갑상선중독유발 흰쥐에 미치는 팔미소요산가미방(八味消遙散加味方)과 계부탕(桂附湯)및 보간양제(補肝陽劑)의 영향 비교 연구

In order to study comparatively the effects of "Palmisoyo-San gamibang(八味消遙散加味方)"(AP), "Gyebu-Tang(桂附湯)"(GT) and "Boganyangje(補肝陽劑)" (BG) on the thyrotoxicosis rats, we have made thyrotoxicosis rat model by administration sodium levothyroxine p.o. during 4 days(Control group), and have administered solid extract of AP(236.8mg/200g/day : Sample I group), GT(80mg/200g/day : Sample II group) and BG(70.4mg/200g/day : Sample III group) p.o. to thyrotoxicosis rats during 3 days from 3rd day. We measured the body weight(BW), body temperature(BT), levels of Serum $T_3{\cdot}T_4{\cdot}free\;T_3{\cdot}free\;T_4$ and TSH after administrating solid extract of AP, GT and BG. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Sample I group showed significantly high increasing rate compared with Control, Sample II and Sample III group, but it showed significantly lower levels of BT, $T_4$ and free $T_4$ than those of Control, Sample II and Sample III. group. 2. We could know that AP suppress the alteration of $T_4$ to $T_3$. 3. Sample II and Sample III group showed opposite results to Sample I group in the BW., BT, $T_4$ and free $T_4$ Especially Sample III was significantly higher than Control, Sample I and Sample II, so we could guess that BG stimulates the formation of thyroid hormones. According to the above experimental results, "Palmisoyo-San\;gamibang(八味消遙散加味方)" is assumed to have a curative effect against the thyrotoxicosis rat induced by sodium levothyroxine, and to suppress the alteration of $T_4$ to $T_3$. And we can suppose that "Boganyangje(補肝陽劑)" has a curative effect against the hypothyroidism.
세당환(世糖丸)이 Streptozotocin으로 유발된 흰쥐의 실험적 당뇨에 미치는 영향

Objectives : We performed this study in order to investigate the effects of Sedang-hwan(世糖丸) on the diabetes mellitus. Methods : We injected a vein with 65mg/kg of streptozotocin(STZ) on the rats. And then administered Sedang-hwan; 18.7mg/kg/day to sample groups and observed the weight and glucose level, insulin, C-peptide, triglyceride, albumin, T-protein, BUN(Blood Urea Nitrogen) and creatinine in blood. Results : 1. The sample groups showed a high suppressive effect of weight loss(P=0.002). 2. The sample groups' glucose level showed a effective in lowering level(P=0.001). 3. The sample groups showed a higher insulin level than control groups. 4. The sample groups showed a higher C-peptide level than control groups(P=0.001). 5. The sample groups' triglyceride level showed a effective in lowering level. 6. The sample groups showed a higher HDL-cholesterol level than control groups(P<0.001). 7. The sample groups showed a higher T-protein level than control groups(P=0.04). 8. The sample groups showed a higher albumin level than control groups(P<0.001). 9. The sample groups' creatinine level showed a effective in lowering level(P=0.04). 10. The sample groups' BUN level showed a effective in lowering level(P=0.03). Conclusions : Conclusively, Sedang-hwan was recognized to have decrease effect of serum glucose, triglyceride, creatinine, BUN of the diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin. It was suggested that Sedang-hwan can be used for effective diabetes mellitus medical treatment. It is also required to study further about detailed principles of blood-sugar dropping effect by Sedang-hwan, and recovery by diabetes mellitus.
오공약침(蜈蚣藥針)이 Carrageenan으로 유발(誘發)된 흰 쥐의 관절염(關節炎)에 미치는 영향(影響)

This study was designed to check of Scolopendra subspinipes multilans Herb-Acupucture on effect of anti-inflammtory function, anti-febrile function and analgestic function in carrageenan-induced arthritic rat. Each of 8 rat were classified into control, sample group. Control group were inject by normal saline and Sample group were injected by Scolopendra subspinipes multilans. Herb-Acupuncture. After elicitating edema and inflammation of Sprgue Dawely(SD) rats by injection of 1% Carrageenan 0.1ml, then the rate of increase of paw edema, CRP, ESR, WBC were checked and rectal-temperature, topical temperature was checked about anti-febrile. writhing syndrome was checked about analgesic. The results were as follows 1. In the sample group, the rate of increase of paw edema was significantly decreased as compared with thatof control group(P<0.05) 2. In the sample group, the rectal-temperature was non-significantly decreased as compared with that of control group (P<0.05) 3. In the sample group, CRP and WBC was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group, but ESR was not.(P<0.05) 4. In the sample group, opical-temperature was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group (P<0.05) 5. In the sample group, analgestic function was not sigiflcntly effected as compared with that of control group(P<0.05) According to the above result, it can be concluded Scolopendra subspinipes multilans Herb-Acupucture showed the treatment effects on the artifical arthritis resulted from carrageenan in rat and it is suggested that more interest and study in the mechanism and clinical use were needed.
가감윤조탕(加減潤燥湯)이 실험적으로 유발된 흰쥐의 혈액응고항진 및 고지혈증(高脂血症)에 미치는 영향

