        손 끝 온도변화가 젊은 성인의 다중 손가락 동작에 미치는 효과

        Objective: This study examined the effects of stimulating fingertip temperature on the patterns of force sharing and stability properties during multi-finger force production tasks. Method: 9 adult subjects (male: 3, female: 6, age: $26.11{\pm}4.01yrs$, height: $169.22{\pm}5.97cm$, weight: $61.44{\pm}11.27kg$) participated in this study. The experiment consisted of three blocks: 1) maximal voluntary contraction (MVC) task, 2) single-finger ramp task to quantify enslaving (i.e., unintended force production by non-task fingers), and 3) 12 trials of multi-finger steady-state force production task at 20% MVC. There were three temperature conditions including body-temperature (i.e., control condition), $40^{\circ}C$, and $43^{\circ}C$, and the stimulation was given to the index finger only for all experimental conditions. Results: There were no significant differences in the MVC forces, enslaving, and the accuracy of performance during the steady-state task between the conditions. However, the share of stimulated index finger force increased with the index fingertip temperature, while the share of middle finger force decreased. Also, the coefficient of variation of both index and middle finger forces over repetitive trials increased with the index fingertip temperature. Under the framework of the uncontrolled manifold (UCM) hypothesis used to quantify indices of multi-finger synergies (i.e., stability property) stabilizing total force during the steady-state task, the two variance components within the UCM analysis increased together with the fingertip temperature, while no changes in the synergy indices between the conditions. Conclusion: The current results showed that fingertip temperature stimulation only to index finger does not affect to muscle force production capability of multi-finger, independence of individual fingers, and force production accuracy by the involvement of all four fingers. The effect of fingertip temperature on the sharing pattern and force variation may be due to diffuse reflex effects of the induced afferent activity on alpha-motoneuronal pools. However, the unchanged stability properties may be the reflection of the active error compensation strategies by non-stimulated finger actions.

        Dual Application of p-Nitrophenol Alkanoate-Based Assay for Soil Selection and Screening of Microbial Strains for Bioplastic Degradation

        With an increase in the commercialization of bioplastics, the importance of screening for plasticdegrading strains and microbes has emerged. Conventional methods for screening such strains are time-consuming and labor-intensive. Therefore, we suggest a method for quickly and effectively screening plastic-degrading microbial strains through dual esterase assays for soil and isolated strains, using p-nitrophenyl alkanoates as substrates. To select microbe-abundant soil, the total amount of phospholipid fatty acids (PLFAs) included in each soil sample was analyzed, and esterase assays were performed for each soil sample to compare the esterase activity of each soil. In addition, by analyzing the correlation coefficients and sensitivity between the amount of PLFAs and the degree of esterase activity according to the substrate, it was confirmed that substrate pNP-C2 is the most useful index for soil containing several microbes having esterase activity. In addition, esterase assays of the isolated strains allowed us to select the most active strain as the degrading strain, and 16S rRNA results confirmed that it was Bacillus sp. N04 showed the highest degradation activity for polybutylene succinate (PBS) as measured in liquid culture for 7 days, with a degradation yield of 99%. Furthermore, Bacillus sp. N04 showed degradation activity against various bioplastics. We propose the dual application of p-nitrophenyl alkanoates as an efficient method to first select the appropriate soil and then to screen for plastic-degrading strains in it, and conclude that pNP-C2 in particular, is a useful indicator.

      • Nanoscale reduction of resistivity and charge trap activities induced by carbon nanotubes embedded in metal thin films

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We mapped the nanoscale reduction of resistivity and noise source activities induced by metallic single walled carbon nanotubes (m-SWCNTs) embedded in gold thin films. In this method, current and noise maps of m-SWCNTs/gold hybrid thin films were recorded using a conducting probe in contact with the surface, and the maps were utilized to estimate the nanoscale variation of resistivity (<I>ρ</I>) and the density distribution of noise sources (<I>N</I> <SUB>eff</SUB>) generating electrical noises in the hybrid thin film. The m-SWCNTs/gold hybrid thin films with a 5 nm thick gold layer exhibited 300% improved conductivity compared to that of pristine gold thin films. Additionally, the regions with embedded m-SWCNTs showed significantly reduced noise source densities compared with pristine gold film regions. These results clearly show that embedded m-SWCNTs improve the conductivity and reduce electrical noises of metallic electrodes. Interestingly, we observed that the <I>ρ</I> and the <I>N</I> <SUB>eff</SUB> on both m-SWCNTs/gold hybrid and pristine gold regions exhibited a scaling behavior of <I>ρ</I> ∝ <I>N</I> <SUB>eff</SUB> <SUP>0.5</SUP>, implying the hopping charge conduction and noise characteristics of m-SWCNTs/gold hybrid films. Our works can be a useful guideline for the development of high performance electrodes based on CNTs.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

