        When using any of the aggregate production planning techniques mentioned in previous studies, it is generally assumed that the inputs of information are deterministic and easy to generate. However, the problem is more complex if the criteria and informations are expressed imprecisions. Therefore, it requires suitable method to deal with imprecisions. For select proper comparison method of fuzzy numbers in aggregate production planning with imprecise informations or criteria, this study use Dubois & Prade fuzzy number comparison method and Li-Lee fuzzy number comparison method among comparison methods fuzzy numbers. And then, proper method between two methods is selected. Also it is presented illustration.

        Properties analyses and treatment characteristics of waste slurry discharged in the wetted flue gas desulfurization process using Mg(OH)₂as a absorbent were investigated. Aeration and coagulation test were carried out to evaluate variation of some factors such as COD, SS, T-N, etc. related to waste slurry treatment. The hydraulic retention time(HRT) and coagulant dosage rate were applied as operating variables in experiment. As experimental results, the reduction effects of COD, SS in aeration test were distinct, due to oxidation of SO₃ and floc, formation of suspended solids. It was also found that the reduction efficiencies of SS and T-P in coagulation test are higher than 90%.

        Effect of Sesbania Incorporation as Nitrogen Source on Growth and Yield of Whole Crop Barley and Reduction of N Fertilizer in Saemangeum Reclaimed Tidal Land

        It is known that the poor soil fertility of newly reclaimed saline soils is due to the lack of organic matter and available mineral nutrients for crop production. The effect of green manuring with Sesbania aculeata in combination with five rates of urea-N treatments (N0. N25, N50, N75, N100) on the productivity of a subsequent whole-crop barley and the fertility of the reclaimed saline soil in Saemangeum was evaluated in the field during 2013-2014 growing season. Sesbania was grown during summer season (June to October). The amount of Sesbania incorporated was $16.2Mg\;ha^{-1}$. Sesbania contributed to $393kg\;N\;ha^{-1}$ to the soils when ploughed down and incorporated before whole-crop barley cultivated. The performances of whole-crop barley following sesbania incorporation were significantly affected by a combination of Sesbania manuring and different N rates. The N fertilizer equivalence without N fertilizer following Sesbania was 42.6% ($63.9kg\;N\;ha^{-1}$), compared with N100 ($150kg\;N\;ha^{-1}$) in fallow soils. The whole-crop barley yield responded to N fertilizer rates in both sesbania-amended and fallow soil. The yield response to nitrogen rates in fallow soil was linear (Y=0.0586X+3.3011, $R^2=0.9534$), whereas that in sesbania-amended soils was quadratic (Y= -0.001X2+0.1322X+5.7143, $R^2=0.9576$). The yield of whole-crop barley in sesbania-amended with increasing N rates was increased up to SN75 (115 kgN) $10.3Mg\;ha^{-1}$. Apparent N recovery (ANR) of whole-crop barely showed decreased with sesbania plus increasing rates of N fertilizer. Despite higher yield with sesbania manuring plus increasing N rates, the contributions of N from Sesbania with increasing N rates to whole-crop barley were decreased, whereas those from fertilizer increment due to excessively mineralized Nitrogen. Considering yield, ANR, N contribution from Sesbania and nitrogen fertilizer, the optimum N rate was N50 rate following sesbania incorporation.

        Caffeic acid O-methyltransferase (COMT) methylates N-acetylserotonin into melatonin; that is, it has N-acetylserotonin O-methyltransferase (ASMT) activity. The ASMT activity of COMT was first detected in Arabidopsis thaliana COMT (AtCOMT). To confirm the ASMT activity of COMT in other plant species, we evaluated the ASMT activity of a COMT from rice (Oryza sativa) (OsCOMT). Purified recombinant OsCOMT protein from Escherichia coli was used to validate the high ASMT activity of OsCOMT, similar to that of AtCOMT. The Km and Vmax values for the ASMT activity of OsCOMT were 243 μm and 2,400 pmol/min/mg protein, which were similar to those of AtCOMT. Similar to AtCOMT, OsCOMT was localized in the cytoplasm. In vitro ASMT activity was significantly inhibited by either caffeic acid or quercetin in a dose-dependent manner. Analogously, in vivo production of melatonin was significantly inhibited by quercetin in 4-week-old detached rice leaves, suggestive of a positive role of COMT in melatonin biosynthesis in plants.

