Research on green supply chain management pattern based on ISO14000 standards
Xiumei Sun,Min Zhou 인하대학교 정석물류통상연구원 2009 인하대학교 정석물류통상연구원 학술대회 Vol.2009 No.10
Green supply chain management is one of directions for the development of advanced manufacturing system today. The ISO14000 standards are the series standards of environmental management to promote environment protection and sustainable developing by ISO, which have stipulated an entire set of instruction enterprise establishment and the consummation environment management system, and provide the science way and the pattern for the modern enterprises. Therefore, based on system integration methods and current questions existing in implementing green supply chain management, the paper unifies ISO14000 standards with green supply chain management and formulates the total green supply chain management (TGSM) pattern which is from green design, green material, green manufacture, green marketing to the reversion flows. The paper shows that to carry out TGSM according to ISO14000 standards is significant for the modern enterprises to improve the environmental management level and core competency.
AC092127.1-miR-451a-AE binding protein 2 Signaling Facilitates Malignant Properties of Breast Cancer
Xiumei Zhang,Lin Cong,Dafang Xu,Qi Leng,Ming Shi,Yonghua Zhou 한국유방암학회 2021 Journal of breast cancer Vol.24 No.4
Purpose: The purpose of the current study was to explore the functions and potential mechanism of miR-451a in breast cancer (BC). Methods: Quantitative reverse transcription real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to analyze the expression of miR-451a in human normal mammary cells (MCF-10A) and BC cells. Colony formation assay, terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling assay and transwell assays were conducted to validate the effect of miR-451a on proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of BC cells, respectively. RNA pull-down, RNA immunoprecipitation and luciferase reporter assays were applied to investigate the upstream and downstream mechanisms of miR-451a in BC cells. Results: MiR-451a was expressed at a low level in BC cells. Overexpression of miR-451a repressed BC cells proliferation, migration and invasion. Moreover, long non-coding RNA AC092127.1 acted as a sponge of miR-451a to enhance the expression level of AE binding protein 2 (AEBP2) that was demonstrated to be the target gene of miR-451a in BC cells. Finally, rescue experiments validated that miR-451a and AEBP2 involved in AC092127.1-mediated BC cell growth, migration and invasion. Conclusion: In a word, AC092127.1/miR-451a/AEBP2 axis contributes to BC cell growth, migration and invasion. Our results may help to find novel potential targets for BC treatment.

Background Blood clam (Anadara broughtonii) is a commercially important marine bivalve characterised by the red blood. Recently, the clams have been subjected to severe resource recession. Multiple environmental stressors are indispensable for the recession. Objective We aimed to investigate the transcriptome information of blood clam under environmental stressors. Methods Paired-end Illumina HiSeq™ 2500 sequencing technology was employed for cDNA library construction and Illumina sequencing. Several public databases were introduced for gene annotation, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database was used for pathways analyses. The Open Reading Frame of annotated hemoglobin (Hb) was predicted and validated by DNAMAN 6.0 and NCBI BLASTx, respectively. Results A total of 242,919 transcripts were generated, 116,264 unigenes were subsequently assembled with an average length of 747 base pairs, and 33,776 unigenes were successfully annotated. Gene Ontology (GO) categories indicated that the terms of cellular processes, metabolic processes, cell, cell part, binding, and catalytic activity were dominant. KEGG pathway analyses suggested ribosome, oxytocin, focal adhesion, Ras, and PI3K-Akt were the largest signaling pathway groups, and many presented pathways (Ras, Rap1, and MAPK, etc.) were related to apoptosis, immune and stress response. In addition, a total of 19,306 potential simple sequence repeats (SSRs) were detected in 15,852 sequences. Six hemoglobin-related genes with complete conserved domain sequences were identified and 3 of them were predicted as HbI, HbIIα, and HbIIβ. Conclusion This study provides transcriptome responses to multiple environmental stressors in blood clams and would provide interesting hints for further studies.
