블록체인 기반 의료정보시스템 도입을 위한 의사결정모델

정아군 ( Zheng Yajun ),김근형 ( Kim Keun Hyung ) 한국정보시스템학회 2020 情報시스템硏究 Vol.29 No.1

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to observe the relative priorities of importances among the modified versions of Block chain system, being based on AHP decision support model which should be also proposed in this paper. Design/methodology/approach Four versions modified from the beginning of Block chain were divided into Public& Permissionless, Private&Permissionless, Public&Permissioned and Private&Permissioned types. Five criteria for evaluating the four versions whether the version were suitable for Medical information system were introduced from five factors of Technologies Accept Model, which were Security, Availability, Variety, Reliability and Economical efficiency. We designed Decision support model based on AHP which would select the best alternative version suitable for introducing the Block chain technology into the medical information systems. We established the objective of the AHP model into finding the best choice among the four modified versions. First low layer of the model contains the five factors which consisted of Security, Availability, Variety, Reliability and Economical efficiency. Second low layer of the model contains the four modified versions which consisted Public&Permissionless, Private&Permissionless, Public&Permissioned and Private& Permissioned types. The structural questionnaire based on the AHP decision support model was designed and used to survey experts of medical areas. The collected data by the question investigation was analyzed by AHP analysis technique. Findings The importance priority of Security was highest among five factors of Technologies Accept Mode in the first layer. The importance priority of Private&Permissioned type was highest among four modified versions of Block chain technologies in second low layer. The second importance priority was Private&Permissionless type. The strong point of Private&Permissioned type is to be able to protect personal information and have faster processing speeds. The advantage of Private& Permissionless type is to be also able to protect personal information as well as from forging and altering transaction data. We recognized that it should be necessary to develop new Block chain technologies that would enable to have faster processing speeds as well as from forging and altering transaction data.

Structural characterization and applications of ITS2 from rice leaffolders Cnaphalocrocis medinalis and Marasmia patnalis (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae)

        Yajun Yang,ZhihongWu,Xu-Song Zheng,Zhong-Xian Lu,Hong-Xing Xu 한국응용곤충학회 2017 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.20 No.2

Cnaphalocrocis medinalis and Marasmia patnalis are important rice insect pests in Asia and have similarmorphologic features and same feeding patterns. Understanding the molecular difference of the two leaffolders is helpful to their identification and clarification of their phylogenetic class in the Pyraloidea. In this study, we determined and analyzed the nucleotide sequences of nuclear rDNA internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2) in the two rice leaffolders from 9 populations (six C. medinalis populations collected from China, Philippine, Thailand, and Vietnam, and threeM. patnalis populations from Philippine, Thailand, and Vietnam) and compared interspecies variation of IST2 among different geographic populations and intraspecies variation of ITS2 from Pyraloidea. Phylogenetic trees were constructed on the two leaffolders and other Pyraloidea species using Maximum Parsimony method. Results showed that the ITS2 sequences differed in the two leaffolders. Compared to C. medinalis, ITS2 ofM. patnalis had small deletion at the sites of 41, 72, 81, 304 and an insertion at the site of 337. Interspecies variation results showed that three C. medinalis populations fromSoutheast Asia (VN, PH, and TH) arewith small divergence compared to NJ andHZ, and small divergencewas observed among threeM. patnalis populations (VN, PH, and TH). Intraspecies variation results showed that two leaffolderswere with close relationship compared to the other Pyraloidea. Phylogenetic trees showed that two leaffolderswere grouped togetherwithMaruca vitrata. These results indicated that the ITS2 sequences differed in the two leaffolders could potentially be used in the distinguishing of the two rice leaffolders and the determination on the phylogeny of species.

Vagococcus zengguangii sp. nov., isolated from yak faeces

        Ge Yajun,Jin Dong,Lai Xin-He,Yang Jing,Lu Shan,Huang Ying,Zheng Han,Zhang Xiaoyan,Xu Jianguo 한국미생물학회 2021 The journal of microbiology Vol.59 No.1