        Development of Self-Questionnaire for Internal Dose Assessment by Food Ingestion

        Background : The accident at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant increased the level of anxiety related to the radioactive contamination of various foods sourced in Japan . Particularly, after the accident , the detection of artificial radionuclides in locally produced foods raised food safety concerns . In this study, the radioactivity concentrations and annual ingestions of 40K and 137 Cs in food products commonly and frequently consumed by the general public were investi- gated , and the annual effective dose of each was evaluated . Materials and Methods : The 2016–2018 data from the Radiation Safety Management Report released by the Korea Nuclear Safety Technology Center was referenced for the evaluation of the amounts of 40K and 137Cs contained in food . Using the food-ingestion survey mentioned above as a reference , we selected 62 foods to include in our radioactivity concentration and dose as- sessment . We also developed a questionnaire and evaluated the responses from the subjects who answered the questionnaire . Results and Discussion : The radioactivity concentration of 137Cs was found to be close to or below the level of minimum detectable activity. Additionally, the annual ingestion of 62 foods was 294 . 77 kg/yr, the effective doses from 40K and 137Cs were 136 . 4 and 0 . 163 μSv/yr, respec- tively. Conclusion : Thus , the findings confirmed that the effective dose from 40K and 137Cs in food tends to be lower than the effective dose limit of 1 mSv/yr suggested by the International Com- mission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) Publication 60 . The questionnaire developed in this study is expected to be useful for estimating the annual effective dose status of Korean adults who consume foods containing 40K and 137Cs .

        유은실 텍스트의 공간 표상 연구 - 『변두리』, 『드림 하우스』, 『나의 독산동』을 중심으로 -

        이 연구는 ‘공간 표상’을 매개로 유은실의 텍스트를 분석하여 작가 유은실이 지향하는 텍스트 세계와 작가의식에 대해 이야기하고자 한다. 유은실 텍스트에서 공간 표상에 주목하는 까닭은 다음과 같다. 소설에서 공간은 작가가 텍스트 세계를 형상화하는 방식으로, 유은실 텍스트에서 공간은 자본주의 사회에서 경제적으로 힘을 가진 자들과 그렇지 못한 사람들 사이의 권력 관계를 보여주는 중요한 매개체의 역할을 하기 때문이다. 그동안 유은실의 텍스트는 어린 독자에게 너무 어려운 텍스트라는 평가를 받아온 바 있다. 그러나 이 연구에서는 그동안 논란이 되었던 독자의 문제에서 벗어나 작가 유은실이 공간을 다루는 방식에 주목함으로써 텍스트의 아동문학적 의의를 찾고자 한다. 유은실의 텍스트는 도시, 집, 동네 등과 같은 일상적 공간을 통해 자본주의 사회에서 사회 하층민의 삶과 그들이 살아가는 방식을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 작가는 이들의 삶을 결코 불행하게 그리지만은 않는다. 비록 그들이 마주한 현실은 냉혹하지만, 그들이 택한 삶의 방식은 절망적이지 않기 때문이다. 이는 유은실의 텍스트가 아동문학 텍스트로서 갖는 의의를 충분히 설명해 줄 수 있다. 아이들은 텍스트를 읽으며 자신이 마주한 현실을 인식할 수 있고, 나아가 앞으로 자신이 어떻게 살아야 하는지 생각할 수 있기 때문이다. This study aims to talk about the text world and the author’s consciousness that Yoo Eun-sil pursues by analyzing the texts of Eun-sil Yoo through ‘space representation’. The reason we focus on ‘space representation’ is because space is the way the text world is figured. This is because in a capitalist society, space becomes an important medium in showing the power relationship between those who have economic power and those who do not. Until now, Eun-sil Yoo’s texts have been evaluated as being too difficult for young children to read. Texts subject to analysis in this study have also received such evaluations. However, the study seeks to find the significance of Yoo Eun-sil’s work in children’s literature by focusing on the way space is treated in the world shown by Yoo Eun-sil’s text, breaking away from the reader’s problem that Yoo Eun-sil’s text has received. Eun-sil Yoo’s text is a way of expressing the lives of lower-class people through the same spaces sent to cities, houses, and neighborhoods. But they never paint their lives unhappy. Although the reality they face is cold, the way they choose is not hopeless. This can fully explain the significance of Yoo Eun-sil’s text as text for children’s literature. The coldness of reality leaves scars on children’s lives, and children also need to recognize the reality they face and think about how they should live in the future.

