apartment bill through service design is expanding nationwide. Along with this, there is also a need to improve bills design to sustain energy savings. In this study, sustainable design consideration factor study was conducte through case analysis of energy saving diffusion applying service design. The study methodology is summarized in three fold : Firstly, the theoretical logic of consumer reaction according to providing electricity usage information, energy saving case through service design, service design consideration factor were reviewed. Second, the energy management corporation reanalyzes the questionnaire survey of apartment complexes that have significant energy saving effect for the last three years. Third, through analysis, we derive what factors of users to consider in design for sustainable energy saving practice. As a result of the study, we derive the design consideration factors of diffusion project for sustainability of service design. Users who used to check and verify the amount received from old bills received various information from the new bills. There is yet to be a case in which the effects of the actual service design are applied to the effect of the actual design of the design and the effect of the effects of the actual design of the product. Researchers hope that the researchers who study the service design will use the service design as a good resource for future service design and future verification of the service.

정체성 있는 도시경관형성을 위한 경관디자인 요소의 평가요인 도출에 관한 연구 -인천경제자유구역 송도지구를 중심으로-

A paradigm has been shifting toward stressing quality-of-life utilizing design concepts based on amenity space from function-oriented that should promote citizen's activity with no inconvenience. Urban landscape design has become a critical factor contributing to strengthen city's identity as well as holistic city's image as one can notice with reading Scenic Conservation Act amendment which is ongoing legislation notice process. Therefore, It is a very important task to make such an urban landscape design that can coincide with city's function and goal for constructing competitive city's image. In this study, as a way of systematic approach for making urban landscape design, recognized the need of evaluation index that can present practical alternative proposal based on effective system and plan, created evaluation factors of urban landscape design that can be used as evaluation index. As a process of this study, analyzed existing urban landscape data, and abstracted design factors for identity in the urban landscape formation from relevant projects and existing studies as a first step. after that, derived evaluation factors that can affect identity in the urban landscape formation with analyzing and evaluating the importance of such abstracted design factors. Abstracted evaluation factors will be used continuously in testing urban image difference followed by urban landscape planning afterwards, and even testing proposal of the effective landscape planning process. 도시는 불편 없이 활동할 수 있어야한다는 기능중심에서 쾌적한 환경을 기본으로 한 디자인에 의한 삶의 질을 중시하는 방향으로 패러다임이 변화되고 있다. 현재 입법 예고된 경관법 개정내용에서도 알 수 있듯이 경관디자인은 도시전체의 정체성 강화에 기여하는 중요한 요소가 된다. 경쟁력 있는 도시경관 형성을 위해서는 도시의 정체성과 목표에 부합하는 경관계획을 세워야 한다. 본 연구에서는 경관계획을 위한 체계적 접근의 일환으로 현 제도 및 계획 내용을 토대로 현실적인 대안을 제시할 수 있는 디자인 평가 지표의 도출이 필요하다는 전제하에, 평가의 지표로 활용할 수 있는 경관디자인 평가요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 과정으로 먼저 선행된 경관자료들을 분석하고, 관련계획 및 선행연구 고찰을 통해 정체성 있는 도시경관 형성을 위한 디자인 요소를 추출하였다. 추출된 디자인 요소들의 내용을 분석하고 중요도를 평가하여 정체성 있는 도시경관 형성에 영향을 미치는 평가 요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 평가요인들은 향후 경관계획에 따른 차이를 검증하고 효과적인 경관계획과정의 제안과 검증과정에도 지속적으로 활용할 계획이다.

지능형 오피스 내의 유비쿼터스 제품과 서비스 디자인 요구사항에 관한 연구

The smart office based on the ubiquitous technology must be designed to maximize user's working efficiency in a comfortable circumstance, increase the level of security on users, user information and office facilities, and achieve economic efficiency. Such human-centered technology and an intelligent environment, a physical space is perceptually enabled, that is capable of natural human interactions, and that provides both proactive and reactive services to a community of users. An smart office needs to control a wide range of physical devices : lights, audio/video equipment, telephone, handheld computers, etc. Additionally, that needs to control a significant number of software components : messaging system, personal file databases, schedule-keeping agents, video conference system and so on. This study analyzes environmental changes and characteristics of working spaces where ubiquitous technology is applied, based on the understanding of the components for each function of the existing working spaces and integration factors between physical and digital elements in an ubiquitous environment.
