<P>Conclusions: This study of the Korean version of the CDRS-R provides initial promising data regarding its criterion validity, discriminant validity, internal consistency, and factor structures. These properties were significantly strong, which suggests that the Korean version of the CDRS-R is a valid and reliable instrument for the assessment of depressive symptoms in youth.</P>

Adipose tissue is not a homogeneous organ. Visceral fat accumulation is associated with atherosclerosis and metabolic syndrome, but peripheral subcutaneous (SC) fat accumulation may be protective. Human skin is continuously exposed to UV light. UV can penetrate the epidermis and into the mid-dermis, but not into the SC fat tissue of human skin. However, we here show that SC fat tissue in chronically sun-damaged skin contains less fat than naturally aged skin, and even a single UV exposure of human skin reduced lipid synthesis in the underlying SC fat tissue through transcriptional regulation of the lipogenic enzymes, acetyl CoA carboxylase, fatty acid synthase, and stearoyl CoA desaturase, of their transcription activator sterol regulatory element-binding protein-1 (SREBP-1), and of two key adipogenic transcription factors, CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein α and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ. The cytokines IL-6, IL-8, monocyte chemoattractant protein–3 (MCP–3), and placenta growth factor, produced by keratinocytes and fibroblasts in response to UV, may be responsible for the reduction of SC fat, and these cytokines, except MCP-3, may act by upregulation of suppressor of cytokine signaling-3 expression. Our data demonstrate the inhibitory effects of UV light on SC lipid synthesis and provide proof of concept for targeting cytokines for SC fat tissue modification.

이 연구는 김소월의 주된 시의식을 상실감으로 파악하고, 주체의 상실의식이 투영된 공간을 유형화하여 그의 작품세계를 새롭게 고찰하기 위한 목적에서 시작되었다. 공간은 인간의 기억과 현재 인식을 드러내는 거울이자 자기정체성이 투영된 상관물이기 때문이다. 그의 시에서 땅, 고향 등의 전원 공간은 물리적 의미를 넘어 평화롭던 시절의 추억이 있는 안식처라는 의미를 지닌다. 그러나 이 공간들은 이미 빼앗겼거나 잃어버린 상황으로 형상화되어 있으며, 다시 돌아가고자 하는 주체의 회귀 의지가 투영되어 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 김소월은 사랑하는 님을 잃은 상실감을 극복하는 방법으로 ‘꿈’의 공간을 활용하고 있다. 꿈은 세계와 화자와의 단절을 끊을 수 있는 듯 보이지만 실재에 영향을 주는 구체적 행위가 아닌 까닭에 주체의 비극적 현실을 적나라하게 드러내는 이중적 역할을 한다. 그는 실제 사건이나 인물을 작품 속에 끌어들여 역사적 공간을 재구성함으로써 민족 공통의 체험을 환기하고 비극적 현실을 극복하고자 하는 의지를 보여주고 있다. 이는 과거와 연상의 고리를 연결함으로써 현재 텍스트의 의미를 확장하고 공동체 의식을 형성하는 것이기도 하다. The purpose of this study is to find out the main consciousness in poetry of Kim So-wol with the sense of loss, and stereotyping for the projected space as the lost consciousness of subject in a way of newly contemplate his world of work product. It is attributable to the fact that a space is a mirror to display the memory and present perception of human as well as the projected object with the self-identity. In his poetry, the garden space of land, homeland, and the like has the implication as the place of resting with the memory of peaceful time beyond the physical implication. However, most of the space have been imagined already with the situation of taken away or lost out, and it could be confirmed to project with the drive to return of subject to return back. Kim So-wol facilitates the space of ‘dream’ as a way of overcoming the sense of loss from losing a loving one. Dream seems to overcome the severance of the world and speaker, but it is engaged in the dual role to explicitly disclose the tragic reality of the subject due to the fact that it is not the concrete act to influence on the presence. He entices the actual incident or character into his work in a way of restructuring the historic space to display his willingness to remind the experiment common to his people and overcome the tragic reality. It is also a connection of the ring for the past and reminisce to expand the implication of the present text and build up the community awareness.

<P>Cl-amidine, which is a small-molecule inhibitor of PAD, has therapeutic potential for inflammation-mediated diseases. However, little is known regarding the manner by which PAD inhibition by Cl-amidine regulates inflammatory conditions. Here, we investigated the effects of PAD inhibition by Cl-amidine on the functioning of DCs, which are pivotal immune cells that mediate inflammatory diseases. When DC maturation was induced by TLR agonists, reduced cytokine levels (IL-6, IL-1 beta, and IL-12p70) were observed in Cl-amidine-treated DCs. Cl-amidine-treated, LPS-activated DCs exhibited alterations in their mature and functional statuses with up-regulated antigen uptake, down-regulated CD80, and MHC molecules. In addition, Cl-amidine-treated DCs dysregulated peptide-MHC class formations. Interestingly, the decreased cytokines were independent of MAPK/NF-kappa B signaling pathways and transcription levels, indicating that PAD inhibition by Cl-amidine may be involved in post-transcriptional steps of cytokine production. Transmission electron microscopy revealed morphotypical changes with reduced dendrites in the Cl-amidine-treated DCs, along with altered cellular compartments, including fragmented ERs and the formation of foamy vesicles. Furthermore, in vitro and in vivo Cl-amidine treatments impaired the proliferation of naive CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells. Overall, our findings suggest that Cl-amidine has therapeutic potential for treating inflammation-mediated diseases.</P>

본 논문에서는 현대 사회에서 의류 관리가 점점 더 중요한 문제가 되고 있음을 다룬다. 특히 성인 여성은 평생 동안 옷을 고르는 데에 6개월이라는 상당한 시간을 소비하며, 이는 의류 선택 과정에서의 시간 소모와 정신적 에너지의 낭비를 의미한다. 이 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 디지털 옷장 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 모바일 애플리케이션을 기반으로 사용자의 접근성을 높이고, K-Fashion 데이터셋과 Mask R-CNN모델을 통해 의류 등록 과정을 자동화하여 사용자가 효과적으로 의류를 관리하고 코디를 선택할 수 있도록 지원한다. In this paper, we will discuss how clothing management is becoming an increasingly important issue in the modern world. In particular, adult women spend a significant amount of time - six months - choosing clothes over the course of their lives, which represents a significant waste of time and mental energy in the clothing selection process. To address these issues, this paper proposes a digital wardrobe system, which automates the process of clothing registration through the K-Fashion dataset and Mask R-CNN model to help users effectively manage their clothing and select outfits.
