Link-22 SNC 연동을 위한 전술데이터링크 처리 구조 확장 개선 연구

현대전은 감시체계, 지휘통제체계, 타격체계가 첨단 정보통신기술로 상호 연결되어 전장상황을 공유하는 네트워크 중심전(NCW: Network Centric Warfare)으로 변화해 가고 있다. 한국군은 각 군의 전장상황에 맞게 Link-K, Link-16, Link-11, KVMF 등 다양한 전술데이터링크(TDL: Tactical Data Link)를 활용하고 있다. 한국형 합동 전술데이터링크체계(JTDLS : Joint Tactical Data Link System)는 지상/해상/공중 합동전력간 근실시간으로 전술정보를 공유하는 체계로 Link-K, Link-16, KVMF에 Link-22를 추가 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 JTDLS체계에 Link-22를 적용하기 위하여 체계 구성, Link-22 메시지 분석 및 전술 데이터링크 처리기와 Link-22의 연동 구조를 제시하고자 한다. Modern Warfare is transforming into a Network Centric Warfare(NCW) where surveillance systems, command control systems and strike systems are interconnected with advanced IT technologies to share battlefield situations. The South Korean military is using the various tactical data links(TDL) such as Link-K, Link-16, Link-11 and KVMF depending on each military’s battlefield situation. Joint Tactical Data Link System(JTDLS) is a system thar shares tactical information in near-real time between army/navy/air joint forces and additionally establishes Link-22 in Link-K, Link-16 and KVMF. In this paper, we propose the Link-22 system structure, Link-22 message analysis and the interface structure between the tactical data link processor and Link-22 to apply Link-22 to the JTDLS.

An experimental study on spreading flame over electrical wire, which is insulated by Polyethylene(PE) and has different diameters, was conducted with applied AC electric fields. The result showed that the flame spread rate decreased in increase of diameter of insulator, and decreased in increase of voltage and frequency for VAC≤ 3 kV. On the other hand, flame spread rate for VAC ≥ 3 kV decreased initially and increased with applied frequency, and then decreased again.
대향류 확산 화염 중에서 비구형 입자 성장에 관한 해석

Silica particle formation and growth process including chemical reaction, coagulation and sintering was studied in a counterflow diffusion flame burner. The counterflow geometry provides a one dimensional flow field, along the stagnation point streamline, which greatly simplifies interpretation of the particle growth characteristics. $SiCl_4$ has been used as the source of silicon in hydrogen/oxygen/argon flames. The temperature profiles obtained by calculation showed a good agreement with experiment data. Using one and two dimensional sectional method, aerosol dynamics equation in a flame was solved, and these two results were compared. The two dimensional section method can consider sintering effect and growth of primary particle during synthesis, thus it showed evolution of morphology of non-spherical particles (aggregates) using surface fractal dimension. The effects of flame temperature and chemical loading on particle dynamics were studied. Geometric mean diameter based on surface area and total number concentration followed the trend of experiment results, especially, the change of diameters showed the sintering effect in high temperature environment.

The initial hull form of a 3 G/T and 30 knots class coastal leisure boat is newly developed. The performances measured, resistance, trim and sinkage, are investigated in a high-speed, circulating water channel (CWC). The effect of a fin attached on the hull side is studied together. Wave patterns are observed to clarify the relationship between the resistance performance and the wave characteristics. It can be found that the fin plays a role of increasing the resistance performance above a certain velocity.
Variation of Liftoff height with diluents in Laminar Nonpremixed Lifted Flame

With diluents (CO₂, N₂, and He) added to fuel or oxidizer stream, stationary lifted flame in non-premixed laminar coflow-jet has been studied. For CO₂ and N₂ diluted in oxidizer stream, liftoff height significantly increased with diluent mole fraction, while in He-diluted case liftoff height slightly increased. In fuel-diluted stream, liftoff height as adding He and N₂ slightly increased, but CO₂-diluted flame oscillated. To investigate change of liftoff height with diluent mole fraction, laminar burning velocity, effects of diluents, and buoyancy were considered.
