<P>Conductive agent incorporating Si anodes consisting of directly grown carbon nanotubes on hard carbon encapsulating Si nanoparticles were prepared by a one-pot chemical vapour deposition process. Owing to this fabulous structure, Si-based anodes exhibit excellent cycle retention and rate capability with a high-mass-loading of 3.5 mg cm(-2).</P>

<P>Nanostructured germanium is a promising material for high-performance energy storage devices. However, synthesizing it in a cost-effective and simple manner on a large scale remains a significant challenge. Herein, we report a redox-transmetalation reaction-based route for the large-scale synthesis of mesoporous germanium particles from germanium oxide at temperatures of 420–600 °C. We could confirm that a unique redox-transmetalation reaction occurs between Zn<SUP>0</SUP> and Ge<SUP>4+</SUP> at approximately 420 °C using temperature-dependent <I>in situ</I> X-ray absorption fine structure analysis. This reaction has several advantages, which include (i) the successful synthesis of germanium particles at a low temperature (∼450 °C), (ii) the accommodation of large volume changes, owing to the mesoporous structure of the germanium particles, and (iii) the ability to synthesize the particles in a cost-effective and scalable manner, as inexpensive metal oxides are used as the starting materials. The optimized mesoporous germanium anode exhibits a reversible capacity of ∼1400 mA h g<SUP>–1</SUP> after 300 cycles at a rate of 0.5 C (corresponding to the capacity retention of 99.5%), as well as stable cycling in a full cell containing a LiCoO<SUB>2</SUB> cathode with a high energy density (charge capacity = 286.62 mA h cm<SUP>–3</SUP>).</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/ancac3/2015/ancac3.2015.9.issue-2/acsnano.5b00389/production/images/medium/nn-2015-00389h_0008.gif'></P><P><A href='http://pubs.acs.org/doi/suppl/10.1021/nn5b00389'>ACS Electronic Supporting Info</A></P>
우리나라 2011년도 언론분야 독도 주제 연구의 ‘현황과 과제’

본 연구는 2011년 1월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 주요 언론에서 다룬 독도에 관한 기사들을 바탕으로 언론분야에 있어서 독도문제의 보도현황을 분석하고 앞으로 개선하고 발전시켜야 할 과제들을 이끌어 내고자 시도하였으며, 구체적으로 우리나라 주요 언론기관들의 독도관련 기사들을 보도 분야별, 보도유형별, 프레임 유형별로 현황을 파악한 후, 언론이 정책행위자인 정부와 정책평가자인 독자들에서 어떤 역할을 감당하고 있는지 분석하고 있다. 독도관련주제에 관한 보도들은 처음의 제한적인 상황에서, 국민정서에 편승하는 방향으로 선회되었다가, 오히려 오늘날에는 국민정서를 부추기어 정치적 인기를 만회하려는 선까지 진행되고 있는 상황이다. 언론은 정권이 영토문제를 실정을 가리는데 활용하고 싶은 유혹으로부터, 국민이 독도문제로 인하여 군중심리에 묻여버리고 싶은 유혹으로부터 과감히 돌아설 수 있도록 종용해야 하며, 문제의 본질을 짚어주고, 때마다 발생하는 사건 사고에 일희일비하지 않도록 장기적 안목과 포용의 메시지를 전달해 주어야한다. 언론은 각 정권이 독도문제를 정치적 이용보다 국가 장래에 도움이 되도록 정책으로 반영하고, 국민들이 독도에 대한 자부심을 갖고 각자의 일상에 매진하도록 배려하는데 시금석이 되어 주어야 하겠다. Dokdo is a small island, but a subject of lot more concerns from the Korean people, government, and mass-media than any other island in Korea. During the 2011, lot of news concerning the island has been released from mass-media. Most of the researches were done in areas of history, international politics, and international law, but few was done in Journalism area. This study deals with four major daily newspapers, and 3 monthly magazines and 2 weekly magazines. Articles of the mass-media have been analyzed by the issue area, by the report type, and by the report frame. Even though Dokdo is the subject of the international politics, it has been reported in social, cultural areas frequently. Sketch type and straight type of the report were the most frequent types of articles on Dokdo. Mass-media deal with Dokdo issues more frequently than before. But Dokdo issues should not been used as political scape goats to distract people"s concern in both of the countries, Korea and Japan. Mass-media need to reveal the core of the Dokdo issue to the people whenever it becomes the national issue rather than to stimulate emotions of the people.

Full scale durability test in the laboratory is an essential of any fatigue life evaluation of components of structures of the automotive vehicle. Component testing is particularly important in today's highly competitive industries where the design to reduce weight and production costs must be balanced with the necessity to avoid expensive service failure. Generally, hydraulic road simulator is used to carry out the fatigue test and the vibration test. In this parer, four-axial road simulator with hydraulic power and driving program to operate are made up. In case of real-vehicle, the top and bottom's displacement component of data realized by vehicle's wheel is the main component. The displacement road profile is realized by accelerometers. For the verification the real-vehicle experiment is executed and road profile obtained from the experiment is verified by four-axial road simulator.
