        21세기는 지식 정보화와 병행하여 문화의 세기가 될 것으로 예견된다. 문화상품의 고부가가치를 창출하기 위하여 영동군이 보유하고 있는 국악 인프라와 연계하여 국가 문화산업의 전략적 우위를 도모하고 전통문화의 전승과 발전에 일익을 담당코저 한다. 난계 박연 선생의 탄생지인 심천면 고당리 일원에 국악을 테마로 하는 체험촌 조성이 필요하였다. 영동군에서는 한국의 정신세계를 재조명하고 전통문화에 대한 이해와 접근이 용이한 관광자원으로 국악체험촌을 건립하여 관광명소를 육성하고자 한다. The 21st century is predicted to be the century of knowledge and information and culture. To create high value of cultural goods, in conjunction with Korean Classical Music infrastructures which Yeongdong County has, this proposal was planning to be contributed to the development of traditional culture and folklore. Yeongdong County revisited in the spirit world and build an understanding of Korea and Experience Music Village with easy access to the traditional culture and tourist resources and to foster the attractions.

        커뮤니티 도서관의 사용자 중심 공간 구성에 관한 연구

        The rapid development of information technology makes people"s lifestyles constantly changing, bringing great changes to the library building. As a product of the development of public libraries, community libraries have an important impact on community cohesion and revitalization through providing targeted learning and leisure services to residents. Under the trend of social and community development, the community library"s user-centered space must adapt to the diverse needs of community users and make the self-improvement. First of all, this study summarizes the concept of community and community libraries through literature review, and then make a theoretical investigation on the composition of user-centered space. Finally this study bases on the cases of community library buildings in the United States and Britain, and initially explores the composition of user-centered space in these libraries, and then analyzes and summarizes the architectural characteristics of it. Exploring how community can be activated and cohesive through community libraries user-centered space. Hope that this study can provide some reference to the contemporary community library design.

        Spatio-temporal Load Forecasting Considering Aggregation Features of Electricity Cells and Uncertainties in Input Variables

        Spatio-temporal load forecasting (STLF) is a foundation for building the prediction-based power map, which could be a useful tool for the visualization and tendency assessment of urban energy application. Constructing one point-forecasting model for each electricity cell in the geographic space is possible; however, it is unadvisable and insufficient, considering the aggregation features of electricity cells and uncertainties in input variables. This paper presents a new STLF method, with a data-driven framework consisting of 3 subroutines: multi-level clustering of cells considering their aggregation features, load regression for each category of cells based on SLS-SVRNs (sparse least squares support vector regression networks), and interval forecasting of spatio-temporal load with sampled blind number. Take some area in Pudong, Shanghai as the region of study. Results of multilevel clustering show that electricity cells in the same category are clustered in geographic space to some extent, which reveals the spatial aggregation feature of cells. For cellular load regression, a comparison has been made with 3 other forecasting methods, indicating the higher accuracy of the proposed method in point-forecasting of spatio-temporal load. Furthermore, results of interval load forecasting demonstrate that the proposed prediction-interval construction method can effectively convey the uncertainties in input variables.

        An Approach for Security Problems in Visual Surveillance Systems by Combining Multiple Sensors and Obstacle Detection

        As visual surveillance systems become more and more common in human lives, approaches based on these systems to solve security problems in practice are boosted, especially in railway applications. In this paper, we first propose a robust snag detection algorithm and then present a railway security system by using a combination of multiple sensors and the vision based snag detection algorithm. The system aims safety at several repeatedly occurred situations including slope protection, inspection of the falling-object from bridges, and the detection of snags and foreign objects on the rail. Experiments demonstrate that the snag detection is relatively robust and the system could guarantee the security of the railway through these real-time protections and detections.

        Effect of internal structures on the accuracy of 3D printed full-arch dentition preparation models in different printing systems

        PURPOSE. The objective of this study was to investigate how internal structures influence the overall and marginal accuracy of full arch preparations fabricated through additive manufacturing in different printing systems. MATERIALS AND METHODS. A full-arch preparation digital model was set up with three internal designs, including solid, hollow, and grid. These were printed using three different resin printers with nine models in each group. After scanning, each data was imported into the 3D data processing software together with the master cast, aligned and trimmed, and then put into the 3D data analysis software again to compare the overall and marginal deviation whose results are expressed using root mean square values and color maps. To evaluate the trueness of the resin model, the test data and reference data were compared, and the precision was evaluated by comparing the test data sets. Color maps were observed for qualitative analysis. Data were statistically analyzed by one-way analysis of variance and Bonferroni method was used for post hoc comparison (α = .05). RESULTS. The influence of different internal structures on the accuracy of 3D printed resin models varied significantly (P < .05). Solid and grid models showed better accuracy, while the hollow model exhibited poor accuracy. The color maps show that the resin models have a tendency to shrink inwards. CONCLUSION. The internal structure design influences the accuracy of the 3D printing model, and the effect varies in different printing systems. Irrespective of the kind of printing system, the printing accuracy of hollow model was observed to be worse than those of solid and grid models.

