The article proposes a methodical approach to assessing the innovative capacity of agri-food enterprises. This approach is based on the calculation of personnel, investment, technical and technological, information components of the ability of agri-food enterprises to innovate. The algorithm of search of production, intellectual, financial, information resources reserves, which are necessary for functioning of the enterprises of agro-food sphere, is defined. The approach developed by the authors, in contrast to the existing ones in the scientific world, allows the tools of mathematical modeling to identify shortcomings in the development of agri-food enterprises, to forecast the development of these enterprises and on this basis to form different models of market stakeholders. The method proposed by the authors to assess the innovative capacity of agri-food enterprises allows market participants to assess the current state of agri-food enterprises and form the necessary management levers to influence its activities to eliminate market failures and pitfalls.

The article is devoted to the sacred text of reverence of Altai in the Oirat old written language. The purpose of the article is a scientific introduction of the Buddhist text reflecting ancient beliefs of the Western Mongols, associated with the worshipping of nature and widely represented in the folklore of the Mongolian people. The text, which talks of Tengri (spirit-gods) encoded information not only about spirit-masters of different (forest and steppe) areas, but also about the part of “The Altai Mountains” occupying western part of Mongolia, home of the lyricist offering incense to Altai.

Potentially toxic diatoms Pseudo-nitzschia calliantha and P. fraudulenta were found in bottle samples of phytoplankton collected in Amurskii Bay (East/Japan Sea) and in the coastal waters of Sakhalin Island (East/Japan Sea and Sea of Okhotsk) in different seasons during 2002-2006. The mass development of these species occurred in October and November 2002 at water temperatures of $6-16^{\circ}C$ and salinities of 28.8-33.5 PSU. The highest concentrations of P. calliantha and P. fraudulenta were about $2{\times}10^5\;cells\;L^{-1}$ and $1.5{\times}10^5\;cells\;L^{-1}$, respectively. P. fraudulenta was found for the first time in the Russian waters of the East/Japan Sea. Morphological descriptions of these species based on observation with light and electron microscopy and information on their ecology are presented. Data on the geographical distribution of these species are supplemented.

Two new genera of red algae, Madagascaria erythrocladioides West et Zuccarello and Pseudoerythrocladia kornmannii West et Kikuchi (Erythropeltidales, Compsopogonophyceae, Rhodophyta), were previously described using molecular analysis and confocal microscopy of isolates in laboratory culture. We examined the ultrastructure of both genera to compare with ultrastructure of other members of the class Compsopogonophyceae. Both genera had Golgi bodies not associated with mitochondria and chloroplasts with a peripheral encircling thylakoid similar to all other members of the class studied thus far. Confocal autofluorescence images showed that Madagascaria has a single round central pyrenoid while Pseudoerythrocladia has no pyrenoid. Our electron microscopic work confirms these initial observations. Tables and keys are presented that assist in interpreting cellular details of genera in the class Compsopogonophyceae.
Microwave Radiation Effects on the Process of Escherichia coli Cultivation

Modern biotechnological industries have been attempting to improve the efficiency of bacterial strain cultivation. Millimeter wave electromagnetic radiation can have a varied influence on E. coli cultivation processes. The results of the study revealed that when a microwave radiation of low intensity is applied to positively adjust the conditions for the accumulation of bacterial culture biomass, a significant role is played not only by radiation parameters, but also by concomitant biological factors, which influence the reproducibility of the cultivation process and help obtain a useful biotechnological effect. The authors suggest a model that can be used to study the molecular mechanisms underlying the changes in the buildup of E. coli biomass under the influence of electromagnetic radiation.

The qualitative and quantitative composition of the phytoplankton of the coastal waters off Vladivostok during the period 1991-1994 was studied. The following trends in the phytoplankton composition with decreasing distance from the source of eutrophication were revealed: 1) total density and bio-mass increased; 2) the density of the diatom Skeletonema costatum, which reflects a decrease in the Shannon-Weaver species diversity index during the summer microalgal bloom, increased significantly; and 3) the density of the non-diatom component of the phytoplankton increased.
Droplet Spreading and Wettability of Abrasive Processed Aluminum Alloy Surfaces

One of the main cause of a droplet metastable state is found to be surface roughness. This state is characterized by a largecontact angle hysteresis and condition when the static contact angle is larger than the advancing dynamic contact angle. Besides the texture, other factors can influence the deviation from the equilibrium state, in particular, the fluid flow rate (thegrowth rate of a droplet) affecting the contact line speed. An experimental study was done to determine the effect of roughnessand fluid flow rate on wetting of aluminum-magnesium alloy surfaces with random roughness processed by abrasivepolishing. Three-dimensional roughness parameters were used to evaluate their texture. The correlations between theseparameters, static, advancing and receding dynamic contact angles, hysteresis, and contact line speed were obtained. Themolecular-kinetic theory of wetting was used to interpret the dynamic contact angle data.
