Vibration and noise generated by electric vehicles are mainly caused by compressors that act as air conditioning, not drive motors. These vibrations and noise hinder the passenger’s NVH, and research to improve this is ongoing. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the transmission path of vibration and noise generated by the compressor. Therefore, in this paper, the vibration data generated in the compressor is measured using a 3-axis accelerometer and OTPA technique for Tesla Model 3. In addition, the contribution of the compressor’s vibration and noise is analyzed based on the measured vibration data.

Professional baseball teams express their identities to the audience through the colors of their emblems and mascots. The emblem is a visual language that symbolizes a baseball team, making it easy to recognize by the audience as an abstract or conceptual image. The mascot is an identity element that audiences may prefer and are easily accessible. This study targets the top 5 teams in 2018 (10 teams) for each league among the teams in the two major leagues of Japanese professional baseball (Central League, Pacific League). This study intends to construct a visual identity by drawing differences in identity. Each baseball team"s emblem and mascot color analysis extracted the main color and auxiliary color RGB color aimed I.R.I image scale substituted and then gave and analyzed the image. As a result of the detailed analysis, looking at the emblem color image, most teams are distributed in dynamic and hard emotional adjectives that represent colorful, dynamic, and modern. The mascot color matching image is distributed in the dynamic and soft emotional adjectives that most teams represent dynamic, colorful, cheerful, and cute. In the I.R.I Adjective Image Scale, the emblem is represented by adjectives such as individual, rhythmic, attractive, cool, innovative, strong, modern, progressive, and rough. On the other hand, mascots are expressed as individual, outstanding, colorful, cute, active, innovative, outstanding, progressive, urban, innovative, strong, modern, progressive, and rough. This study examines the correlation of the user"s preference through an objective and empirical color code analysis method of the meaning of the emblems and mascots of the Japanese professional baseball team and is meaningful in both industrial and academic aspects.
주택시장 변동리스크를 최소화하기 위한 주택사업모델 개발

본 논문에서는 한국의 주택분양시장과 전세시장 간의 특징적인 상관관계를 고려하여 선분양제도 하에서 분양물량과 전세물량을 동시에 공급하여 안정적으로 주택사업을 수행할 수 있는 주택사업모델을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 주택사업모델 상에서 분양물량 및 전세물량의 비율 변화에 따른 위험분산효과를 검토하기 위하여 마코위츠 포트폴리오 이론을 활용하였다. 분양물량과 전세물량을 결정하기 위하여 분양물량을 결정하는 대리변수로 주택매매가격지수를, 전세물량을 결정하는 대리변수로 주택전세가격지수를 활용하였다. 또한 주요 지역을 대상으로 제안한 주택사업모델의 지역별 위험분산 효과를 확인하였다. 분석 결과를 종합하면, 먼저 본 연구에서 제안한 주택사업모델은 시장 변동에 따라 특징적인 동태적 관계를 가지고 있는 매매시장과 전세시장의 특성을 반영한 방안임에 따라 위험분산효과는 존재하는 것을 확인되었다. 이는 결국 본 논문에서 제안하는 주택사업모델이 기본적인 가능성을 확인시켜줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 지역별 주택시장 특성에 따른 가격변동 리스크에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서 제안한 주택사업모델을 통해 시행사, 건설회사, 소비자 및 정부 등 각종 시장 참여주체들은 각각 다양한 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 하지만 실제적으로 본 모델을 시장에 적용하기 위해서는 정부의 재정적 지원이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. This paper proposes a housing business model, where the presale and Chonsei housing are supplied under a presale system at the same time based on the characteristic correlation between the housing presale market and Chonsei market in Korea. Markowitz portfolio theory was used to review the risk diversification effects from the changes in the ratio between the presale housing supply and the Chonsei housing supply. The housing sale price indicator was used as a proxy variable to determine the presale housing supply. The housing Chonsei price indicator was used as a proxy variable to determine the Chonsei housing supply. The proposed housing business model was applied to major areas in Korea to examine the risk diversification effect. Comparisons of the regional portfolio analyses showed that the flexibility of the proposed housing business model can be quite effective because each regional housing market exhibits different characteristics. Market participants, such as developers, construction companies, consumers, and government, can expect various effects through the proposed housing business model. Nevertheless, policy support is necessary for practical applications of the proposed housing business model. In particular, public funds from the government need to be introduced.
