        Purpose : The purpose of the research is that get a cut above clinical practice effect through satisfaction of clinical training, practical training, content, oversight of training and evaluation system. Clinical training consists of part of university in Gwang Ju and Jeon nam. Method : The target of training student was studying at physiotherapy a tree or four-year-course collage in Gwang ju and Jean nam. Data collection period is from 21 November 2012 to 1 February. We explained how to do a means of collecting data and get students consent fill in questionnaire. Data collection prossed by using spss 10.1 program also independent proofs, descriptive statistics, crosstabulation, regression analysis and frequency analysis. Results : The subjects average age is 24 in general characteristic. A school system of subjects was a tree-year-course students. They were 58people(39.1%). A school system of subjects was a four-year-course students. They were 90people(60.9%).The male was 72(48.6%) and the female was 76(51.4%). We researched to know about satisfaction of clinical training, practical training, content, environment of practical establishment, trainee manage and evaluation method. All-round satisfaction of clinical training average was 1.90 Satisfaction of clinical training period and content average was 1.83Satisfaction of environment of practical establishment average was 1.88 Satisfaction of clinical training establishments` trainee manage and evaluation average was 1.94 Conclusion : It is important that student can get specific their future and can do at clinical throught clinical training after their graduation improving satisfaction of clinical training would give to impact a physical therapist reserve.

Methods: We collated and reviewed previously conducted review studies on border closures during infectious disease outbreaks to derive relevant themes and factors. Results: According to our systematic review on border closures and travel restrictions, the effects of such containment efforts are limited. We suggest considering the following factors when determining whether to impose border closure measures: (1) disease characteristics, (2) timeliness of implementation, (3) transmission delay and the basic reproduction number, (4) globalization and pandemics, and (5) social and economic costs. Conclusions: Our assessment indicates that the effects of border closures are at best temporary and limited. Alternative measures must be contemplated and implemented to suppress the spread of COVID-19 in particular and infectious diseases more broadly.

      • Remote Operation and Maintenance of Processing Equipment Using the Remote Handling System in the PRIDE Facility

        In this paper, we describe the PRIDE Facility which has an installed remote handling system for the remote operation and maintenance of processing equipment. Processing equipment is operated in intense radiation fields as well as at high temperature. Thus, the equipment is operated in a remote manner and should be designed with consideration of remote handling and maintenance. An analysis and evaluation of the remote handling was carried out using a graphic simulator and physical mockup. This simulator is a virtual facility of a pyroprocessing mock-up facility. The simulator is designed to include all of the processing equipment, utilities, remote maintenance and handling devices and auxiliary devices or tools, in the form of virtual models necessary for the pyprocessing technology implementation in a virtual facility environment. The use of this device for operation and maintenance to assess the results is reflected in its modifications of the device. The evaluation of the modified device was carried in a physical mockup.

        Comparison of Physicochemical Properties and Analysis of sEquence Structure Relationships of Commercial Dongchongxiacao of Three Species in Korean Market

        To compare the quality of manufactured goods distributed in the domestic markets, 6 isolates of Dongchongxiacao products, namely, 4 Paecilomyces tenuipes specimens (J2P, 901A, 901B, and 901C), 1 Cordyceps militaris specimen (901D), and 1 Cordyceps sinensis specimen (CI-1), were analyzed for their physicochemical properties and sequence-structure relationships. P. tenuipes (J2P), a kind of Dongchongxiacao, was successfully inoculated on silkworms by percutaneous infection of Rural Development AdminstraionNam et al., 1999); fruiting bodies were then formed on the complete surface of the pupa. Since P. tenuipes (J2P) from silkworm larva was also proved to have remarkable pharmacological activities, it has been produced in bulk and has been successfully sold to buyers in the Korean market. Additionally, imitation products such as 901A, 901B, 901C, 901D, and CI-1 were sold simultaneously, resulting in deterioration of product quality. This research focuses on establishing quality standards to discriminate between the original and imitation products circulating in the market. The products obtained for the experiments included J2P, 901A, 901B, 901C, 901D, and CI-1; proximate analysis was performed for these products. The hosts and methods of conidia inoculation for proliferation of mycelia differed among the products. P. tenuipes (J2P) was proliferated in live silkworm larvae, and dead silkworm pupae were used to produce 901A, 901B, and 901C. On the other hand, 901D was produced on hulled rice medium. Quality analysis of C. sinensis revealed that CI-1, which was imported from China, smelled bad and proved to be a counterfeit with the fruiting body glued to the insect by twigs. The results of the proximate analysis of 901A, 901B, 901C, and 901D were similar to those of J2P with respect to the moisture content. Otherwise, J2P contained higher crude protein than 901A, 901B, 901C, and 901D, but contained very low fat. C. militaris (901D) and C. sinensis (CI-1) had low crude protein content-12.79% and 9.78% respectively-as compared to that of J2P, which was 62.38%. In contrast to the crude ash content of 6.4% in J2P, the crude ash content of CI-1 was 18.51% and this specimen was found to contain many impurities. phylogenetic analysis of P. tenuipes revealed that the sequence similarity of J2P, 901B, and 901C was in the range of 92.3~92.7%. Additionally, differences in the sequences were found at the positions 65 bp, 436 bp, 441 bp, 463 bp, etc.

      • Clinical Significance of Acute Vessel Shrinkage below the Stent after Vein Angioplasty in a Patient with May-Thurner Syndrome

        May-Thurner syndrome is associated with deep vein thrombosis resulting from chronic compression of the iliac vein against the lumbar vertebrae caused by the overlying common iliac artery. Stent insertion into the compressed lesion is used in treatment of May-Thurner syndrome. Various complications can occur during angioplasty while using a stent. Among these complications, shrinkage of the vein below the stent, a rare complication, was observed in our hospital during treatment of a patient with May-Thurner syndrome. Different complications can occur when venous angioplasty is performed, unlike that when arterial angioplasty is performed.