Two unknown Gram-stain-positive, catalase- and oxidasenegative, non-motile, and coccus-shaped bacteria, designated MN-17T and MN-09, were isolated from yaks faeces (Bos grunniens) in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China. 16S rRNA gene sequence-based comparative analyses revealed that the two strains were grouped within the genus Vagococcus, displaying the highest similarity with Vagococcus xieshaowenii CGMCC 1.16436T (98.6%) and Vagococcus elongatus CCUG 51432T (96.4%). Both strains grew optimally at 37°C and pH 7.0 in the presence of 0.5% (w/v) NaCl. The complete genome of MN-17T comprises 2,085 putative genes with a total of 2,190,262 bp and an average G + C content of 36.7 mol%. The major fatty acids were C16:0 (31.2%), C14:0 (28.5%), and C18:1ω9c (13.0%); the predominant respiratory quinone was MK-7 (68.8%); the peptidoglycan type was A4α(L-Lys-DAsp); and the major polar lipid was diphosphatidylglycerol. Together, these supported the affiliation of strain MN-17T to the genus Vagococcus. In silico DNA-DNA hybridization and the average nucleotide identity values between MN-17T and all recognized species in the genus were 21.6–26.1% and 70.7–83.0%, respectively. MN-17T produced acid from D-cellobiose, D-fructose, glycerol, D-glucose, N-acetyl-glucosamine, gentiobiose, D-mannose, D-maltose, D-ribose, Dsaccharose, salicin, D-trehalose, and D-xylose. These results distinguished MN-17T and MN-09 from closely related species in Vagococcus. Thus, we propose that strains MN-17T and MN-09 represent a novel species in the genus Vagococcus, with the name Vagococcus zengguangii sp. The type strain is MN-17T (= CGMCC 1.16726T = GDMCC 1.1589T = JCM 33478T).

      • A Single-Stage High Gain Current Source Inverter for Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System

        Meiqin Mao,Yajun Zheng,Liuchen Chang,Haibo Xu 전력전자학회 2015 ICPE(ISPE)논문집 Vol.2015 No.6

The output voltage range of PV cells is widely influenced by the environment factors, such as temperature, solar radiation, etc. The lower output voltage of solar array can hardly meet the requirements for grid-connected operation of the system. To achieve high voltage gain and a steady ac output voltage in spite of the low dc input voltage, this paper presents a novel single-stage high gain current source inverter (CSI). The topology of the proposed inverter is derived from conventional tri-state current source inverter by introducing an impedance network with two symmetrical inductors and diodes separately. Theoretical analysis of operation modes and high voltage gain performance for the proposed inverter is presented, followed by the simulation of the proposed inverter in grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system carried out on MATLAB.

Evaluation and validation of reference genes for SYBR Green qRT-PCR normalization in Sesamia inferens (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)

        Yanhui Lu,Xu-Song Zheng,Qi Liang,Hong-Xing Xu,Yajun Yang,Junce Tian,Xiaochan He,Zhong-Xian Lu 한국응용곤충학회 2015 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.18 No.4

The pink stemborer, Sesamia inferens (Walker) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), has gradually become amajor threat to rice production in Asian rice growth area. Using reverse-transcription quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) to investigate gene expression of S. inferens under different conditions is a popular technique. However, numerous studies demonstrate that the experimental conditions affect the stability of reference genes. Thus, it is necessary to normalize qRT-PCR data under a specific condition using a stable reference gene as an internal control. In the present study, five algorithms (Delta Ctmethod, Bestkeeper, geNorm,Normfinder, and RefFinder) and seven candidate reference genes were evaluated to find out the most suitable reference genes under different biotic and abiotic conditions including different tissues and developmental stages, exposure to insecticides, different rice varieties, and different diets. Our results showed that the more stable series of reference genes were as follows: GAPDH, RPL10, and RPS3 for different tissues;GAPDH and RPS3 for developmental stages; RPS3 and EF1 for larval insecticide exposure; RPS3 and RPL10 for larvae reared on different rice varieties; RPS3 and ACTB for larvae fed on different diets. Hence, a combination of the best sets of reference genes for normalization of expression analysis will increase the accuracy and reliability of qRT-PCR data in S. inferens. In addition, these results establish the basis for selection of reference genes in other lepidopterous insect species.

Design and torque calculation of permanent magnet eddy current coupling with sinusoidal torque output

        Ke Chen,Hongyang Shi,Yajun Guo,Lei Yin,Ziwei Bao,Hongmei Zheng 전력전자학회 2023 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.23 No.4

Due to its unique characteristic of non-contact torque transmission between its permanent magnetic rotor and conductorrotor, permanent magnet eddy current coupling (PMECC) is preferable in transmitting torque from the outside to the insideof a sealed container, which can effectively avoid the tricky problem of dynamic seals. To mix non-uniform liquid solutionsor gas mixtures in sealed containers more effectively, a sinusoidal torque is also required. Thus, permanent magnet eddy current coupling with a slotted conductor is proposed in this paper, which can adaptively output sinusoidal torque under a real-time load when the input rotational speed is constant. Based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method, an analytical model for calculating torque is proposed. When establishing the equivalent magnetic circuit model of the PMECC, the radial magnetic flux leakage circuit is added to the equivalent magnetic circuit diagram, and the cross-sectional shape of the eddy current region is equivalent to an octagon, which simplifies the torque calculation process. The analytical model is verified by finite element method (FEM) simulation and experiments. According to a comparison, the peak and lowest values of output torque obtained by the experiments, the analytical model, and the FEM simulation are consistent. The output torque waveform obtained by the analytical model and FEM simulation are also consistent.