        A Study on Damage and Penetration Behaviour of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic Sandwich at Various Impacts

        In this study, an impact experiment was conducted on carbon fibre reinforced plastic sandwich composite material and a simulation was performed for verification purposes. Carbon fibre reinforced plastic is known to have more outstanding material characteristics than general metal in terms of non-rigidity, specific modulus, fatigue characteristics as well as wear-, heat- and corrosion-resistance. Also, it has a long fatigue lifetime and excellent environmental safety. For these reasons, it is used widely in aviation, national defence, automotive, sports and other industrial fields. In the experiment, impact energy was applied on fixed specimens in increments of 30J from 30J to 90J. The results showed that the specimen was penetrated by a striker with impact energy of 90J, but not with 30J and 60J. For the simulation, ANSYS was used to apply the same boundary condition as the actual case for a finite element analysis. The data obtained from the experiment and the simulation were found to be similar. Thus, it was deemed possible to use the results of the impact analysis on the carbon fibre reinforced plastic sandwich to predict the structural stability of such materials after various impacts. These results will not only be applicable in various fields, but also serve as important data in the development of safety design of composite materials.

        Chain Registry and Load-Dependent Conformational Dynamics of Collagen

        <P/><P>Degradation of fibrillar collagen is critical for tissue maintenance. Yet, understanding collagen catabolism has been challenging partly due to a lack of atomistic picture for its load-dependent conformational dynamics, as both mechanical load and local unfolding of collagen affect its cleavage by matrix metalloproteinase (MMP). We use molecular dynamics simulation to find the most cleavage-prone arrangement of α chains in a collagen triple helix and find amino acids that modulate stability of the MMP cleavage domain depending on the chain registry within the molecule. The native-like state is mechanically inhomogeneous, where the cleavage site interfaces a stiff region and a locally unfolded and flexible region along the molecule. In contrast, a triple helix made of the stable glycine-proline-hydroxyproline motif is uniformly flexible and is dynamically stabilized by short-lived, low-occupancy hydrogen bonds. These results provide an atomistic basis for the mechanics, conformation, and stability of collagen that affect catabolism.</P>

        Control Strategy Based on Equivalent Fundamental and Odd Harmonic Resonators for Single-Phase DVRs

        In this paper, a digital control strategy based on equivalent fundamental and odd harmonic resonators is proposed for single-phase DVRs. By using a delay block, which can be equivalent to a bank of resonators, it rejects the fundamental and odd harmonic disturbances effectively. The structure of the single closed-loop control system consists of a delay block, a proportional gain and a set of zero phase notch filters. The principle of the controller design is discussed in detail to ensure the stability of the system. Both the supply voltage and the load current feedforwards are used to improve the response speed and the ability to eliminate disturbances. The proposed controller is simple in terms of its structure and implementation. It has good performances in harmonic compensation and dynamic response. Experimental results from a 2kW DVR prototype confirm the validity of the design procedure and the effectiveness of the control strategy.

        태극권 수련자세 따른 운동강도와 운동량의 비교

        TAI CHI is one of the most popularized public sport in China. Although its popularity, few literature were found in the research of identifying exercise intensity and energy consumption between TAI CHI Higher (HP) and Lower positions (LP). In this research, we further discussed exercise intensity and energy expenditure in two kinds of positions by measuring VO₂, HR, %VO2max, %HRmax and energy expenditure of TAI CHI HP and LP. In our study, we used K4b2 gas analyzer and selected 10 male healthy adults. We measured their exercise intensity and energy expenditure during practicing different positions of the simplified 24 style TAI CHI. Results revealed that the exercise intensity of LP were significantly higher and closer to the anaerobic threshold than HP. Also, the energy consumption of LP is also found to be significantly higher than HP. Therefore, we reached the conclusion that the exercise intensity of one full set of HP in the simplified 24 Style TAI CHI is equivalent to medium intensity exercise; while for the LP, it is equivalent to low intensity exercise. It further indicates that one should also consider the difference of exercise intensity and energy consumption between HP and LP. That is, for the old, children, or beginners, it is recommended to practice TAI CHI with LP; for those have stronger exercise capacity, HP would be more suitable. Moreover, since TAICHI Lower position yields higher exercise intensity and energy consumption, it appears to be more effective in weight control, as well as in improving one’s cardiorespiratory fitness.
