Poly(3-perylenylmethyl methacrylate)의 전기적 성질

In order to develop new types of electrically conducting polymers, poly(3-perylenylmethyl methacrylate)(PPeMMA), a novel polymer containing a perylenyl chromophore as the pendant group has been investigated. Chemically-doped PPeMMA was prepared by exposing PPeMMA to iodine vapour for 1-30 days. The partial pendant perylenyl groups of the doped polymers were observed to contain oxidized radical cations, as identified by e.s.r. spectrum and elemental analysis. The doped PPeMMA exhibits a conductivity of ca. 10^-8 S ㎝^-1 with a activation energy of ca. 0.36 eV.

Measurements of the electromagnetic lifetime of 2g+ staate in Sm-152 have been made by the TPHC method. Single gamma spectrum of Eu-152 taken with a Ge(Li) detector is analyzed by using DEC PDP-11/23 computer. From the results the energies and relative intensities were obtained. The partial lifetimes of the principal transitions were computed from the previous results. The expressed their results in terms of the reduced transition probabilities (B (E2) and B(M1) of the principal electromagnetic transitions. The present results are compared with calculatins based on the Interacting Boson Approzimation (I.B.A.) model. The values yidlded results in good agreement with I.B.A. model.

Polyacrylamides which have different molecular weight and poly (acrylamide-co-methacrylamide)s which have different composition ratio were prepared. And the interaction of these polymers with methyl orange was studied by an equilibrium dialysis method in buffer solution (pH7) at 10, 20, 30, 40℃, respectively. The first binding constants and thermodynamic parameters in the course of the binding were calculated. The favorable free energy of the binding of methyl orange seems to be a result of the entropy change rather than the enthalpy change. The binding ability of methyl orange by poly(acrylamide-co-methacrylamide) was higher than that of methyl orange by polyacrylamide. The result is likely to be due to the hydrophobic property of methyl group in copolymer. However, the binding ability of methyl orange by poly (acrylamide-co-methacrylamide) of which composition ratio was 1:1 was lower than that of methyl orange by poly(acrylamide-co-methacrylamide) of which composition ratio was 2:1. This result is likely to be due to the conformation of the polymer. The thermodynamic parameters obtained were also discussed.

상완골 원위부 과간 골절은 소아에서는 매우 드물게 발생되는 골절로 대부분 주관절의 굴곡상태로 주관절 후방부에 직접적인 충격에 의해 발생하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 전위가 없거나 경미한 경우 도수적 정복술 혹은 도수적 정복술 후 경피적 핀고정술을 시행하며, 전위가 심한 골절이거나 도수적 정복술이 불가능한 경우 관혈적 정복술 후 핀고정술을 시행하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 전위된 상완골 원위부 과간 골절 환아 2예에서 각각 도수적 정복술과 관혈적 정복술 후 K 강선 고정술을 시행하여 만족한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Intercondylar fractures of the distal humerus are very rare in children. The pattern of the fracture would suggest that the mechanism of injury involves a fall directly on the flexed elbow. Most agree that the undisplaced fracture can be managed conservatively. With increasing displacement and comminution, the opinions tend to differ. We suggest that closed reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning and open reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning offer a satisfactory methods by which to treat displaced intercondylar fracture in children.
Physics-Based SPICE Model of a-InGaZnO Thin-Film Transistor Using Verilog-A

In this work, we report the physics-based SPICE model of amorphous oxide semiconductor (AOS) thin-film transistors (TFTs) and demonstrate the SPICE simulation of amorphous InGaZnO (a-IGZO) TFT inverter by using Verilog-A. As key physical parameter, subgap density-of-states (DOS) is extracted and used for calculating the electric potential, carrier density, and mobility along the depth direction of active thin-film. It is confirmed that the proposed DOS-based SPICE model can successfully reproduce the voltage transfer characteristic of a-IGZO inverter as well as the measured I-V characteristics of a-IGZO TFTs within the average error of 6% at $V_{DD}$=20 V.
High efficiency green phosphorescent OLEDs with triplet exciton confinement architecture

We report highly efficient green phosphorescent devices comprising a triplet exciton confinement configuration, using 4,4´-N,N´-dicarbazoleterpheyl (CTP) as a narrowband-gap host and high triplet energy charge transporting layers. Maximum current and power efficiencies of 56.89 cd/A, and 48.22 lm/W (external quantum efficiency of 18.0%) are demonstrated by optimizing the doping concentration. Such high efficiency is attributed to good confinement effect of triplet excitons by narrow band-gap CTP host with reasonable doping concentration and introduction of good exciton blocking layers at the emitting layer interfaces.
Highly Efficient Simple-Structure Red Phosphorescent OLEDs with an Extremely Low Doping Technology

Highly efficient red phosphorescent OLEDs (PHOLEDs) with a simple, organic, triple-layer structure was developed using the narrow-bandgap fluorescent host material bis(10-hydroxybenzo[h] quinolinato)beryllium complex (Bebq2) and the deep-red dopant tris(1-phenylisoquinoline)iridium (Ir(piq)3). The maximum current and power efficiency values of 12.71 cd/A and 16.02 lm/W, respectively, with an extremely low doping technology of 1%, are demonstrated herein. The results reveal a practical, cost-saving host dopant system for the fabrication of highly efficient PHOLEDs involving the simple structure presented herein, with a reduction of expensive Ir dopants.
Antioxidant Activities of Aroma Extracts in Commercially Available Red Wines in Korea

The antioxidant activities of aroma extracts from commercially available red wines in Korea were evaluated. The aroma extracts of the red wines were extracted by simultaneous steam distillation. Antioxidant activity was measured by DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging activity and ABTS (2,2-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) radical cation scavenging activity. DPPH radical scavenging activity of the aroma extracts in the red wines increased with increases in the amount of wine used for aroma extraction. Antioxidant activities of domestic wine 1, imported wine 7, and imported wine 12 were 97.16, 96.72 and 94.52%/20 mL wine by DPPH assay and 7.09, 8.07 and 7.28 mg ascorbic acid equivalents per mL wine by ABTS assay, respectively. This study demonstrates potent antioxidant activities of the aroma extracts of commercially available red wines in Korea.
Highly Efficient Red Phosphorescent OLEDs with Simple Device Structure

<P> We report high efficiency red phosphorescent OLEDs with a simple organic bi-layered structure. A host material bis(10-hydroxybenzo[h] quinolinato)beryllium complex (Bebq2) having a good electron transporting and energy transfer characteristics and a good hole injection and transport material N,N'-di(4-(N,N'-diphenyl-amino)phenyl)-N,N'-diphenylbenzidine (DNTPD) lead to the fabrication of simplified high efficiency device. The driving voltage value of 3.5 V to reach luminance of 1000 cd/m2 is reported. The maximum current- and power-efficiency values of 9.38 cd/A and 11.72 lm/W with real true red color of (0.67, 0.32) are demonstrated.</P>
