        벤처기업의 아웃소싱 사례연구

        대동바이오텍은 본래 자동차부품의 UV 코팅을 전문으로 하는 소기업이었으나 우연히 저온에서도 원적외선이 방사되는 희귀성 약돌(pegmatite)로 만든 건강 팔찌를 만들어 주변 친지들에게 판매하게 되었다. 이를 사용해본 주변의 많은 사람들이 건강상에 좋으니 본격적으로 개발해보라는 권유에 따라 대학의 창업보육센터에 입주하였고, 지엽적 시장을 벗어나기 위하여 약돌을 미세분말하여 원단에 코팅처리한 원단을 이용하여 헬스 다이어트복을 개발하기로 결정하였다. 제품의 효능을 과학적으로 증명하여 소비자들에게 제품의 신뢰도를 높이고자 경북대학교의 물질화학연구소의 이광필 박사에게 의하였다. 연구프로젝트는 진행 내용은 다음과 같다. 1. 저온에서 원적외선이 방사되는 미세분말 코팅 섬유원단을 개발 2. 저온에서 원적외선이 방사되는 미세분말 코팅 섬유원단의 특성분석 3. 저온에서 원적외선이 방사되는 미세분말 코팅 섬유원단 헬스다이어트복 개발 4. 기능성 헬스다이어트복의 임상실험을 통한 신체에 미치는 효과측정 과학적 데이터가 갖추어져 상품의 신뢰도가 높아졌으므로 제품의 전국적 대량시장으로 확장시켜 나가기 위해서 벤처기업의 시장진입 모델 연구를 호서대학교 강판국 교수와 산학연구가 체결되어 진행 프로젝트 내용은 다음과 같다. 1. 제품의 디자인과 브랜드 'PANTAS'의 전략화 이성훈 교수의 자문하에 상표의 디자인과 브랜드를 바꾸고 상표등록 2. 매스미디어의 활용 매스컴의 벤처기업의 신개발품 신상품코너를 이용 제품 및 브랜드의 홍보 3. 마케팅 채널의 선택 1) 타켓 마케팅 전략: 헬스센터, 스포츠 센터/전문점을 이용한 판매전략 2) 다단계판매망을 통한 직접 판매채널 3) 전국적 대리점을 구축 4) 판매의 아웃소싱 벤처기업들의 대부분은 자원 및 기업 인프라의 부족이라는 태생적 문제를 여전히 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점들에 대한 해결의 단초를 제공할 수 있는 것이 아웃소싱 전략이다. 대학의 창업보육센터에 입주한 후 대학의 신뢰도와 인적인 네트워크를 이용하게 되었고 기술적 아웃소싱을 통하여 제품의 효능에 대해 과학적 증명을 통해 신뢰도를 높일 수 있었다. 경영적 아웃소싱을 통해 제품의 브랜드화, 매스미디어를 활용한 마케팅 프로모우션, 다양한 마케팅 채널 탐색과 전략을 전개해 볼 수 있었다. Daedong Bio-Tech Co. was a small business, whose primary business being UV coating of automobile parts. Daedong started to make health bracelets made of yakdol(pegmatite) emanating far-infrared rays and sold them to close acquaintances. Those who used the bracelet found that it helped their health. Encouraged by their responses, Daedong entered a business incubator operated by Keimyung University, and started to make health diet sportswear using fabrics coated with the powder of yak-dol. To secure consumer's confidence on the product by scientifically proving the effects of the product, the research was outsourced to The Material Chemical Research Institute of Kyungpook National University. The research showed that exercising wearing the product which emanates far infrared rays helps reduce fat through heightened body metabolism and the rapid circulation of the blood. This result helped Daedong to acquire confidences of consumers and distributors. The research project was conducted as follows. First, develop a fiber that emanates far-infrared light under normal temperature. Second, analyze the characteristics of a fiber that emanates far-infrared light under normal temperature. Third, develop health sportswear using the developed fiber. Fourth, measure the health effects of the sportswear through clinical tests. Also, developing marketing strategy was outsoursed to Prof. Kang Pan Kuk of Heseo University, and the project was was conducted as follows. 1. build a design and brand strategy 2. take full advantage of free mass media, such as new products introduction columns for venture companies 3. Selection of sales channel 1) determine the target market : health center, sports center/specialy stores 2) direct sales through network-marketing company 3) build up an nationwide agency 4) outsourcing of marketing function

        ALAN H. SCHOENFELD의 수학과 문제해결에 관한 小考

        We introduce the theory of Schoenfeld on mathematical problem solving, classified four categories of knowledge and behavior. It is an explanation of people's behavior in mathematical situations which are given in terms of following 4 categories. Resources are the factual, procedual, and propositional knowledge possessed by the individual. Heuristics are rules of thumb for effective problem solving. They are fairly broad strategies for making progress on unfamiliar or difficult problems. Control deals with the question of resource management and allocation during problem-solving attempt. In this note it is reserved for major decisions regarding planning, monitoring, and accessing solutions on-line, and the like. Belief system is one's mathematical world view of the perspective with which one approaches mathematics and mathematical tasks. Beliefs establish the context within which resources, heuristics, and control operate.

        수학과 문제해결의 조절 전략

        We begin with a case in a mathematical techniques of integration investigated by Schoenfeld. The work in integration yielded two results: (1) Even in this simple and straightforward domain, students do not develop efficient control strategies, and their problem-solving performance suffers because of it; and (2) a prescriptive control strategy can result in significant improvements in students' performance(with less total study time). The work in integration results in a study for general mathematical problem solving via heuristic strategies. If bad control could dilute the effects of algorithmic strategies in integration, then it might wash out the effects of heuristic strategies altogether. As in the case of integration, a prescriptive "executive strategy" for problem solving was developed. A variety of tests indicated that students' problem-solving performance can be significantly improved by training in the use of heuristic techniques, if that training is done within the context of a prescriptive control strategy. The second part of this paper summarized relevant works in this fields. Control is a term borrowed from AI. Many researchers in AI and in IP psychology have found it useful to make a qualitative distinction between resources and control. More broadly, there is a growing literature on metacognition documenting the role that competent executive processes play in contributing to competent intellectual performance. Conversely, a lack of cooperative problem-solving experience might hamper the development of individual control strategies.