In order to study the effects of Gagamyounjo-Tang(加減潤燥湯) on the experimentally hypercoagulable state and hyperlipidemia in rats, we have made the hypercoagulable state in rats by injection of Bothrops jararaca venom (0.1ml/200g : Control group), and have administered solid extract of Gagamyounjo-Tang(加減潤燥湯)(132mg/200g : Sample group). After 1 hour we measured the platelet count, fibrinogen level, APTT, FDP and D-dimer. And we have made the hyperlipidemia in rats by injection of Triton WR-1339 for 3 days(30mg/200g/day : Control group), and have administered solid extract of Gagamyounjo-Tang(加減潤燥湯)(132mg/200g : Sample group), then we measured the total cholesterol, triglyceride, phoshpolipid and HDL-cholesterol levels. The results are summarized as follows : 1. In the hypercoagulable state, Sample group significantly decreased in platelet count compared with Control group(p<0.01), and significantly prolonged in APTT compared with Control group(p<0.05). 2. In the hyperlipidemia, Sample group significantly decreased in the total cholesterol, triglyceride and phoshpolipid compared with Control group(p<0.01), and significantly increased in HDL-cholesterol level compared with Control group(p<0.01). According to the above experimental results, Gagamyounjo-Tang(加減潤燥湯)is assumed to have curative effects against the hypercoagulable state in rats induced by Bothrops jararaca venom and the hyperlipidemia in rats induced by Triton WR-1339. And we can suppose that Gagamyounjo-Tang(加減潤燥湯) has a curative effect against the cerebrovascular accident caused by blood stasis.
도인(桃仁)이 Endotoxin을 투여한 흰쥐의 혈액에 미치는 영향(影響)

This study was performed to investigate the effects of ${\ulcorner}Persicae\;Semen{\lrcorner}(PS)$ on the blood injected by Endotoxin in rats. The blood was induced by Endotoxin injection into the caudal vein of rats and PS group taken a measurement of RBC, Hb, Hct, Platelet, WBC, ESR, CRP. The results were obtained as follows: 1. RBC, Hb, Hct, Platelet, WBC were increased with statistical significance at PS group as compared with those of the control group. 2. ESR, CRP were decreased with statistical significance at PS group as compared with those of the control group. It is concluded that PS group has significant effects on the blood injected by Endotoxin in rats. Therefore, PS group seems to be applicable to the diseases related to Endotoxin in clinics.
오적산(五積散)이 흰쥐의 고지혈증에 미치는 영향(影響)에 대한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

In order to study the effects of Ojuck-san on hyperlipidemia, we divided the rats into three groups(normal group, control group & sample group) and performed the experimental research. Hyperlipidemia rats were induced by oral for 14days. The sample group was administerd the extract of Ojuck-san for 14 days and control group was administerd equal dose of oral. And then we measured the amount of serum Total cholesterol, Triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, Phospholipid, Cholinesterase and Cardiac risk factor. The results were as follows : 1. Ojuck-san showed decreasing effects on Total cholesterol, Triglyceride, LDL -cholesterol, and Phospholipid level in serum significantly(p<0.001). 2. Ojuck-san showed increasing effects on HDL-cholesterol level and Cholinesterase in serum significantly(p<0.05). 3. Ojuck-san showed decreasing effects on Cardiac risk factor in serum significantly.(p<0.001). According to the above results, Ojuck-san showed significant decreasing effects on hyperlipidemia, and it is considered that it is appropriate to apply for hyperlipidemia.
저췌(猪膵)를 가미한 세당환변방(世糖丸變方)이 Streptozotocin으로 유발된 흰쥐의 실험적 당뇨에 미치는 영향

Objectives We performed this study in order to investigate the effects of Sedang-Hwan(世糖丸) and modified Sedang-Hwan(世糖丸變方)on the diabetes mellitus. Methods We injected a vein with 65mg/kg of streptozotocin(STZ) on the rats. And then administered Sedang-Hwan(Sample 1 group); 18.7mg/kg/day, modified Sedang-Hwan; 16.5mg/kg/day(Sample 2 group) to Sample groups and observed the body weight, glucose and insulin levels. Results 1. The Sample 1, 2 groups showed a high suppressive effect of body weight loss compared to Control group. 2. The Sample 1, 2 groups’ glucose level showed a effective in lowering level compared to Control group. 3. The sample 1, 2 groups showed a higher insulin level than Control group. Conclusions Conclusively, modified Sedang-hwan was recognized to have decrease effect of serum glucose of the diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin. It is also required to study on the further detailed mechanism of decrease effect of serum glucose by modified Sedang-hwan.

본 연구는 친환경재배에 적합한 장류용 대두 콩 품종 육성하고자 수행하였다. 시험 품종으로 대원콩, SC20-1, SC20-2의 총 3품종을 공시하여 관행 및 친환경 재배 지역 각 3개소 3,000m<sup>2</sup> 총 6개소에 농촌진흥청 표준 재배법에 따라 조성하여 6월 15일 파종하였다. 착협성은 SC20-1와 SC20-2, 조만성은 대원콩, 내탈립성은 대원콩과 SC20-2가 우수하였다. 수확량은 모든 품종에서 친환경 재배에서 관행재배보다 감수하였는데, 대원콩 관행재배 210kg/10a, 친환경재배 188kg/10a, SC20-1 관행재배 214kg/10a, 친환경재배 203kg/10a, SC20-2 관행재배 236kg/10a, 친환경재배 217kg/10a로 나타났다. 하지만 SC20-1은 줄기와 협의 숙기가 상이하여 기계수확 및 탈곡 작업에 어려움이 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 친환경재배시 병해충 조사에서 대원콩은 세균성 점무늬병, 불마름병, 뿌리썩음병이 발생하였고, SC20-1은 대원콩과 유사하였으나 세균성 점무늬병 피해가 다소 적었다. 반면 SC20-2는 관행 및 친환경재배에서도 병해가 적었다. 톨다리 개미허리 노린재는 관행재배와 친환경재배 모두 발생하였으나 친환경재배에서 다소 피해가 많았다. 이 모든 결과를 종합해 볼 때 SC20-2 신품종은 대원콩보다 친환경재배에서 재배용이성 및 수확량에서 우수한 품종으로 선발되었다.
