A gneral method for the preparation of oxotungsten(Ⅳ) complexes of the type[WOLC1₂](Where LH₂= the Schiff base derived from salicylaldehyde and its derivatives, and S-methyldithiocarbazate) usingWOC1₄as a precursor, is described. The characterizationis performed by means of the usual physicochemical techniquences. In the complex the coordination around tungsten atom is approximately octahedral with two chloride ligands in the trans position, and the remaining two equatorial sites and two axial positions occupied by ONS donor atom set of L and the terminal oxygen. Consequently the imino nitrogen of the L ligand is trans to the terminal oxygen.
茯笭 人工栽培에 適合한 原木과 種菌 接種量 및 接種方法에 關한 硏究

This study was carried out to improve the culturing method of P. cocos, on saving labor and inoculation amount. Therefore, the result of this experiment was as the following. Proper mycelium growth and density of P. cocos was observed in MCM(mushroom complete medium). In the selection of tree species, pine and larch had better in spawn culture and sclerotia formation condition. In the experiment of pine, Yield was 33.7㎏/3.3㎡. In inoculation amount, conventional method(cross slice inoculation) required 16 ~ 20 bottles/1000cc of spawn. In contrast, short log,drilling inoculation method required 8 ~ 10 bottles/1000cc, 2 ~ 3 bottles/1000cc of spawn, which reduced by 50% and 85 ~ 90% of inoculation respectively. In conventional method, the yield of pine was 23.4㎏/3.3㎡. In the case of drilling and short log inoculation, Yield was 28.7㎏ / 3.3㎡(25㎜ / depth) and 30.1kg / 3.3㎡(35mm / depth), 31.7㎏ / 3.3㎡ respectively, Therefore, short log inoculation was increased by 25% and 35% compared with conventional method. In conclusion, management cost was also saved.

ONO-주개원자를 가지는 1,3-dihydroxy-2-ethyl-2-(salicylideneamino)propane과 그 유도체들의 몰리브텐(V)-산소 착물, (PyH)[MoO(NCS)₂(L)] (L=L¹~L6)을 합성하였다. 원소분석, 적외선, ¹H 핵자기 공명, 그리고 전자 스펙트럼으로부터 착물의 구조 및 분광학적 성질 그리고 순환 전류전압법을 이용하여 치환기에 따른 전기화학적 성질을 조사하였다.

This study was carried out to improve the organic farming system about crop cultivation, compost production and application, plant diseases & pest control, weed control and marketing system of organic farming products to the case study in Chungnam Hongdong area. Agricultural technologies concerning pest & diseases control, weed control and compost production are not established due to lacks of systemized researches by the agricultural scientist, and agricultural machines profitable to this works had not developed yet. In cropping system, reasonable crop rotation had not conducted. The related cultivation of vegetables on the same ground for a long time cause a various plant disease easily. So crop rotation is a reasonable method about soil nutrient utility and soil disease control. It is a good method that introduce the barley and wheat in this field crop system. Those crop have a long root, so can use the other nutrient against the vegetable. In organic farming products, the safety and quality of products by the National Agricultural Products Inspection Center had not inspected except rice, lettus and apple. Inspection is needed for the development of organic farming and mutual confidence between producer and consumer, because the mutual confidence is a major thing to sustain the organic farming. In products marketing, it is more need for the information of organic farming products. Nowaday most products are marketed in Seoul region, but it is not a good method. To search the consumer in near region is a good method for decrease the cost of conveyance and maintain the quality of products. The varieties of distribution structure of organic farming products are required. The products are sold to department store in large city and the prices are about 30% higher than normal products. But when those are supplied in near region, the prices of those are similar to normal products. Direct transactions in near regions is a good method for decrease the cost of conveyance and strength the mutual confidence between producer and consumer.

Two hevein-like peptides from the seed of Pharbitis nil, designated Pharbitis nil antimicrobial peptide 1 (Pn-AMP1) and Pn-AMP2, had been purified previously. Both exhibit potent in vitro antifungal activity against a broad spectrum of phytopathogenic fungi. We now report the isolation of two cDNA clones, designated pnAMP-h1 and pnAMP-h2, and the corresponding genomic clones encoding these protein suggests that the peptides are produced as a prepropeptide consisting of and N-terminal signal peptide, the mature protein and C-terminal domains. The transcripts of the two genes are accumulated seed-specifically, and the maximum transcripts are observed in the mid-to-late stage of seed development. The PZT thin films are one of well-known materials that has been widely studied for ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM). We etched the PZT thin films by $CF_{4}/(Cl_{2}+Ar)$ plasma and investigated improvement in etching damage by $O_{2}$ annealing. The maximum etch rate of the PZT thin films was 157 nrn/min and that the selectivity of the PZT thin films to Pt was 3.1 when $CF_{4}(30{\%})$ was added to a $Cl_{2}(80{\%})/Ar(20{\%})$ gas mixing ratio. To improve the ferroelectric properties of PZT thin films after etching, the samples were annealed for 10 min at various temperatures in $O_{2}$ atmosphere. After $O_{2}$ annealing, the remanent polarization of the asdeposited films was $34.6{\mu}/cm^{2}$ and the sample annealed at 650, 550, and $450^{\circ}C$ was 32.8, 22.3, and $18.6{\mu}/cm^{2}$, respectively. PZT thin films with $O_{2}$ annealing at $450^{\circ}C$ retained $77{\%}$ of their original polarization at 106 cycles. Also as the annealing temperature increased, the fatigue properties improved. And the leakage current was decreased gradually and almost recovered to the as-deposited value after the annealing at $450^{\circ}C$.

The spark plasma sintering (SPS) method is advantageous for sintering metallic powders due to its ability to produce a sample with fine microstructure without defects and pores even at lower temperature and within a shorter time than that produced by conventional sintering process. It is reported that a degassing treatment prior to sintering by using the SPS method was reported to be a critical step for removing particle-particle boundaries (PBs) effectively. In spite of much research on sintering processes for Mg alloys by using the SPS method, systematic studies on the effect of degassing parameters such as the degree of vacuum, degassing pressure and degassing time, on the microstructural changes and the mechanical properties are lacking. In this study, the microstructural evolution and the mechanical properties of monocrystalline Mg-6% Al alloys were investigated to determine the degassing parameters prior to sintering to remove PBs completely and to obtain a magnesium alloy having high strength and high ductility.
