A creative personality is needed to survive in the information society. Therefore it is imperative for schools to carry out fundamental changes in the educational system to cultivate creative manpower. The major factor to such fundamental changes is 'information education system.' It is believed that schools can significantly improve the effects of learning by using a variety of high-tech tools and equipment in the classroom through u-Learing system. Schools have focused so far on student-oriented education. As the roles of schools however have been increasingly emphasized in the information society community-centered functions are now additionally required. 새로운 정보화시대로의 변화에 대한 미래 교육은 기술의 교육적 활용으로 추진되었던 ICT 활용교육 e-러닝 등의 교육정보화 정책 추진에 변화와 함께 보다 교육의 본질적 차원에서의 접근이 더욱이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 사회에 적합한 유러닝 교수-학습체제 학교를 구현하기 위해서 정부의 7차 교육과정과 미래형 8차 교육과정에 의해 시행되어지고 있는 고등학교 교수-학습의 건축공간이 유러닝(u-Learning) 교수-학습시스템의 적용으로 인해 변화하는 미래 학교건축의 건축적 방향을 제시함으로써 국가정책 사업으로 추진하고 있는 유러닝을 고도화사업에 기여하며 미래 학교시설에 관한 정책을 입안하는데 필요한 기초 자료가 되고자하는데 의의가 있다.

We observe that the e-business systems development frameworks tradeoff performance at the expense of flexibility. In this paper, we present a performance comparison of JavaBeans application framework with a well-known framework, Struts. JavaBeans is a flexible and extensible CBD application framework. However the flexibility and extensibility are conflicting software qualities against the performance. Our experiment results show the significance of JavaBeans application framework over contemporary CBD application frameworks and how much its performance is affected by changing schemes of the framework for achieving flexibility and extensibility.

<P>Cells have evolved sophisticated mechanisms to maintain genomic integrity in response to DNA damage. Ionizing radiation (IR)–induced DNA damage results in the formation of IR-induced foci (iRIF) in the nucleus. The iRIF formation is part of the DNA damage response (DDR), which is an essential signaling cascade that must be strictly regulated because either the loss of or an augmented DDR leads to loss of genome integrity. Accordingly, negative regulation of the DDR is as critical as its activation. In this study, we have identified ring finger protein 126 (RNF126) as a negative regulator of the DDR from a screen of iRIF containing 53BP1. RNF126 overexpression abolishes not only the formation of 53BP1 iRIF but also of RNF168, FK2, RAP80, and BRCA1. However, the iRIF formation of γH2AX, MDC1, and RNF8 is maintained, indicating that RNF126 acts between RNF8 and RNF168 during the DDR. In addition, RNF126 overexpression consistently results in the loss of RNF168-mediated H2A monoubiquitination at lysine 13/15 and inhibition of the non-homologous end joining capability. Taken together, our findings reveal that RNF126 is a novel factor involved in the negative regulation of DDR, which is important for sustaining genomic integrity.</P>
