IMT-2000에서의 통합 메시징 시스템(Unified Messaging System)은 음성메시지, 팩스 메시지, 이메일 메시지, 비디오 메시지 등과 같이 다양한 미디어 컨텐츠를 포함하는 메시지를 통합 관리하며, 메시지간 매체 변환 기능을 수행하여 언제, 어디서나, 단말에 상관없이 메시지 서비스를 제공 한다. 차세대 UMS라고 할 수 있는 IMT-2000 UMMS(Unified Multimedia Messaging System)는 전화망, 데이터망, 및 이동통신망 등의 성격이 서로 다른 네트워크 및 각 네트워크 상에서 기존 메시징 서비스를 통합한 환경에서 각 단말에게 메시지 배달, 메시지 저장 및 메시지 통보 등의 기능을 제공하게 된다. IMT-2000 UMMS를 구성하는 기능 요소들은 토폴로지 설계에 따라 동일 네트워크 또는 분산 네트워크 상에 존재할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 시스템 설계 시 트래픽 특성 및 이용자 성향을 고려한 효율적 시스템 배치 방안에 관해 기술한다.

Securing the required strength of concrete is critical factor in evaluating stability of structure. An accurate and reasonable estimation influences to construction schedule and quality control. But the tests of cylinders and core samples doesn’t represent a whole structure in actuality. So this study is focused on a more accurate estimation using the non-destructive tests, Impact Echo method and SASW method, and artificial neural networks for reliance. Vp and Vr have been achieved in using the non-destructive tests increase as age and there are the relationship between each other Using Artificial neural networks in parallel can give more accurate estimation than using only non-destructive tests.

As infrastructures are being deteriorated, non-destructive evaluation of existing structures and construction quality control are increasingly demanded. This paper is to study Flaw detection technique of concrete members using Impact-Echo method. This technique is based on stress wave propagation. Experiments were performed using three types of concrete members that have simulated damages at known locations for tests and analysis. Tests results are evaluated and summarized in this paper
조건부가치측정법을 이용한 도시기상정보서비스의 경제적 편익 분석

인구의 도시 집중화가 심화되고 도시지역에서의 국지성 폭우, 폭설, 폭염 등과 같은 이상 기상재해가 매해 증가하면서, 도시지역의 지리적 특성을 고려한 도시기상정보서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 도시기상정보서비스는 현재보다 더욱 세밀한 단위로 도시의 기상 현상을 관측하여 실시간으로 도시에 특화된 유용한 기상정보를 제공하는 첨단 과학기술 분야로, 도시민의 삶의 질 향상뿐만 아니라 도시내 산업 발전에도 기여할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 도시기상정보서비스의 경제적 가치를 해당 정보서비스의 수요자인 도시민을 대상으로 조건부가치평가 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 수도권 가구들을 기준으로, 한 가구당 평균적으로 향후 5년 동안 연간 5,963원을 도시기상정보서비스에 지불할 의사가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 가구주의 사회·경제학적 특성에 따라 지불의사액에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. As the concentration of people in urban area become severe and abnormal meteorological disasters such as regional torrential rains, heavy snows, sweltering heat, and so on have been increasing, the interest on the urban meteorological information service, which considers the specific characteristics of metropolitan areas in weather forecasting, are also increasing. The urban meteorological information service is one of up-to-date technologies which observes urban weather in a more microscale perspective compared to the present weather forecasting system and provides useful meteorological information which is specialized for metropolises in real time. Therefore, urban meteorological information service is expected to contribute to the increase in quality of life for citizens and to the development of industry in urban areas. In this study, we estimate the economic benefit of the urban meteorological information service using contingent valuation method with survey data of the citizens who are expected to be the direct customers of this new information service. As a result, we conclude that the household is willing to pay 5,963 Korean won per year on average, during a period of five years, for receiving this meteorological information service, and this willingness-to-pay is varied by the socio-economic characteristics of head of the household.
S-BIM 기반 독립기초 자동 철근배근시스템 구축에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to enhance productivity and economic value with precise object information generation and reinforcement quantity take-off by developing the Automation Reinforcement Placement System of Foundation (ARPF). This study was conducted by selecting the most basic form, independent footing, and no force was applied on the foundation other than axial force. For the development of ARPF, variables that should be input into the typical programs directly by users were minimized through developing the reinforcement placement algorithm by using visual C# based on the reinforced concrete structure design standard. The process of reinforcement detail placement formation was performed in the Tekla Structure (TS) that has outstanding accessibility and usability of API. Objects made by applying ARPF enable information confirmation and modification, as typical ones. Through this process using ARPF, rapid and precise reinforcement quantity take-off and footing bar placement are possible. If modeling is performed on the Tekla Structures by using ARPF, a detailed 3D reinforcement placing drawing, not 2D, can be created. It is expected that this method may take a smaller amount of time and effort than the typical drawing generation method that users had to generate objects or input information themselves.

The purpose of this study is to develop an add-in program between the integrated design platform that can produce physical structural model and structural analysis and design model tool which contains the result of structural analysis and design such as member geometry and internal forces. The developed add-in module is to convert the result of structural analysis and design such as structural geometry and internal forces from the analysis to the integrated design platform and to place rebars. The automatic rebar placement system for mat foundation was carried out and as a result, it turned out to be implemented quickly and accurately by applying information derived through structural design. While users can implement rebar placement modeling by using structural drawings in Tekla Structure but it is hard to implement and time-consuming, time and effort for implementation will be reduced if using the automatic rebar placement system. This development is to increase production and economic efficiency by producing accurate shop drawing in the short period of time and generating the accurate quantity take-off of rebar on the reinforced concrete structures.

As the social current becomes more diversified and more variable, many necessities are proposed on the financial investment to the existing school facilities and on the improvement of the educational environments. In each step of new construction, extension, maintenance, and mending of the school facilities, most steel-reinforced concrete buildings take too many things to work and are inevitable to proceed the work during the semester, compared to other structural types of the buildings such as steel structures and precast structures, leading to the environmental and safety-related problems. In this paper, the reseawas rch made on the Staggered Truss system, one of the steel structure systems, applying the system to the public school buildings. The Staggered Truss system is suitable to the flexible space of the school building for "the 7th Education process" and excellent to the seismic capabilities.
