The myeloid-specific IgA Fc receptor (FcαR) is a cell surface molecule on immunocytes that provides a fundamental connection between humoral and cellular immunity. In this study, the full-length cDNA sequence of swine FcαRI (swFcαRI) was isolated and characterized and found to contain a 792-base-pair open reading frame, encoding a 264-amino-acid transmembrane glycoprotein with a predicted molecular mass of 29.4 kDa. The swFcαRI shares high amino acid sequence homology (>50%) with its counterparts from cattle, seal, and horse. Rosetting analysis confirmed that COS-7 cells transfected with an swFcαRI expression plasmid was able to combine with chicken erythrocytes sensitized with porcine IgA, but not IgG.

There is concurrent use of civil and criminal measures in disposing the bankruptcy property, under the circumstances of that enterprise constitute the cause of bankruptcy and that enterprise or senior manager and controlling shareholders thereof constitute criminal suspects. Concurrent use of civil and criminal measures in disposing the bankruptcy property is an understudied topic in the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law. The improper intervention of public power tends to give adverse influence to social effects on relationship dispose of criminal law and civil law. From the perspective of crime of illegal deposits from the public, the paper focuses on the following three points, including the logic proven of bankruptcy proceedings are not suspended due to criminal procedures, the priority of the people’s court accepting the bankruptcy petition taking preservation measures on all or part of the property of the debtor, and how to declare the creditor’s right in the bankruptcy proceedings. From the view of jurisprudence basis of relation reconfiguration between criminal law and civil law for crime of illegal deposits from the public, the paper analyzes that the credit of victim shall be distributed in a same sequence with the common credit of bankruptcy. And the amount of the victim’s right in the distribution shall be composed of the principal and its interest, but not of the deferred payment.

This paper focuses on the problem of adaptive neural network (NN) control for a class of nonlinear stochastic non-strict feedback system with dead-zone input. A novel adaptive NN output feedback control approach is first proposed for stochastic non-strict feedback nonlinear systems. In order to solve the problem of dead-zone input, a linear decomposition method is proposed. On the basis of the state observer, an output feedback adaptive NN controller is designed by a backstepping approach. It is shown that the proposed controller guarantees that all the signals of the closed-loop systems are semi-globally uniformly bounded in probability. Simulation results further illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

The microstructural evolution of Mg–2.0Gd–1.2Y–1.0Zn–0.2Zr (GWZK) alloy during homogenization and subsequentaging heat-treatment and the tensile properties of the peak-aged sample at various temperatures have been investigated. Thephase transformation during homogenization, static precipitation during aging, and deformation mechanisms at 250 °C aresystematically analyzed through XRD, TEM and EBSD measurements. The peak-aged GWZK alloy has good combinationof strength and ductility at elevated temperatures owing to its high thermal stability by the LPSO phases distributed alongthe grain boundaries. The change (19 MPa) in the yield strength of peak-aged samples between RT and 250 °C is mainlyrelated to easy gliding of dislocations on the non-basal planes due to the decrease in critical resolved shear stress of slip. Two strengthening models are applied to quantitatively describe the efect of {11 −2 0}훼precipitate plates on Orowanstrengthening corresponding to RT and 250 °C. Ignoring changes in solid solution strengthening and grain boundary strengthening of the peak-aged sample caused by increasing temperature, the calculated reduction value (16.5 MPa) in macroscopicyield strength from RT (based on the basal<a>slip mode) to 250 °C (based on the pyramidal<c+a>slip mode) is in goodagreement with the measured reduction value (19 MPa).

In this paper, the problem of full state constraints-based adaptive fuzzy finite-time command filtered control (FTCFC) is investigated for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) stochastic systems. Firstly, the barrier Lyapunov functions are introduced to avoid the violation of the state constraints. Then, the unknown nonlinear functions are approximated by the fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) in PMSM stochastic systems. Furthermore, the finite-time control method is proposed by combing command filtered backstepping and adaptive fuzzy control, and the improved finite-time command filter can solve the problem of “explosion of complexity”, and relax the condition of input signal. It is shown that the required tracking performance can be realized in finite time, and the boundedness of all signals in the closed-loop system is guaranteed. Finally, simulation results illustrate the validity of the studied method.

The dynamic magneto-mechanical behaviors in a type of iron-nickel-based ferromagnetic alloy with constant elasticity were investigated as a function of both the DC bias magnetic field (Hdc) and the frequency. The rectangular plate-like samples were excited to vibrate at a half-wavelength, longitudinal resonance by an AC magnetic field superimposed with various Hdc. The experimental results found that the strain coefficient at resonance reached 819.34 ㎚/A and the effective mechanical quality factor (Qm) was greater than 2000. The ratio of the maximum variation of the Young’s modulus over Hdc to the value of the Young’s modulus at a zero bias field was only ~0.83‰ because of the so-called constant elasticity. The resonant strain coefficients and Qm are strongly dependent on Hdc, which indicates a promising potential for use in DC and quasistatic magnetic field sensing.
BLOW-UP AND GLOBAL SOLUTIONS FOR SOME PARABOLIC SYSTEMS UNDER NONLINEAR BOUNDARY CONDITIONS
Guo, Limin,Liu, Lishan,Wu, Yonghong,Zou, Yumei Korean Mathematical Society 2019 대한수학회지 Vol.56 No.4
In this paper, blows-up and global solutions for a class of nonlinear divergence form parabolic equations with the abstract form of $({\varrho}(u))_t$ and time dependent coefficients are considered. The conditions are established for the existence of a solution globally and also the conditions are established for the blow up of the solution at some finite time. Moreover, the lower bound and upper bound of the blow-up time are derived if blow-up occurs.

Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress is mediated by disturbance of Ca2+ homeostasis. The store-operated calcium (SOC) channel is the primary Ca2+ channel in non-excitable cells, but its participation in agent-induced ER stress is not clear. In this study, the effects of tunicamycin on Ca2+ influx in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were observed with the fluorescent probe Fluo-4 AM. The effect of tunicamycin on the expression of the unfolded protein response (UPR)-related proteins BiP and CHOP was assayed by western blotting with or without inhibition of Orai1. Tunicamycin induced endothelial dysfunction by activating ER stress. Orai1 expression and the influx of extracellular Ca2+ in HUVECs were both upregulated during ER stress. The SOC channel inhibitor SKF96365 reversed tunicamycin-induced endothelial cell dysfunction by inhibiting ER stress. Regulation of tunicamycin-induced ER stress by Orai1 indicates that modification of Orai1 activity may have therapeutic value for conditions with ER stress-induced endothelial dysfunction.