        초등수학에서 협동학습의 역할

        The main goal of this paper is to review skills, techniques and procedures in cooperative mathematics learnings in elementary school and so is to give a chance for teachers to expend their repertoire of useful and positive instructional strategies in mathematics which include building upon skills already used successfully by teachers. It includes rationale, problems addressed, classroom procedures, research outcomes of cooperative learning in mathematics, as well as roles for the teacher, and delegation of authority, norms and roles for students.

        일본의 전후 재벌의 해체와 벤처창업붐 : IMF 이후 우리의 구조조정에 시사하는 점

        After the Second World War, zaibatus(the financial clique of big monopoly enterprises) in Japan were separated forcefully by the General Head Quarters. However, the forced separation allowed the establishment of professional management system and formulation of many new venture businesses started by the discharged workers of big monopoly enterprises. These new Japanese enterprises with the help of worldwide economic prosperity after the Second World War quickly emerged as competitive big enterprises in the world, elevating the economic competitiveness of Japan as a nation. In the 1960's Korea had pursued the economic development drive policy, centered around big monopoly enterprises. For some time big businesses played a leading role in the rapid economic development of Korea. However, with the preferential treatment by the government, monopoly enterprises extended businesses into many areas, with a loose management. As the nation joined WTO and OECD, monopoly enterprises entered the era of free competition with international businesses, facing bankruptcy if not successful on restructuring efforts. The case of Japanese restructuring, even though it is dated and also forced by the allied forces, will show us some significant implications, as we face the urgent need for Jaebols' restructuring.

        사고를 요하는 수학적 문제풀이의 이론적 고찰

        This paper is about doing, understanding, and teaching mathematical problem solving. The goal of this study is to explain what goes in students'heads as they face with mathematical tasks of some complexity. First we describe the outlines of two major Categories which are central parts of theoretical framework for examining mathematical behaviors. And then we go in detail. the one is the Resources, which is the storage of mathematical knowledges possessed by the individual : what he knows, How he can use it. The other is the Heuristics, which is in general the strategies and techeniques for making progress on difficult problems as thumb rules of successful problem solving examined by G.Po´lya. Here we explore the nature of such strategies and the kinds of the knowledges which are in fact necessary for strategy performance.

        기존의 자동차 조향장치의 토처센서(touque sensor)는 유압식에 의한 방식을 적용하고 있다. 그러나, 본 연구는 유압식 토크측정을 대신하여 전통파워스티어링(EPS)라 불리우는 새로운 조향장치에서 주어진 토크에 의한 토크센서의 응력해석을 통해 토크센서의 응답특성을 파악하고, 이를 이용하여 토크센서형상을 설계하는 데 연구 목적이 있다 본 연구는 유한요소법을 이용하여 형상설계된 새로운 형상의 토오크센서를 개발하는데 목적을 두었으며 토오크센서에 대한 세부요소형성, 분석, 후처리프로그램을 개발하였다 토오크센서의 형상을 분석대상으로 하였기 때문에 대칭형으로 구성된 센서의 1/2형상만을 고려하였다.본 연구를 통하여 고속회전하는 샤프트의 토오크제어를 수행하는 센서를 설계하기 위하여 별도의 고가의 투자없이도 PC에서 운영될 수 있는 설계전용 소프트웨어를 개발하였다 The oil-presure type torque sensor has been adopted in steering system of major automobiles However, it has been well known that this type of torque sensor needed many subcomponents and produced inaccurate responses This paper intends to suggest new type of torque sensor based on the shape design by using finite element. A dedicated mesh generation, analysis and post result display program has been developed. As for the shape design purpose, the half shape of torque sensor is considered The result of this study has shown that the design automation for precise torque sensor for control of high velocity rotation shaft can be achieved without any expensive investment to the design software

        Escherichia coli RY13 were cultivated in Nutrient broth at 37℃ and mutagenized with Nitrosoguanidine. From the mutagenized cells, 47 auxotrophic mutants were selected. Four mutants out of 47 auxotrophs did not require any amino acids at all, but 43 mutants out of them required all kinds of amino acids.

      • 테트라히드로디시크로펜타디엔의 아다만탄으로의 전위반응에 대한 금속희토류교환 제올라이트 촉매의 활성과 선택성

        Bifunctional catalysts metals on supported on Y zeolite exchanged by rare-earth ion (RE*), have high catalystic activity for the synthesis of adamantane from tetrahydrocyclopentadiene(TCD) in the presence of hydrogen and hydrogen chloride. These catalysts were prepared by the impregnation of metal salts with RE-Y zeolite. Their activity was measured by the batch reactor system. The TCD conversion consists of two reactions, the rearrangement of TCD to adamantane and hydrocracking to ring opening products(C??H?? isomer). No tarry materials were produced in the TCD conversion over bifunctional catalysts in the presence of hydrogen. The activity of metals supported on RE-Y for hydrocracking of TCD varied in proportion to the %d character of the metals. While for the rearrangement, it was independent of the %d character of the metals. In the case of a binary system of platinium and Rhenium the maximum activity for both reaction was observed at Re/(re+Pt) = 0.24. Furthermore poisoning by atomic sulfure on a bifunctional catalyst, the activity for the hydrocracking of TCD was depressed.
