This study examined the moderated mediating effect of teacher efficacy and resilience on the relationship between early childhood teachers' job satisfaction and teacher-child interactions. A survey was conducted on 409 early childhood teachers in Korea, and the collected data were analyzed using R 4.2.0 and the R version of PROCESSmacro 4.3. The results are as follows: first, early childhood teachers' job satisfaction had a positive effect on teacher efficacy and teacher-child interactions, and teacher efficacy had a positive effect on teacher-child interactions. Second, teacher efficacy had a positive mediating effect on the relationship between job satisfaction and teacher-child interactions. Third, resilience had a buffering moderating effect on the impact of job satisfaction on teacher efficacy. Lastly, the mediating effect of teacher efficacy on the relationship between early childhood teachers' job satisfaction and teacher-child interactions showed conditional effects depending on resilience. These results suggest the need to support the resilience of early childhood teachers as a part of their professionalism to connect the healthy professional life of early childhood teachers with the healthy growth of children.

유압시스템은 자동차, 항공우주 산업분야 등 광범위한 분야에서 동력원, 동력 전달 및 동력 제어수단으로 사용되고 있으며, 유압시스템의 제어 성능, 효율 향상에 많은 개발이 있었다. 최근 전력전자 소자의 발달과 전기모터 동력밀도의 개선으로, 전기모터를 유압동력의 제어기구로 채택한 펌프 속도 제어시스템이 도입되고 있다. 따라서 유압시스템의 유압 제어를 위해 모터의 적절한 속도제어가 필요하다. 모터의 속도제어를 위해 위치센서를 사용할 경우 비용의 증가와 센서의 고장 또는 오동작으로 인한 신뢰성 저하의 문제가 발생한다. 또한, 유압시스템 내에서 밸브 온/오프 동작 시 부하토크 특성이 변한다. 부하토크 특성 변동으로 인해 모터용량에 비해 더 많은 부하가 생기는 경우 모터가 멈추거나 과전류가 발생한다. 과전류를 방지하기 위해 전류 센서를 사용할 경우 비용, 소형화, 발열 등의 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 위치센서, 전류센서를 사용하지 않고 오직 압력센서만 사용하여 펌프 속도 제어 유압시스템의 유압 제어 실험을 수행한다. 모터의 속도 제어에는 센서리스 방식을 사용하고 밸브 온/오프 동작으로 인한 급작스런 부하 특성 변동에 대비하여 밸브 상태 별 회전속도의 제한을 설정하여 전류센서 없이 모터용량 내에 유압제어를 수행한다.
BLDC 모터의 강인한 H<SUB>∞</SUB> 속도 제어기 설계

Due to low cost and high reliability, Brushless DC (BLDC) motors have been widely used in control applications such as robotics, aerospace and automobile. In the high performance control systems, it is very important to maintain the desired speed even in the face of parameter uncertainties, modeling errors, and disturbance signals. In this paper, we present an H<SUB>∞</SUB> controller for the speed control of BLDC motors to achieve better performance of disturbance rejection. In particular, we discuss how to reduce an initial peaks of control input in the proposed H<SUB>∞</SUB> controller. Some experimental results are provided to establish the effectiveness of the proposed method.
A case of maternal uniparental disomy of chromosome 20 detected during 1,000 high risk Korean NIPT

Chromosomal loss in trisomy to generate a disomic fetus can cause confined placental mosaicism and/or fetoplacental mosaicism. After trisomy rescue event, there is a risk of fetal uniparental disomy (UPD). The phenotypic consequences of UPD for several chromosomes are still unknown or poorly understood. In this study, we performed whole genome sequencing based NIPT (G-NIPTä) in 1,000 high risk Korean pregnancies and we have detected five cases of other chromosomal trisomies except chromosomes 21, 18 and 13. Chromosomes involved were 7 (1case), 8 (1 case), 16 (1 case) and 20 (2 cases). All three trisomy cases involving chromosomes 7 and 20 were investigated invasively for the presence of UPD. One case of trisomy 7 and one case of trisomy 20 showed normal karyotype at amniocentesis, respectively. However, 1 case of trisomy 20 revealed to have low level of mosaicism of trisomy 20 (47,XX,+20[2]/46,XX[40]) at amniocentesis. To rule out UPD, we performed chromosomal microarray from both amniotic fluid and maternal gDNA in all the three cases. We found 30Mb homozygosity spanning the centeromere in amniocentesis of the low level mosaic 20 case. This finding suggests nondisjunction error happened at meiosis. Then, by comparing all the SNPs of involved chromosomes between mother and fetus, maternal or paternal UPD can be decided. The low level mosaic 20 case can be diagnosed to have maternal UPD 20 and others didn't show any UPD pattern. Recently, maternal UPD 20 has been suggested as a new imprinting disorder with intrauterine growth restriction, short stature and prominent feeding difficulties with failure to thrive. To best of our knowledge, two cases of UPD were detected by following discordant NIPT and invasive testing which were a case of UPD 21 and a case of UPD 15 with fetal mosaicism. From this study, we showed the potential use of NIPT for the detection of UPD, especially when the trisomies of specific chromosomes with imprinting syndromes are detected by NIPT.

<P>We studied the anisotropy of electrical conductivity in surface-roughened semipolar (11 (2) over bar2) GaN (s-GaN) films. Highly crystalline s-GaN films were obtained using asymmetric lateral epitaxy on oxide-patterned m-plane sapphire substrates. The in-plane structural anisotropy of the s-GaN films was confirmed by anisotropic peak broadening in X-ray rocking curves (XRC) with the in-beam orientations. The XRC full-width at half maximum (FWHM) values were measured to be 454 and 615 arcsec along the [(11 (2) over bar3)](GaN) and [1 (1) over bar 00](GaN) directions, respectively. The s-GaN surface was roughened using photo-chemical etching, and the electrical anisotropy was then investigated as a function of azimuth angles with the transmission line method. The Ohmic contact properties on the roughened s-GaN surface did not depend on the azimuth angle or annealing temperatures between 750 and 950 degrees C. The sheet resistances parallel to the [1 (1) over bar 00](GaN) direction on roughened s-GaN were found to be approximately half of the resistance parallel to the [11 (2) over bar3](GaN) direction, showing that anisotropic electrical conductivity is maintained for surface-roughened s-GaN due to charged carrier scattering induced by basal-plane stacking faults. The development of systematic and structural tool evaluating drug Benefit-Risk Assessment (BRA) has long been a hot issue in pharmaceutical and regulatory division worldwide. It has been proposed to conduct drug BRA during the whole drug life due to the unknown adverse events by long term drug use or unconfirmed drug efficacy and safety in specific groups of people by the golden rule of drug approval evidence, randomized controlled trials being widely comprehended. We aimed to collect and review BRA tools and strategies in the advanced countries, international organizations, and Korea in order to get the trends and knowledges of BRA to advance the BRA system in Korea. ICH and WHO did not support a specific BRA model but stated the basic principles and formats. EMA & IMI conducted a rigorous project to present and suggest quantitative and qualitative BRA methods. They highlighted using ProACT-URL and Effects Table in regulatory decision process and suggested to utilize quantitative Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis in BRA. FDA suggested simple and qualitative approach of Benefit Risk Framework (BRF), in the concern of potential bias induced by quantitative approach. Korea also has been following up the advanced BRA tools consistently but requires establishment of localized BRA strategy satisfying its own perspectives. From these contexts, Korea needs to build up a task force or tangible environment to actively discuss and implement BRA tools.
