        Thermoelectric Properties of Polypyrrole Nanotubes

        Polypyrrole (PPy) nanotubes with different diameters have been successfully prepared by different concentrations of oxidant with methyl orange (MO) as template. When the molar ratio of oxidant to pyrrole monomer was 1.5:1, PPy- 1.5:1 nanotubes with smooth surface and diameter of 40-60 nm were obtained. The large crystallization orientations of molecular chains in PPy nanotubes due to the template effect of MO significantly enhance π-π interactions, which improves electrical conductivity of PPy-1.5:1 nanotubes. The great degree of conjugation and the small conjugate defect of the molecular chains in PPy-1.5:1 also contribute to high mobility of carriers and high electrical conductivity. The hollow structures introduced to PPy bring about appropriate grain boundary defects and benefit seebeck coefficient of PPy nanotubes. Enhancement of electrical conductivity and seebeck coefficient of the PPy-1.5:1 nanotubes result in the maximization of power factor of 0.55 μWm-1K-2, about 22 orders of magnitude higher than PPy particles prepared under the same condition. By designing and tailoring the polymer structure, nanostructured PPy with high thermoelectric properties are highly expected.

        First-principles investigation of V2CSe2 MXene as a potential anode material for non-lithium metal ion batteries

        The electrochemical performances of the V2CSe2 MXene as anode materials for Na, K, Mg, Ca, and Al-ion batteries have been systematically investigated by the first-principles method. The adsorption energies of metal atoms show that Na, K, and Ca atoms can effectively adsorb on the V2CSe2, except for Mg and Al atoms. The large diffusion constants for Na, K, and Ca atoms calculated by the diffusion energy barriers (0.098 eV for Na, 0.066 eV for Ca, and 0.24 eV for Ca) indicate the high mobility on the V2CSe2 surface. Significantly, the maximum theoretical capacities of V2CSe2 reach up to 394.12 mA h/g for Na and Ca ions. Furthermore, the low average open-circuit voltage (OCV) (0.150 V for Na, 0.175 V for K, and 0.072 V for Ca) indicates the V2CSe2 is a suitable anode material. These results provide fundamental guidance for the V2CSe2 monolayer as anode materials of non-lithium metal-ion batteries.

        Selecting Test Cases for Result Inspection to Support Effective Fault Localization

        Fault localization techniques help locate faults in source codes by exploiting collected test information and have shown promising results. To precisely locate faults, the techniques require a large number of test cases that sufficiently exercise the executable statements together with the label information of each test case as a failure or a success. However, during the process of software development, developers may not have high-coverage test cases to effectively locate faults. With the test case generation techniques, a large number of test cases without expected outputs can be automatically generated. Whereas the execution results for generated test cases need to be inspected by developers, which brings much manual effort and potentially hampers fault-localization effectiveness. To address this problem, this paper presents a method to select a few test cases from a number of test cases without expected outputs for result inspection, and in the meantime selected test cases can still support effective fault localization. The experimental results show that our approach can significantly reduce the number of test cases that need to be inspected by developers and the effectiveness of fault localization techniques is close to that of whole test cases.

      • Research On The Relevance Between Mixed-use Complex and User Behaviour Based On Three-dimensional Spatial Analysis

        Under the dual pressure of population growth and land shortage, threedimensional development is the inevitable choice for cities in China. In such a scenario, a mixed-use complex has considerable potential in its realization and research. Based on space syntax and the three-dimensional visibility graph analysis, this paper describes the spatial and functional layout of the Shanghai Super Brand Mall and studies the relationship between spatial visibility and user behaviour through linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. This paper studies three different types of user behaviour, namely, path selection, staying selection, and store selection, and finds that spatial visibility and accessibility have different effects on user behaviour depending on the type and purpose of the activity. This paper reveals the influence of spatial and functional layout on user behaviour and puts forward the corresponding design strategy under the three-dimensional environment.

        Calcium-sensing receptor-mediated L-tryptophan-induced secretion of cholecystokinin and glucose-dependent insulinotropic peptide in swine duodenum

        This study aimed to elucidate the effect of tryptophan (Trp) on gut hormone secretion as well as the roles of the calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR)and its downstream signaling pathway in gut hormone secretion by assessing swine duodenal perfusion in vitro. Swine duodenum was perfusedwith Krebs-Henseleit buffer as a basal solution. Various concentrations (0, 10, and 20 mM) of Trp were applied to investigate its effect ongut hormone secretion. A CaSR antagonist was used to detect the involvement of CaSR and its signal molecules. The 20 mM Trp concentrationpromoted the secretion of cholecystokinin (CCK) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic peptide (GIP), elevated the mRNA level of CaSR,and upregulated the protein levels of CaSR, protein kinase C (PKC), and inositol trisphosphate receptor (IP3R). However, NPS 2143, aninhibitor of CaSR, attenuated the CCK and GIP release, reduced the mRNA level of CaSR, and decreased the protein levels of CaSR, PKC,and IP3R with 20 mM Trp perfusion. The results indicate that CCK and GIP secretion can be induced by Trp in swine duodenum in vitro,and the effect is mediated by CaSR and its downstream signal molecules PKC and IP3R.

