Some causes and those effects on measurement error of head-related transfer functions (HRTFs) were analyzed. Among different causes of error on HRTF measurement, change of exact location of a listener and corresponding position change of eartips are the most important. The measurement error caused by change of position of a listener and eartips makes notable discontinuities of HRTF in space-frequency domain. For reducing discontinuity of measured HRTF, a method of using moving average and bilinear interpolation was proposed. By introducing a proposed method, detailed spectra which consist of notches and peaks are remained but smoothness of variation of HRTF with respect to change of polar angle is compensated. After applying a proposed calibration method to HRTF with discontinuities, resultant of spectra is well-matched to those of exactly measured HRTF, and the matching-improvement is about 4dB in terms of spectral distortion.

<P>Sodium (Na) metal anodes with stable electrochemical cycling have attracted widespread attention because of their highest specific capacity and lowest potential among anode materials for Na batteries. The main challenges associated with Na metal anodes are dendritic formation and the low density of deposited Na during electrochemical plating. Here, we demonstrate a fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC)-based electrolyte with 1 M sodium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide (NaFSI) salt for the stable and dense deposition of the Na metal during electrochemical cycling. The novel electrolyte combination developed here circumvents the dendritic Na deposition that is one of the primary concerns for battery safety and constructs the uniform ionic interlayer achieving highly reversible Na plating/stripping reactions. The FEC-NaFSI constructs the mechanically strong and ion-permeable interlayer containing NaF and ionic compounds such as Na<SUB>2</SUB>CO<SUB>3</SUB> and sodium alkylcarbonates.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
침투자의 노즈 형상에 따른 콘크리트 침투성능 변화에 관한 수치적 연구

견고표적을 무력화하기 위해서는 높은 침투/관통성능을 가진 침투탄의 개발이 필수적이다. 침투탄의 설계를 위해, 본 논문에서는 노즈 형상 인자들이 침투자의 콘크리트 침투/관통성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 전산해석은 상용 전산해석 프로그램인 AUTODYN-2D를 사용하여 수행하였다. Forrestal의 시험결과를 사용하여 전산해석의 신뢰성을 검증하였으며, 침투자의 노즈 형상보다는 노즈 길이가 침투/관통성능에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 침투자의 노즈 길이가 일정할 경우, 노즈 팁 직경을 특정값까지 증가시켜 침투/관통성능을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. In order to destroy the hard target, it is essential to develop a penetration warhead with high penetration performance. To design a penetration warhead, this paper discusses the effect of nose shape factors such that nose shape, nose length, nose tip diameter, on the penetration performance of the penetrator. AUTODYN-2D has been used to conduct the computational analysis. The experimental result of Forrestal, and a simulation result have been compared to verify the reliability of computational analysis. Computational results show that the nose length have more influence on the penetration performance than the nose shape. Furthermore, simulation results show that the penetration performance can be improved by increasing the nose tip diameter to a specific value, when the nose length of the penetrator is uniform.
일터영성이 비윤리적 친조직 행동에 미치는 영향 : 자기초월 가치를 통한 상사동일시의 매개된 조절효과

본 연구는 일터영성이 비윤리적 친조직 행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 일터영성이 가치(자기초월 가치, 자기고양 가치)에 미치는 영향 및 가치가 비윤리적 친조직 행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 일터영성과 비윤리적 친조직 행동의 관계를 가치가 매개하는지 확인하고자 하였다. 또한 상사동일시가 일터영성과 가치 관계의 조절변인으로서 역할을 하는지 확인하여, 일터영성과 비윤리적 친조직 행동 사이에서 가치를 통한 상사동일시의 매개된 조절효과가 나타나는지 알아보고자 하였다. 224명의 직장인들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 분석한 결과, 일터영성은 자기고양 가치보다는 자기초월 가치에 영향을 주며, 비윤리적 친조직 행동은 자기초월 가치보다는 자기고양 가치의 영향을 받는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 일터영성과 비윤리적 친조직 행동 사이에서 자기초월 가치의 부적인 완전매개 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 매개된 조절효과 검증 결과, 상사동일시의 조절효과는 일터영성과 자기초월 가치간의 정적 관계에서 나타나며, 일터영성이 비윤리적 친조직 행동에 미치는 영향에 자기초월 가치를 통한 상사동일시의 매개된 조절효과가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 비윤리적 친조직 행동에 대한 사전 예방 요인으로 일터영성 및 자기초월 가치의 중요성에 대한 시사점과, 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구의 필요성을 논의하였다. This study was to investigate the relationship between workplace spirituality and unethical pro-organizational behavior, and to examine a moderated mediating effect of values(selftranscendence value, self-enhancement value) through supervisor identification. For the purpose of the study, a total of 224 participants completed a survey including measures of workplace spirituality, unethical pro-organizational behavior, values, and supervisor identification. The results were as follows: First, the relationship between workplace spirituality and unethical pro-organizational behavior was mediated by self-transcendence value. Second, supervisor identification moderated the relationship between workplace spirituality and self-transcendence value. Third, the mediating effect of self-transcendence value was moderated by supervisor identification in the relationship between workplace spirituality and unethical pro-organizational behavior. Finally, implications for the organization, limitations of the study, and suggestions for the future research were discussed.

<P>A replacement technique has been regarded as a promising strategy for both CH4 exploitation from gas hydrates and CO2 sequestration into deep-ocean reservoirs. Most research has been focused on replacement reactions that occur in sI hydrates due to their prevalence in natural gas hydrates. However, sII hydrates in nature have been also discovered in some regions, and the replacement mechanism in sII hydrates significantly differs from that in sI hydrates. In this study, we have intensively investigated the replacement reaction of sII (C3H8 + CH4) hydrate by externally injecting CO2/N-2 (50:50) gas mixture with a primary focus on powder X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy, and gas chromatography analyses. In particular, it was firstly confirmed that there was no structural transformation during the replacement of C3H8 + CH4 hydrate with CO2/N-2 gas injection, indicating that sll hydrate decomposition followed by sI hydrate formation did not occur. Furthermore, the cage-specific replacement pattern of the C3H8 + CH4 hydrate revealed that CH4 replacement with N-2 in the small cages of slI was more significant than C3H8 replacement with CO2 in the large cages of sII. The total extent of the replacement for the C3H8 + CH4 hydrate was cross-checked by NMR and GC analyses and found to be approximately 54%. Compared to the replacement for CH4 hydrate with CO2/N-2 gas, the lower extent of the replacement for the C3H8 + CH4 hydrate with CO2/N-2 gas was attributable to the persistent presence of C3H8 in the large cages and the lower content of N-2 in the feed gas. The structural sustainability and cage-specific replacement observed in the C3H8 + CH4 hydrate with external CO2/N-2 gas will have significant implications for suggesting target gas hydrate reservoirs and understanding the precise nature of guest exchange in gas hydrates for both safe natural gas production and long-term CO2 sequestration.