        경험서사 창작교육을 위한 대학생 독자의 자기서사 분석

        이 연구는 학습자들이 경험서사 창작 과정에서 창작의 소재이자, 자신의 경험에서 문제적 사건을 발견하는 것을 어려워한다고 보고, 그 원인이 자기 자신과 자신의 삶에 대한 사유의 부족에 있다고 판단하였다. 이에 이 연구는 문학치료학의 '자기서사' 개념을 경험서사 창작교육의 관점에서 검토하고, 대학생 독자의 자기서사 분석을 통해 경험서사 창작교육을 위한 시사점을 찾고자 한다. 문학치료학에서 자기서사는 작품서사에 대응하는 개념으로, 인간을 서사적 존재로 보는 관점을 전제로 하고 있다. 독자가 작품을 통해 자신의 삶의 근본적인 문제를 발견하고 이를 해결하기 위해 만드는 이야기를 의미한다. 자기서사 개념은 경험서사 창작교육적 관점에서 볼 때 다음과 같은 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 첫 번째는 독서와 쓰기의 통합적 활동으로 만들어진다는 점에서 학습자들의 창작에 대한 부담감을 낮출 수 있다. 두 번째는 작품을 읽으며 미처 인식하지 못했던 또 다른 자기의 모습을 발견한다는 점에서 대화적 (dialogic)이다. 세 번째는 불완전한 자기서사를 작품서사를 통해 수정하는 과정에서 학습자들의 삶의 태도가 긍정적으로 변화될 수 있다. 이상 검토된 자기서사의 경험서사 창작교육적 의의를 토대로 대학생 독자의 자기서사를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 대학생 독자의 자기서사는 ‘작품서사의 구성’-‘자기서사의 촉발’-‘자기서사의 수정’이라는 구조로 이루어진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 먼저 독자는 작품을 읽으며 한 인물이나 여러 인물의 서사를 종합하여 작품서사를 구성한다. 이 단계는 이어지는 자기서사의 촉발에 영향을 주어, 독자의 무의식에 자리하던 자기서사를 현실화하게 도와준다. 독자는 자기서사 촉발 단계에서 현실의 문제를 마주하게 되고, 다시 작품서사를 통해 자기서사를 수정하는 과정을 거치게 된다. 이와 같은 구조는 학습자들이 작품을 통해 자신이 미처 생각지 못했던 기억과 현재 자신의 모습을 정면으로 마주함으로써 자연스럽게 자기서사를 창작하도록 이어진다는 점에서 경험서사 창작교육에 기여하는 바가 크다. This study considers the failure of learners to discover problematic events for writing experiential narratives as a problem situation faced by experiential narrative writing education, and examines the concept of 'the epic of self' in literature therapy from the perspective of experiential narrative writing education to solve this I did. In literary therapy, self-narrative is a concept that corresponds to the narrative of works, and is based on the perspective of seeing humans as narrative beings. and readers discover their own fundamental problems based on the epic of literary work and make it into the epic of self. From the perspective of experiential narrative writing education, the following significance could be found. The first is an integrated activity of reading and writing, which can reduce the burden on learners' writing. The second is dialogic in that he discovers another image of himself while reading the work. Third, it is possible to positively change learners' attitudes of life through correction of the epic of self through the epic of literary work. The epic of self of the university students' readers was analyzed based on the creative educational significance of the experiential narrative of the epic of self reviewed above. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the epic of self of university students' readers was largely composed of 'composition of the epic of literary work'-'trigger of the epic of self'-'correction of the epic of self'. This structure of the epic of self contributes greatly to the expansion of experiential narrative writing education in that it helps learners lead to natural the epic of self writing by confronting memories they had not thought of through the literary work. In the process of such educational practice, it is expected that learners will be able to feel the joy of reading literature and writing narratives.

