Project portfolio management is about making strategic choices, resources allocation. it focuses in project selection and chooses the right projects from the many opportunities the enterprise face. project portfolio selection plays a key role in project portfolio management. popular methods for project portfolio selection are investigated and compared in this research. besides, a multi-criteria decision making model based on information entropy was established to select project and project portfolio, several important criteria were selected as evaluation criteria, entropy weights acted as weight coefficients for evaluation criteria in order to avoid uncertainty and randomicity of subjective judgments. the model proposed in theis paper provides a quantificational evaluation method for enterprises to select project and project portfolio.

      • Optimized dynamic decision making model based on entropy for evaluating bid

Wei Zhan,Zhaohong Wang 인하대학교 정석물류통상연구원 2009 인하대학교 정석물류통상연구원 학술대회 Vol.2009 No.10

Bid evaluation was a pivotal step in the process of bidding. In order to prevent subjective or arbitrary behavior in bid evaluation process, an optimized dynamic multi-criteria decision making model was proposed. In this model, the dynamic weight of quotation was obtained through mutual game playing of bidders. Besides, objective entropy weight was employed to determine weight of other criteria except quotation. Dynamics, objectivity and scientificity were realized in this model. Moreover, this model was applied to evaluate bid of an assets packet project for an assets management corporation. Scientific and satisfying results were obtained. The results showed that subjectivity and arbitrariness were avoided successfully.

Three‑phase four‑level inverter with capacitor voltage self‑balancing and high DC‑voltage conversion ratio

        Bihua Hu,Fa Wang,Jiang Zhu,Wenlang Deng,Zhaohong Wang,Siyan Liu 전력전자학회 2023 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.23 No.5

Multilevel inverters are widely employed in industry application due to their low voltage-variation rate and little current distortion. However, capacitor-voltage regulation adds the complexity of their modulation, and the low DC-voltage conversion ratio restricts their application in some specific occasions. Here, a new three-phase four-level inverter with switchedcapacitor circuits and full-bridge circuits is proposed to address the above issues. In addition, a corresponding space-vector diagram is proposed to control the power switches of the inverter. In this space-vector diagram, each subsector includes only a switching sequence, which is simpler than the conventional one. Then, simulation and experimental platforms are established to demonstrate the validity of the proposed inverter. The obtained results show that the proposed inverter can meet the expected design requirements.

Preparation of new visible-light driven nanocomposite photocatalysts, X/NaTaO3/Er3+:YAlO3 (X = Ag, Au and Pt), for photocatalytic conversion of Cr(VI)

        Bowen Li,Yidi Wang,Fangyuan Tian,Guanshu Li,Zhaohong Zhang,Jun Wang,Youtao Song 한국공업화학회 2017 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.54 No.-

In order to expand the light response range of wide band-gap semiconductor photocatalyst (NaTaO3) for effective photocatalytic conversion of Cr(VI), an up-conversion luminescence agent (Er3+:YAlO3) is combined with NaTaO3 and a visible-light driven photocatalyst, NaTaO3/Er3+:YAlO3, is prepared. Moreover, several conduction band co-catalysts (Ag, Au and Pt) are deposited the surface of NaTaO3/Er3+: YAlO3, respectively, to facilitate the transfer rate of photo-generated electrons. X-ray diffractometer (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses are employed to confirm the morphology, microstructure and composition of the prepared photocatalysts. In addition, UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra are determined to explore the visible-light absorption properties of Er3+:YAlO3, NaTaO3, NaTaO3/Er3+:YAlO3 and X/NaTaO3/Er3+:YAlO3 (X = Ag, Au and Pt). Photoluminescence (PL) spectra are used to estimate the recombination rate of electron–hole pairs. The effects of irradiation time, photosource kind, solution acidity and used times on the photocatalytic capabilities of NaTaO3/Er3+:YAlO3 and X/NaTaO3/Er3+:YAlO3 (X = Ag, Au and Pt) are investigated in detail. The results show that the uses of up-conversion luminescence agent (Er3+:YAlO3) and co-catalysts (Ag, Au and Pt) can promote NaTaO3 to utilize visible-light to carry out the photocatalytic conversion of Cr(VI). Particularly, the prepared Au/NaTaO3/Er3+:YAlO3 nanocomposite with 1.0 wt% Au and 0.3:1.0 molar ratio of Er3+:YAlO3 and NaTaO3 shows the highest photocatalytic activity in conversion of Cr(VI).