      • Archi-suit: responding to the Environmental Bubble : An Analysis of Archigram’s Cushicle and Suitaloon and Throwaway architecture

        This paper is a study of Archi-Suit; in relation to clothing/dressing, and bubble as the total environment. Using two case studies, respectively: Archigram’s the Cushicle and Suitaloon in 1960s and further, the paper aims to recognise today’s Throwaway architecture in response to unhealthy environments. The first is an examination of principle of dressing in architecture in 1960s. Especially, this paper demonstrates how the Archigram’s Cushicle and the Suitaloon redefined the relationship between architectural dressing and environmental bubble with the development of technology. The second relates to the environmental bubble, that is, all kinds of environmental conditions and concerns in 1960s and today that were plugged in to the Archi-suit: Pop art, technology, and NASA Apollo spacesuit and pandemic.

        Genetic alterations of the KLF6 gene in gastric cancer

        The KLF6 is a zinc-finger tumor suppressor that is frequently mutated in several human cancers and broadly involved in differentiation and development, growth-related signal transduction, cell proliferation, apoptosis, and angiogenesis. To determine whether genetic alterations of KLF6 gene are involved in the development and/or progression of gastric cancer, we have screened a set of 80 sporadic gastric cancers for mutations and allele loss of the KLF6 gene. Four missense mutations, S155R, P172 T, S180L, and R198 K, were detected in transactivation domain of the KLF6 gene and one of them had biallelic mutations with somatic mutation of one allele and loss of the remaining allele. All of the cases with mutation were of advanced intestinal-type gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis. In addition, 16 (43.2%) of 37 informative cases showed allelic loss at KLF6 locus. Interestingly, allelic loss was also frequent in intestinal-type gastric cancer.       • Cross-linking of 4-1BB activates TCR-signaling pathways in CD8+ T lymphocytes.

        <P>Cross-linking of 4-1BB, a member of the TNFR family, increased tyrosine phosphorylation of TCR-signaling molecules such as CD3epsilon, CD3zeta, Lck, the linker for activation of T cells, and SH2 domain-containing leukocyte phosphoprotein of 76 kDa (SLP-76). In addition, incubation of activated CD8+ T cells with p815 cells expressing 4-1BBL led to redistribution of the lipid raft domains and Lck, protein kinase C-theta;, SLP-76, and phospholipase C-gamma1 (PLC-gamma1) on the T cell membranes to the areas of contact with the p815 cells and recruitment of 4-1BB, TNFR-associated factor 2, and phospho-tyrosine proteins to the raft domains. 4-1BB ligation also caused translocation of TNFR-associated factor 2, protein kinase C-theta;, PLC-gamma1, and SLP-76 to detergent-insoluble compartments in the CD8+ T cells, and cross-linking of 4-1BB increased intracellular Ca2+ levels apparently by activating PLC-gamma1. The redistribution of lipid rafts and Lck, as well as translocation of PLC-gamma1, and degradation of IkappaB-alpha in response to 4-1BB were inhibited by disrupting the formation of lipid rafts with methyl-beta-cyclodextrin. These findings demonstrate that 4-1BB is a T cell costimulatory receptor that activates TCR-signaling pathways in CD8+ T cells.</P>

      • Embryo Gender Ratio and Developmental Potential after Biopsy of In Vivo and In Vitro Produced Hanwoo Embryos

        The present study was to assess the in vitro viability and sexing rate of bovine embryos. Blastocysts were harvested on day 7~9 day after insemination(in vitro and in vivo), and the sex of the embryos was examined using the LAMP method. Embryo cell biopsy was carried out in a $80{\mu}l$ drop $Ca^{2+}$, $Mg^{2+}$ free D-PBS and, biopsied embryos viability were evaluated after more 12 h culture in IVMD culture medium. The formation of recovered embryo to expanded and hatching stages had ensued in higher of sexed embryo in vivo than in vitro (100% vs. 89%, p<0.05), and in vitro, the rates of degeneration after sexing were significantly (p<0.05) higher in vitro than in vivo(11% vs. 0.0%). The rates of the predicted sex were female 61% vs. 56%, and male 39% vs. 44% in vivo and in vitro, respectively. The rates of survival following different biopsy methods were seen between punching and bisection method in vivo and in vitro (100% vs. 89% and 100% vs, 78% respectively). Biopsy method by punching was significantly (p<0.05) higher than bisection between produced embryos in vivo and in vitro. The present data indicate that with microblade after punching for embryo sexing results in high incidence of survivability on development after embryo biopsy. It is also suggested that LAMP-based embryo sexing suitable for field applications.

      • Application of a Ti-Ni Alloy as a Current Collector of Positive Electrode for Lithium/Sulfur Batteries

        <P>A 49.8 at.%Ti-50.2 at.%Ni shape memory alloy was applied to a current collector of positive electrode for lithium/sulfur (Li/S) battery. Flexible austenitic phase having pseudoelasticity dominated in the Ti-Ni current collector at room temperature. In the discharge curve, two plateau regions due to the lithium polysulfide (Li2Sn) and the lithium sulfide (Li2S) were obviously observed. The initial discharge capacity was 1068 mAh/g for Li/S cell with the Al current collector, and that of the cell with the Ti-Ni current collector reached 1140 mAh/g. A little bit of declined cycle performance was associated with decreased sulfur utilization owing to a reaction with dissolved Ti and Ni elements. Compared with the Al current collector used commercially, the Ti-Ni alloy with pseudoelasticity was more suitable to apply for the current collector of Li/S battery.</P>