        Why does SLIPS inhibit P.aeruginosa initial adhesion in static condition?

        Slippery liquid-infused porous surfaces (SLIPSs) have distinguished themselves in inhibiting bacteriaattachment and biofilm development in static conditions. However, underlying antifouling mechanisms,especially from gene level in bioinformatics, is still lacking. In this work, we investigated the initialattachment difference of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) surface andthe infused silicone slippery surface (i-PDMS). RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was used to investigate the differencesin the expression of PAO1 gene on elastomer surface during initial adhesion before and after oilinjection. Compared with PDMS, bacterial attachment on i-PDMS was remarkably decreased 98.0 ± 0.7 %within 10 mins. And the antifouling ability of i-PDMS significantly outperformed PDMS throughout theentire culture period of PAO1 (14 days) in static conditions. RNA-seq reveals that the down-regulatedPA1382 of PAO1 in bulk near the i-PDMS surfaces may inhibit bacterial initial adhesion. PA1382 geneencodes type II secretion outer membranes (OM) secretin, also known as type II secretion system(T2SS) protein GspD, which is involved in regulating the opening or closing of exoprotein channels, influencingbacterial adhesion and biofilm formation by controlling the secretion of toxins or effectors. Ourfindings provide a deeper understanding of the mechanism by which SLIPS inhibits initial bacterialadhesion.

        This paper studies the application of customer relationship management based on data mining. Through the use of data mining technology to mine all aspects of customer relationship management, scientifically and orderly manage customer relationships, help companies reduce and avoid risks, and improve company profits. This article takes the mall customer relationship management system as an example, uses the SPRINT classification algorithm to classify customers, improves the accuracy of customer classification, and makes the mall's related decisions more credible. The best customer retention strategy algorithm is used in customer retention to help the shopping center make decisions, so as better to retain customers and maximize the profit of the shopping center.

        本文以豫剧阎派传人为研究对象,将她放置在豫剧阎派发展以及当今社会文化变迁的语境下,通过对她艺术生涯的描述,进一步分析在社会变迁中,她是如何从剧团演员成为阎派弟子,进而成为戏曲教师等一系列身份的转换,以此探讨其身上承载着的豫剧阎派的传承与发展。本文最后从,能让当代大学生更加关注阎派艺术这一类型的传统戏剧音乐,也能让更多的人了解豫剧阎派。 This article focuses on a descendant of the Yan School of Yu Opera, placing her within the historical context of the Yan School’s development and the current cultural landscape. It explores her artistic journey, tracing her evolution from a troupe performer to a Yan School disciple and, subsequently, a drama instructor. The article highlights her significant role in preserving and advancing the Yan School of Yu Opera. Ultimately, the goal is to raise awareness among contemporary college students about the Yan School’s traditional theatrical music and promote a broader understanding of the Yan School of Yu Opera.

        Laboratory and field evaluation of the repellency of six preservatives to red imported fire ants (Hymenoptera: Formicidae)

        Baiting is widely applied for the detection and control of the red imported fire ants, Solenopsis invicta Buren. Adding preservatives into baits would prevent microbial contamination during production and storage, and might extend period of bait attractiveness in the field. However, it is not known if preservatives are repellent to S. invicta. In the present study, potential effects of six commonly used preservatives (potassiumsorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium diacetate, sodium dehydroacetate, calcium propionate, and nisin) on the foraging behaviors of S. invicta foragers were evaluated under laboratory and field conditions. Four-choice tests (laboratory study) showed that the number of foraging ants on the preservative-treated (immersed in 2000-, 5000-, or 10,000-ppm solution for 30 min) and control (immersed in distilled water for 30 min) food was similar, with an exception of sodium dehydroacetate, which significantly decreased the number of foraging ants at the three tested concentrations. Interestingly, 46%, 58% and 71% of the food items treated with 2000-, 5000- and 10,000- ppm solutions of sodium dehydroacetate were buried with soil particles, respectively, whereas only 17% of the control food was similarly buried. Multiple-choice tests (field study) showed that food treated with the 5000- or 10,000-ppm solution of sodium dehydroacetate attracted significantly fewer S. invicta workers compared to other preservatives and the controls. Our study showed that the use of sodiumdehydroacetate should be avoided during the production of aqueous-based or liquid baits against S. invicta.