        방사선유도 돌연변이체 Bacillus lentimorbus WJ5a17에 의한 Pythium Root rot의 방제

        Pythium ultimum에 의한 뿌리썩음병을 생물학적으로 방제하기 위하여 이에 대한 항진균 활성이 있는 세균 Bacillus lentimorbus WJ5를 방사선(^(60)Co)을 조사하여 보다 더 강한 항진균 활성을 가지는 돌연변이체 B.lentimorbus WJ5a17을 유도하였다. B.lentimorbus WJ5와 WJ5a17을 각각 활용한 미생물제제 FWJ5와 FWJ5a17을 조제하였으며 균체수는 1.0×10^(11)CFU g^(-1)이였다. 미생물제제는 저장 30일째에도 항진균 세균이 5.0×10^(10)CFU g^(-1)이상 생존하였고, 상토와 밭 토양에서는 1.0×10^(7)CFU g^(-1) 이상의 생존세포수를 유지하였다. 또한 P.ultimum의 포자발아를 B.lentimorbus WJ5 제제(FWJ5)가 71.0% 억제하였고, B.lentimorbus WJ5a17 제제(FWJ5a17)는 81.4% 억제하였다. 미생물제제인 FWJ5와 FWJ5a17은 고추, 배추와 무의 종자 발아와 초기생장에 유해한 영향을 주지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 작물 생육초기와 중기에 1회 처리하였을 경우에도 P.ultimum에 의한 뿌리썩음병징의 발생을 유의하게(p<0.05) 억제하였기에 매우 효과적인 생물학적 제어제임을 알 수 있었다. To control pythium root rot, Bacillus lentimorbus WJ5a17 with high anti- fungal activity against Pythium ultimum was induced from B. lentimorbus WJ5 by gamma radiation (60Co). The biocontrollers of FWJ5 and FWJ5a17 were formulated (1.0 × 10^(11)CFU g) with B. lentimorbus WJ5 and WJ5a17, respectively. The population density of FWJ5 and FWJ5a17 maintained highly up to 1.0 x 10^(9) CFU g ^(1)in nursery and field soils until 30 days after treatment. P. ultimum spores germination were inhibited 71.0% and 81.4% by FWJ5 and FWJ5a17, respectively. Pythium root rot of red pepper, Chinese cabbage and radish were significantly (p<0.05) controled by one time treatment of FWJ5 and FWJ5a17.

        양식산 및 자연산 굴C( rassostrea gigas, Ostrea denselamellos)의 성분 특성

        To identify the food component characteristics of seven oysters(four cultured oysters and two wild oysters Crassostrea gigas and one dendely lamellated oyster Ostrea denselamellos Korean name beotgul) in Korea, the proximate, fatty/amino acid, mineral compositions, texture, color, chemical and taste compounds were investigated. The proximate compositions were not significantly different between cultured and wild oysters, whereas beotgul had lower levels of crude protein, ash and lipid content, and a higher carbohydrate content. The amino nitrogen contents of the three main types were 232.8-258.2, 160.5-213.9, and 218.5 mg/100 g, respectively, and the salinities were 1.5-1.7, 1.5-1.8, and 0.9%, respectively. Regarding the muscle texture, the shearing forces were 95-114, 105-132, and 170 g, respectively. Amounts of total amino acids of cultured, wild oysters and beotgul were 9,004-10,198, 8,165-8,942, and 7,767 mg/100 g, respectively. The major amino acids were aspartic acid (Asx), glutamic acid (Glx), proline, alanine, leucine, phenylalanine, lysine and arginine. Regarding inorganic ions, beotgul had much lower Fe and S contents than the cultured and wild oysters. The major fatty acids of cultured and wild oysters were 16:0, 18:0, 16:1n-9, 18:1n-9, 22:1n-9, 16:4n-3, 20:5n-3, and 22:6n-3, and there was little difference between the two. Beotgul had a higher polyenes ratio, i.e., 20:5n-3, and a lower monoenes ratio than the cultured and wild oysters. The free amino acid contents of cultured, wild oysters and beotgul extracts were 1,444-1,620, 1,017-1,277, and 1,144 mg/100 g, respectively, and the major free amino acids were taurine, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, tryptophan, ornithine, and lysine. There was a little difference in the glycine, tryptophan, ornithine, and arginine contents.

        우리나라 금융시장의 변동성과 상관관계분석

        The paper examines dynamic correlations between unpredictable asset returns or market volatility in domestic financial markets. It also analyzes which relations volatility has with correlation coefficients between unpredictable returns in foreign exchange, stock, and bond markets. The empirical results show that the absolute value of correlation coefficients becomes larger during periods of high market volatility. Especially, market volatility and the absolute value of correlation coefficients are rapidly increased together during the 1997 currency crisis. The main results are not changed even if yen/dollar exchange rate and Dow Jones index including asymmetric and meteor shower effects of news are considered in the model. The paper gives investors, risk managers, and supervisors of financial institutions some suggestions of how to manage and evaluate portfolio risk, particularly in crisis.
