In this paper, we proposed model for European option pricing using predicted cumulative probability distribution of hidden Markov Model. The Black-Scholes model is based on Gaussian distribution and the model's main shortfall is fat-tail problem. Because of fat-tail problem, the implied volatility surface is shaped skew, smirk or other forms. To correct model's drawback, we extract predicted cumulative distribution using hidden Markov Model and simulate the underlying price paths using Monte Carlo method. In the results, our model re ect current implied volatility surface suciently.

Two-component systems (TCSs) are critical to the pathogenesis of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo). We mutated 55 of 62 genes annotated as responsive regulators (RRs) of TCSs in the genome of Xoo strain PXO99A and identified 9 genes involved in Xoo virulence. Four (rpfG, hrpG, stoS, and detR) of the 9 genes were previously reported as key regulators of Xoo virulence and the other 5 have not been characterized. Lesion lengths on rice leaves inoculated with the mutants were shorter than those of the wild type and were significantly restored with gene complementation. The population density of the 5 mutants in planta was smaller than that of PXO99A at 14 days after inoculation, but the growth curves of the mutants in rich medium were similar to those of the wild type. These newly reported RR genes will facilitate studies on the function of TCSs and of the integrated regulation of TCSs for Xoo pathogenesis.
Shear bond strength of dentin bonding agents cured with a plasma arc curing light

광물리학적 특성 분석을 위해 Apollo 95E (DMT Systems, Orange, CA; PAC 광중합기), Elipar Freelight 2 (3M ESPE, MN, USA; LED 광중합기) 그리고 VIP Junior (Bisco, Schaumberg, IL, USA; QTH 광중합기), 3종의 광중합기의 총광강도(Total intensity)와 spectral distribution을 측정하였고 특정 파장에 해당되는 광강도 (Energy density)를 분석하였다. 상아질 전단접착강도의 측정을 위해 Scotchbond Multipurpose (3M ESPE), Single bond (3M ESPE) 그리고 Clearfll SE bond (Kuraray)가 사용되었다. Plasma Arc Curing light (Apollo 95E) 팡중합기는 여러개의 최대정점을 가지며 넓은 spectral distribution과 2307 mW/cm²의 높은 광강도를 나타내었고, VIP Junior 광중합기는 490 ㎜에서 최대정점을 갖는 넓은 spectral distribution을 나타내었고, Elipar Freeelight 2 광중합기는 462 ㎜의 최대정점 주위로 좁은 spectral distribution를 보였다. Two-Way ANOVA와 Bonferroni' s multiple comparison test를 이용하여 상아질 전단잡착강도를 분석한 결과, PAC 광중합기와 LED 광중합기 간에 유의성 있는 차이를 보이지 않았으며 (P > 0.05), 상아질 접착제와 광중합기의 교호관계에도 유의성이 없었다. 그러나 상아질 접착제는 상호간에 유의성 있는 차이를 보였다 (P< 0.001). The objective of this study was to compare dentin shear bond strength (DSBS) of dentin bonding agents (DBAs) cured with a plasma arc (PAC) light curing unit (LCU) and those cured with a light emitting diode (LED) LCU. Optical properties were also analyzed for Elipar freelight 2 (3M ESPE); LED LCU, Apollo 95E (DMT Systems); PAC LCU and VIP Junior (Bisco): Halogen LCU. The DBAs used for DSBS test were Scotchbond Multipurpose (3M ESPE), Singlebond 2 (3M ESPE) and Clearfil SE Bond (Kuraray). After DSBS testing, fractured specimens were analyzed for failure modes with SEM. The total irradiance and in-adiance between 450 ㎜ and 490 ㎜ of the LCUs were different. LED LCU showed narrow spectral distribution around its peak at 462 ㎜ whereas PAC and Haloaen LCU showed a broad spectrum. There were no significant differences in mean shear bond strength among different LCUs (P > 0.05) but were significant differences among different DBAs (P < 0.001).

Background: Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is known to have symptoms of headache, visual disturbances, altered consciouseness and seizures, which can be result of acute hypertension, eclampsia, renal failure and the use of immunosuppressive or cytotoxic agents. We report a case of PRES ocurred as a result of FOLfiRI (irinotecan, 5-FU) chemotherapy in metastatic colorectal cacer/ Case Report: A 51-year old male with diagnosed of rectal cancer with liver metastasis, underwent an a low anterior resection on April,19, 2013.After operation, he has XELOX (capecitabine, oxaliplatin) as palliative chemotherapy. After sixth XELOX chemotherapy, chemotherapy as change of disease progression. When FOLfiRI chemotherapy administered, suddenly he appeared to have partial seizure with sudden eyeball deviation . The infusion of chemotherapy was stopped immediately ,he had treatment with anticonvulsants, such as phenytoin, levetiracetam. The brain MRI showed that white matter change in the bilateral occipital lobe, supported the diagnosis of PRES. The conservative treatment was continued for several days. After few days, the patient recovered from symptom and after that, he had chemotherapy XELOX and bevacizumab instead of FOLfiRI. The brain MRI after six months did not show any previous lesion, he is currently well being followed up as an outpatient. Conclusion: There are no known reports of the association between PRES and FOLfiRI chemotherapy.We postulate that FOLfiRI chemotherapy can disrupt the normal endothelial function of the brain leading to the development of PRES.