        가정폭력 피해여성의 취업경험에 관한 질적연구: 쉼터거주여성의 생애사건을 중심으로

        가정폭력은 피해여성의 취업경험에 다각도로 영향을 미칠 것으로 예측되나 이에 관한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가정폭력 쉼터에 거주하고 있는 여성 11인과의 질적면접을 바탕으로, 피해여성은 어떠한 취업경험을 가지고 있으며, 가정폭력은 그과정에서 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는지 살펴보았다. 분석결과에 따르면, 피해여성의 취업안정 성은 가정폭력으로 인해 직·간접적으로 침해 받았으며, 이러한 영향은 피해여성의 노동지위에 따라 다른 모습으로 발현되었다. 피해여성에게 취업활동의 의미는 각각의 맥락에서 다르게 나타났으며, 생애사건에 따른 피해여성의 취업경험은 비피해여성의 경험과 공통된 또한차별된 내용을 동시에 담고 있었다. 마지막으로 피해여성의 경제적 성장에 대한 가해자의 양 가감정을 통해 가해자의 가부장성을 엿볼 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 사회복지적 함의에 대해 논하였다. Domestic violence is recognized as one of important risk factors for women’s economic independence. However, little is known about the complex relationships among women, employment and domestic violence. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore employment experiences among battered women. Total 11 participants in this study were recruited through a domestic violence shelter, and a qualitative research method was used for analyses. The findings showed that battered women had been through economic violence, and it got worse over time, especially when they were vulnerable for pregnancy and childbearing. The harder battered women worked, the more economically irresponsible perpetrators were. Also, perpetrators blamed battered women for work and had ambivalence toward professional growth of battered women. Perpetrators’ attempts to harm battered women’s social reputation such as rumoring were continued even after women left for survive. Finally the study findings provide implications for researchers and professionals in social work to better understand battered women and their employment experiences.

      • 상사의 진성리더십이 조직학습지향성을 매개로 조직구성원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 기업의 조직구성원의 잠재적인 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 긍정적인 조직문화 형성을 목적으로, 진성리더십이 조직구성원의 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 그 과정에서 조직문화의 한 갈래로서 조직학습지향성의 매개효과를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구가설의 검증을 위해 국내 소재 기업에 종사하는 조직구성원 260명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다중회귀분석과 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하여 각 연구변인과의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 상사의 진성리더십이 조직 내 학습을 지향하는 문화인 조직학습지향성을 완전매개하여 조직구성원의 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 조직에서 상사의 진성리더십이 효과적으로 발휘되기 위하여 조직 차원에서 구성원이 학습에 몰입할 수 있는 학습친화적인 환경을 조성할 필요가 있으며 이를 통해 조직구성원이 조직에 진심으로 몰입하고 일체감을 느끼고 몰입할 수 있다는것이다. 조직의 학습지향적인 문화가 개인의 차원을 넘어 조직의 문화로 자리 잡는 다면 조직구성원들에게 새로운 지식, 정보, 기술을 유연하게 받아들일 수 있는 개방적인 자세를 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다. This study aimed to survey Korean companies and investigate the mediating effect of organizational learning orientation, which is a part of organizational culture, on the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational commitment for the purpose of creating a positive organizational culture where individuals can achieve their potential. This study surveyed employees of Korean companies, and a total of 260 copies of the questionnaire were distributed. The collected data were analysed by using the methods of multiple regression analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results of the survey and analysis were as follows. First, a dimension of authentic leadership, self󰠏awareness, and organizational learning orientation were significantly positively correlated. So, it needs to be prioritized to create a work environment where individuals can be committed to and have faith in their organization. As an HRD strategy to strengthen their affective commitment, organizations can create an environment where individuals can be committed to learning. To develop an organizational learning culture, various types of learning opportunities such as club activities can be provided. Organizational learning orientation should be positioned as an organization culture rather than an individual’s. It can improve the positive attitude of adopting new knowledge, information and technology to the members of the organization.

      • 중환자실 입원 환자의 욕창 예방을 위한 예방적 Dressing 적용 효과에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰

        Purpose: Pressure ulcer(PU) is big issue in nursing consistently. PU delays patients treatment and discharge. By analyze effects of foam dressing to prevent PU, recommands effective way of prevent incidence of PU. Methods: Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CINAHL) & PubMed were searched. Select Randomization Control Trial(RCT) research and review effects of researches. Result: Foam dressing was effective to prevent incidence of PUs in 4/4 researches. 1 research with film dressing was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Many variable can influence incidence of PU, condition and situation of patient is very diverse. For this reason analyze occurrences and influence factors of PU is very particular. Nonetheless prevention of PU is important problem in nursing.
