      • 糞尿의 好氣性消化에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        This paper is aimed to investigate fundamental phenomenon by aerobic digestion process in night-soil treatment experimentally. First of all, digestion time is divided into 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25days and return sludge rate is also divided into 15, 30, 45 and 60% in order to investigate optimum digestion time and return sludge rate. In the following, according to the determined digestion time and return sludge rate, observations on alteration of physical and chemecal characteristics of night-soils under the semi-continuous experiments are carried out. The followings are results of this experimental study; 1) Diserable digestion time is 15 days in aerobic digestion of night-soil, but the settlement of sludge is bad. 2) In case of 15 days digestion time, 15% of influent quantity is proper as return sludge rate, but in the case, the settlement of sludge is also bad. 3) In the case of 15 days digestion time and 15% return sludge rate (1) Between 5 and 10 days, PH attained the peak. After the peak, PH is decreased gradually. (2) The range of PH is about 7.20 to 8.55. Therefore, management of PH is not needed. (3) Most of all BOD is remved within 5 days. (4) The removal of nitrogen is excellent. 4) When night-soil is treated by aerobic digestion process, study on adeqate dillution rate is requird because BOD of night-soil is very high in Korea.

        The purpose of this study was to examine that how Outsourcing production workers produce Structural Characteristics (participation of decision making, relationship with coworkers, relationship with bosses) and Job Satisfaction also, knowing total recognition of the industry members was a goal of this study. Participation of decision making, relationship with coworkers, relationship with bosses of Structural Characteristics produced their turnover intention. But relationship with coworkers and bosses produced Job Satisfaction excluding participation of decision making. It putted graded variables into quantitative conclusion additionally and took Hierarchical Regression Analysis for syntagmatically discussion. As a result, Job Satisfaction strongly produced relationship with coworkers and bosses. Eventually, the formation of relationship finds contentment in Job Satisfaction. Especially, the policy for people who worked outsourcing production needs supplementation. As like the result of quantitative conclusion, it needs continuous working period for the people. It also needs enough periods and opportunities for their own abilities. In the future broadcasting outsourcing production, as the final outcome, it needs institutional aids from the government for future-oriented members. Finally, it needs synthetically plan for developing Healthy outsourcing production industry and positive Korean broadcasting field.

        사회적 기업가정신과 성과와의 관련성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 사회적기업에 적합한 사회적 기업가정신에 대한 이론적 분석을 통하여 사회적 기업가 정신의 구성요인의 도출, 사회적 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 환경적 요소에 대한 규명, 사회적 기업가정신과 성과와의 관련성을 실증적으로 규명함으로써 사회적기업의 성공을 위한 사회적 기업가정신에 대한 중요성을 제시하고자 하는데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저 사회적 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 환경적 요인으로 환경의 동태성과 환경기회의 탐색과 인식에 대한 규명을 시도하였고, 사회적 기업가정신의 구성요인으로 혁신추구성과 진취성, 그리고 위험감수성에 대한 요인들의 도출, 사회적기업의 성과로서 사회적 기업의 가치창출과 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 대한 규명에 대한 선행연구들을 검토하였고, 사회적 기업가정신을 중심으로 사회적기업가정신에 미치는 환경의 영향력, 사회적 기업가정신이 사회적기업의 사회적 가치창출에 미치는 영향력, 사회적 기업가정신이 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 미치는 영향력, 그리고 사회적기업의 사회적 가치창출이 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 미치는 영향력에 대하여 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. Increasingly attention has been addressed towards social entrepreneurship from a variety of domains: business strategy, entrepreneurship, public sector management, community development and not-for profit marketing. Researchers have been drawn to an interesting phenomenon. As I have identified, the research area has suffered from a lack of a unified and coherent framework capturing the environment of social entrepreneurship, components of social entrepreneurship, and relationship between social entrepreneurship and performance of social enterprises. Social entrepreneurship can be conceptualized as a multi - dimensional construct with innovativeness, proactiveness and risk taking of social entrepreneur as its dimensions. A construct is referred to as multidimensional when it consists of a number of interrelated attributes and dimensions and exists in multidimensional domains. Therefore social entrepreneurship can be viewed as an overall abstraction of innovativeness, proactiveness and risk management within the constraints of environment, opportunity seeking/recognition, sustainability and social mission. For the survey and analysis, 109 domestic social enterprises certified as a social enterprise which were collected and analyzed. The summarized are as follows: First, the environment of social entrepreneurship doesn’t affect the social entrepreneurship. Second, the social entrepreneurship affects the performance of social enterprises as the social value creation and sustainability. Third, the social value creation of social enterprise affects the sustainability of social enterprise.

        Monitoring the Degradation Process of Inconel 600 and its Aluminide Coatings under Molten Sulfate Film with Thermal Cycles by Electrochemical Measurements

        With a specially designed electrochemical cell, the changes in impedance behavior for Inconel 600 and aluminide diffusion coatings under molten sulfate film with thermal cycles (from 800 ˚C to 350 ˚C) were monitored with electrochemical impedance measurements. It was found that corrosion resistance for both materials increased with lower temperatures. At the same time, the state of molten salt was also monitored successfully by measuring the changes in impedance at high frequency, which generally represents the resistance of molten salt itself. After two thermal cycles, both Inconel 600 and aluminide diffusion coatings showed excellent corrosion resistance. The results from SEM observation and EDS analysis correlated well with the results obtained by electrochemical impedance measurements. It is concluded that electrochemical impedance is very useful for monitoring the corrosion resistance of materials under molten salt film conditions even with thermal cycles.