      • Data Partitioning Strategy of GPU Heterogeneous Clusters Based on Learning

        Jianjiang Li,Wei Chen,Jin Tian,Hongyan Zheng,Peng Zhang,Yajun Liu 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.9 No.9

With the rapid progress of computational science and computer simulation ability, a lot of properties can be predicted by the powerful ability of parallel computation before the actual research and development. With the development of high performance computer architecture, GPU is more and more widely used in high performance computation field as an emerging architecture, and a growing number of computations use GPU heterogeneous cluster architecture. However, how to partition workload and map to computing resource has always been the focus and difficult point. In the current study of GPU, according to the problems of the computing power provided by each node and the cluster hardware architecture which the application programmers don't understand, some partitioning strategies will result in serious load imbalance problem. Aimed at the complexity brought by the different computing ability of the nodes of GPU clusters, this paper proposes a GPU data partitioning strategy of heterogeneous clusters based on learning. It collects the states of each node in the process of running a program, and then estimates the calculation ability of each node dynamically, so as to guide the data partitioning. Actual testing results show that, this strategy allocates different tasks to nodes based on computing ability to ensure load balancing among nodes, so as to improve the execution performance of CUDA programs on heterogeneous GPU clusters and it laid a solid foundation for efficient computing on heterogeneous GPU clusters.

Effects of SRBSDV-infected rice plants on the fitness of vector and non-vector rice planthoppers

        Hong-Xing Xu,Hong-Xing Xu,Xu-Song Zheng,Yajun Yang,Jue-Feng Zhang Zhang,Zhong-Xian Lu 한국응용곤충학회 2016 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.19 No.3

Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV) is a new member of the genus Fijivirus and transmitted by whitebacked planthopper (WBPH), Sogatella furcifera (Horváth). The rice area affected by SRBSDV and the subsequent damages are increasing rapidly. In current study, we evaluated the effects of SRBSDV-infected plants on the ecological fitness and the tolerance to adverse environmental factors of vector WBPH and non-vector brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens (Stål). Our study revealed that the fitness of WBPH and BPH were both influenced by feeding on SRBSDV-infected rice. Fecundity ofWBPH feeding on the SRBSDV-infected rice plants were higher than those on healthy plants, nymphal duration of male WBPH prolonged markedly by 0.77 d (P b 0.05), while the weight of brachypterous female adults significantly decreased (P b 0.05), and the average survival time shortened both at 26 °C and 31 °C, respectively. Median lethal time of WBPH on SRBSDV-infected and healthy rice plants were 80 h and 112 h at 26 °C, 64 h and 88 h at 31 °C, respectively. As for non-vector BPH, nymph survival rate decreased significantly by 11.22% (P b 0.05) and the longevity of female adults also shortened (P b 0.05), while hatchability of BPH eggs increased (P b 0.05). Survival time of BPH feeding on healthy rice at 26 °Cwas significant longer than those feeding on healthy and infected rice at 31 °C. The above results imply that the vectorWBPH suffers much stronger effects than non-vector BPH fromfeeding on SRBSDVinfected rice plants.

White-light crosslinkable milk protein bioadhesive with ultrafast gelation for first-aid wound treatment

        Zhu Qinchao,Zhou Xuhao,Zhang Yanan,Ye Di,Yu Kang,Cao Wangbei,Zhang Liwen,Zheng Houwei,Sun Ziyang,Guo Chengchen,Hong Xiaoqian,Zhu Yang,Zhang Yajun,Xiao Ying,Valencak Teresa G.,Ren Tanchen,Ren Daxi 한국생체재료학회 2023 생체재료학회지 Vol.27 No.00

Background : Post-traumatic massive hemorrhage demands immediately available first-aid supplies with reduced operation time and good surgical compliance. In-situ crosslinking gels that are flexibly adapting to the wound shape have a promising potential, but it is still hard to achieve fast gelation, on-demand adhesion, and wide feasibility at the same time. Methods : A white-light crosslinkable natural milk-derived casein hydrogel bioadhesive is presented for the first time. Benefiting from abundant tyrosine residues, casein hydrogel bioadhesive was synthesized by forming di-tyrosine bonds under white light with a ruthenium-based catalyst. We firstly optimized the concentration of proteins and initiators to achieve faster gelation and higher mechanical strength. Then, we examined the degradation, cytotoxicity, tissue adhesion, hemostasis, and wound healing ability of the casein hydrogels to study their potential to be used as bioadhesives. Result : Rapid gelation of casein hydrogel is initiated with an outdoor flashlight, a cellphone flashlight, or an endoscopy lamp, which facilitates its usage during first-aid and minimally invasive operations. The rapid gelation enables 3D printing of the casein hydrogel and excellent hemostasis even during liver hemorrhage due to section injury. The covalent binding between casein and tissue enables robust adhesion which can withstand more than 180 mmHg blood pressure. Moreover, the casein-based hydrogel can facilitate post-traumatic wound healing caused by trauma due to its biocompatibility. Conclusion : Casein-based bioadhesives developed in this study pave a way for broad and practical application in emergency wound management.