Effects of dietary mulberry leaves on growth, production performance, gut microbiota, and immunological parameters in poultry and livestock: a systematic review and meta-analysis

        Bing Geng,Jinbo Gao,Hongbing Cheng,Guang Guo,Zhaohong Wang Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2024 Animal Bioscience Vol.37 No.6

Objective: This study aimed to assess the effects of dietary mulberry leaves on the growth, production performance, gut microbiota, and immunological parameters of poultry and livestock. Methods: The PubMed, Embase, and Scopus databases were systematically analyzed to identify pertinent studies up to December 2022. The effects of mulberry leaf diet was assessed using the weighted mean difference, and the 95% confidence interval was calculated using a random-effects model. Results: In total, 18 studies that sampled 2,335 poultry and livestock were selected for analysis. Mulberry leaves improved the average daily gain and reduced the feed/meat ratio in finishing pigs, and the average daily gain and average daily feed intake in chicken. In production performance, mulberry leaves lowered the half carcass weight, slaughter rate, and loin eye area in pigs, and the slaughter rate in chickens. Regarding meat quality in pigs, mulberry leaves reduced the cooked meat percentage, shear force, crude protein, and crude ash, and increased the 24 h pH and water content. In chickens, it increased the drip loss, shear force, 45 min and 24 h pH, crude protein, and crude ash. Mulberry leaves also affect the abundances of gut microbiota, including Bacteroides, Prevotella, Megamonas, Escherichia-Shigella, Butyricicoccus, unclassified Ruminococcaceae, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, and Escherichia coli in poultry and livestock. Mulberry leaves at different doses were associated with changes in antioxidant capacity in chickens, and immune organ indexes in pigs. With respect to egg quality, mulberry leaves at different doses improved the shell strength, yolk color, eggshell thickness, and eggshell weight. However, moderate doses diminished the egg yolk ratio and the egg yolk moisture content. Conclusion: In general, dietary mulberry leaves improved the growth, production performance, and immunological parameters in poultry and livestock, although the effects varied at different doses.

Time-series transcriptomic analysis of the kelp grouper Epinephelus moara in response to low salinity stress

        Quanxin Gao,Yanfeng Yue,Minghua Min,Shiming Peng,Zhaohong Shi,Jinbo Wang,Tao Zhang 한국통합생물학회 2018 Animal cells and systems Vol.22 No.4

The Kelp grouper Epinephelus moara is one of the most widely consumed and economically important marine fish in China. The species can tolerate a wide range of salinity, but genomic resources are not available, and the molecular mechanisms underlying adaptation to salinity at the transcriptomic level remain largely unclear. In this study, the transcriptomic responses of the liver of E. moara under low salinity were investigated using the Illumina digital gene expression system. After de novo assembly, 499,356 transcripts were generated and contributed 445,068 unigenes. A total of 14, 19, 33 and 3101 genes were differentially expressed following exposure to low salinity stress for 2, 6, 24 and 48 h, respectively. Only two genes were differentially expressed in all groups. Four genes related to metabolism and ambient salinity adaption were randomly selected to validate the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) by real-time PCR. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopaedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis were used to analyse the functional significance of DEGs, including those responding to salinity through diverse biological processes, cellular components, molecular functions, and pathways associated with metabolic and osmotic responses. This work provides new insight into the response to salinity challenges in E. moara, and the findings expand our knowledge of the molecular basis of metabolic regulation mechanisms in this species. Additionally, the transcriptional data provide a valuable resource for future molecular and genetic studies on E. moara.

        Junhua Mei,Yanjie Xu,Xue Gong,Jinmei Xu,Guohua Chen,Weiqi Chen,Yicong Wang,Zhaohong Kong,Yilong Wang,Qing Yang 대한신경정신의학회 2024 PSYCHIATRY INVESTIGATION Vol.21 No.3

Objective We used polysomnography (PSG) monitoring and neuropsychological scales to explore the characteristics of coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) patients diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in Wuhan, two years after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods A total of 42 patients in the Sleep Medicine Center were diagnosed with insomnia between December 2021 and May 2022; they were divided into the PTSD group (patients with PTSD diagnosed with insomnia after COVID-19 infection) and the non-PTSD group (patients with insomnia without PTSD). A healthy control group was simultaneously included. Results The PTSD group was more significant than the non-PTSD group in partial manifestations of sleep disorders, neuropsychological clinical symptoms, and partial PSG data. Patients with different COVID-19 subtypes showed significant differences in the course of disease, sleep disorders, neuropsychological clinical symptoms, relevant scale scores, and PSG data analysis. Conclusion The emotional anxiety and depression of COVID-19 patients diagnosed with PTSD two years after the COVID-19 pandemic in Wuhan are more significant, and will not be self-alleviated with the passage of time. It is necessary to continue to pay attention to the PTSD symptoms and sleep psychology of COVID-19 infected patients, and take appropriate measures. Patients with severe and critical COVID-19 have more severe sleep and mental disorders, and there is a significant correlation between the duration of the disease and the severity of mental and mental disorders and sleep disorders after recovery.