        Analysis on the Status of Industrial Complexes in Korea and the Direction of Specialization

        수년전부터 시작된 물류에 대한 관심은 최근 물류를 구성하고 있는 요소들에 대한 관심으로 다양하고 깊이 있게 발전하고 있다. 초기의 물류에 대한 관심이 전체적인 물류과정에 대한 연 구에 집중되어 있었다면, 최근에는 이를 구성하고 있는 운송, 물류, 유통 등으로 분화시켜 연구 하는 특징을 보이고 있다. 이러한 요소들 중에 하나가 바로 집적화의 문제이다. 물류의 효율성을 최대화하기 위한 방법의 하나로 지역별 최적산업을 적용한 것이 바로 산업단지의 개념이다. 그 동안 산업단지는 지역별로 가장 적절한 산업과 연계하여 효율성을 추구하며 진행되어왔으 며, 이에 따라 학계에서도 관련 연구들이 활발하게 진행되어왔다. 그러나 그 동안의 연구들이 산업단지의 필요성, 활성화, 연계들에 대한 연구들이 주를 이루고 있어, 변화하는 산업단지의 노후화와 개별 기업에 대한 발전 방안 제시가 부족한 것이 사실이다. 본 연구는 그 동안 산업 단지 중심의 발전전략이 기업 중심 발전전략으로 이동해야하는 근거와 방향에 대해 논의하고 자 하며, 관련하여 산업단지 유형별로 그 동안의 성과 추이를 살펴봄으로써 각각 단지들의 특 성과 성과를 파악하고자 한다. 더불어 향후 산업단지의 방향성에 대해 제시하였다. 산업단지 입주가 경쟁력이었던 한계에서 벗어나 산업단지가 나아가야할 방향성에 대해 기존 의 매출액, 고용정도, 수출액, 기업 가동률, 그리고 생산액이라는 고정된 목표에서 벗어나야 함을 나타내었다. 기업이 추구하는 사업의 특성별 입지결정요인이 달라짐을 감안하여 산업단 지의 일률적인 기업 편성의 문제점을 앞으로 개선해야한다. 더불어 산업단지 중심의 발전방안 이 최근변화에 적응하지 못하고 있다는 사실을 인지하여, 지역이나 제품에 적합한 산업단지 기업의 성과 영향요인의 변화를 추구해야 할 것이다. Purpose : By looking at the performance trends for each type of industrial complex, we want to understand the characteristics and performance of each complex. In addition, I would like to present the direction of future industrial parks. Research design, data, methodology : A one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted to see if there were any differences in export changes, employment changes, designated area growth rates, and production value changes depending on the country, general, urban high-tech, and agricultural industries. Results : According to the analysis of differences in export changes, employment changes, designated area growth rates, and production value changes according to the country, general, urban high-tech, and agricultural industry, each group showed significant differences in export changes, employment changes, designated area growth rates, and production value changes. Conclusions : It expressed that the entry of industrial complexes should be outside the limits that used to act as competitiveness, and that internal and external factors should be applied to fit the resources and characteristics of the company, not just to move into local industrial complexes.

        이 論文에서는 path map를 定義하여 이 函數가 連續函數보다 弱한 函數인 것을 보이고 이 函數 아래서 不變이 되는 空間은 어떤 空間이겠는가 하는 問題를 部分的이나마 해결한 論文이다. path map에는 條件을 주지 않고 空間에 條件을 强化해서 이들이 不變이 되게 했고 또 函數에 條件을 주어 空間이 不變이 되도록 하는 條件들을 하나씩 調査해 보았다.

        Effect of Ti Intermediate Layer on Properties of HAp Plasma Sprayed Biocompatible Coatings

        The objective of this study was to improve properties of plasma sprayed HAp layer to titanium substrate by introducing an intermediate layer with two different methods. Before applying Zn doped HAp coating on titanium substrate, an intermediate layer was introduced by titanium plasma spray or titanium anodization. Heat treatments were conducted for some samples after titanium intermediate layer was formed. Zn doped HAp top layer was applied by plasma spraying. Three-point bending test and pull-off adhesion test were performed to determine the adhesion of Zn doped HAp coatings to substrates. Long-term credibility of Zn doped HAp plasma sprayed coatings on titanium was assessed by electrochemical impedance measurements in Hanks’ solution. It was found that both titanium plasma sprayed and titanium anodized intermediate layer had excellent credibility. Strong adhesion to the titanium substrate was confirmed after 12 weeks of immersion for coating samples with titanium plasma sprayed intermediate layer. Samples with titanium anodized intermediate layer showed good bending strength. However, they showed relatively poor resistance against pulling off. The thickness of titanium anodized intermediate layer can be controlled much more precisely than that of plasma sprayed one, which is important for practical application.
