        스마트 기술을 활용한 콘텐츠 및 서비스 사례와 활성화 방안 연구 - 전시산업을 중심으로 -

        2016년, 세계경제포럼은 ‘4차 산업혁명’이라는 키워드를 꺼내며 그 시작을 알렸다. 이후 ‘4차 산업혁명’은 유행어처럼 회자되었고 사물인터넷(Internet of Things), ICT, 빅데이터와 같은 기술적인 부분과의 융합으로 새로운 혁신을 빠르게 진행하고 있다. 알파고와 이세돌의 바둑대결은 세계적인 이슈로 떠올랐으며 과거 SF 영화에서만 그려질 것 같았던 인공지능이 어느덧 현실로 다가왔음을 체감할 수 있게 되었다. 다양한 산업에서 스마트 기술이라는 명칭으로 콘텐츠 개발에 도입되기 시작하였고, 전시산업의 콘텐츠 및 서비스에 적용되고 있다. 이로써 관람객들이 느끼는 실재감과 상호작용성이 점차적으로 증진되고 있는데, 이는 관람객에게 새로운 경험을 제공하며 충분한 자극제가 되고 있다는 평가를 받고 있다. 이러한 현대 사회의 트렌드에 발맞추어 본 연구는 수많은 산업중 전시산업으로 한정하여 꾸준히 시도되고 있는 스마트 기술 활용을 다양한 사례를 중심으로 알아보고 활성화 방안에 대해 연구해보고자 한다. In 2016, the World Economic Forum announced its beginning by bringing out the keyword ‘fourth industrial revolution.’ Since then, the ‘fourth industrial revolution’ has been talked about like a buzzword, and new innovations are rapidly progressing with convergence with technological areas such as the Internet of Things, ICT and big data. The Go match between AlphaGo and Lee Se-dol has emerged as a global issue, and we can feel that artificial intelligence, which was likely to be portrayed only in SF movies in the past, has already become a reality. It has been introduced into content development under the name of smart technology in various industries and is applied to contents and services in exhibition industry. This gradually enhances the sense of reality and interactivity felt by visitors, which is said to provide new experiences for visitors and provide sufficient stimuli. In line with this trend in modern society, this study aims to find out about the use of smart technology, which has been steadily being attempted, limited to exhibition industries, and to study ways to revitalize it.

        Navigating the Conceptual Transformation of Triangular Cooperation: Emerging Trends and Strategic Values for International Development

        This study sets out to delve into the changing landscape of Triangular Cooperation (TrC) at the macroscopic level of international development cooperation by not only drawing attention to why TrC is changing and how these changes take place but also identifying what implications would be relevant in practice beyond the traditional development cooperation between the Global South and the Global North. To this end, this study seeks to draw attention to new innovative modalities of TrC via methodological pluralism by which we can collect all possible methods to identify alternative patterns of TrC under a changing landscape of international politics. Accordingly, it begins by discovering emerging trends in TrC-based development cooperation to ascertain the four key drivers fueling its transformation: ODA graduation, changes in South-South Cooperation, regionalization, and non-state actors. Following this analysis, it elaborates on how such trends have affected TrC’s modalities, substantiating these findings with real cases. Upon doing so, this study configures the implications posed by the traditional TrC model, conceptually aggregating and categorizing the findings to determine shared insights. Finally, it concludes by singling out common challenges associated with the lessons learned.

        Psychometric Properties of the Self-Report Version of the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire in Korea

        Objective-To examine the reliability and validity of the self-report Korean version of Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ-Kr) in the community sample. Methods-The SDQ-Kr was administered to a large sample of school children and adolescents (n=2814) and youth attendees of a psychiatric clinic (n=385) aged 11–16 years. To examine temporal stability, the same questionnaire was administered to a subsample of 167 school youths five to six weeks after the initial assessment. To examine the reliability, we calculated Cronbach’s alpha coefficients for internal consistency and Pearson’s correlations for test-retest stability. In order to evaluate the factorial structure of the SDQ-Kr items, we conducted an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) with varimax rotation. Finally, discriminant validity was examined by using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves employing the area under the curve (AUC) as an index of discriminant ability. Results-Although the internal consistency of some subscales of the SDQ-Kr was somewhat less satisfactory (alpha coefficients; 0.28–0.54) than the English original, coefficients for the total difficulties scores approached sufficient levels (coefficients; 0.69). Other psychometric properties including discriminant validity (AUC for total difficulties and four subscales >0.7) were comparable to those obtained in other language studies. Conclusion-The self-report SDQ-Kr exhibited a low level of reliability, indicating that some items need to be further evaluated and revised to improve the psychometric properties. We suggest that the total difficulties score could be used with more confidence for screening possible mental health problems in youths.

        Mobile Edge Computing for 6G Non-Terrestrial Networks: A Survey

        In order to provide high-speed, low-latency connectivity, 6G technology emerges as a promising solution, offering terahertz-frequency operation, ultra-low latency, and seamless integration with cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence, quantum computing and blockchain. In order to extend connectivity to remote regions, the integration of non-terrestrial networks (NTNs), including satellites and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), with 6G networks has become imperative. Moreover, the integration of mobile edge computing (MEC) into 6G terrestrial networks (TNs) and NTNs plays a crucial role in minimizing latency, optimizing backhaul traffic, and enhancing user experience by bringing computational resources closer to end-users. To this end, this paper presents various deployment scenarios for MEC servers, including base stations, UAVs, satellites, and gateways, and explores different user access scenarios for both TNs and NTNs. By providing a comprehensive overview of 6G TNs and NTNs, and their integration with MEC, this paper addresses existing research, tackles challenges, and outlines future directions to propel wireless communication and computing paradigms forward.

        Beneficial Effects of Sulforaphane on Diabetes and Its Complications via Both Nrf2-Dependent and Independent Mechanisms

        Sulforaphane (SFN) is a type of phytochemical found in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli. It belongs to the group of organosulfur compounds and is produced from glucoraphanin through the action of myrosinase when these vegetables are consumed. SFN is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which may have a positive effect on human health and disease. Type 2 diabetes, a chronic metabolic condition characterized by high blood sugar levels, is becoming increasingly common in modern societies worldwide. This disease can lead to complications that affect the functions of important organs like heart, kidneys, and eyes. In this review, we discuss the mechanisms by which SFN acts at the cellular and molecular levels and discuss its potential role in preventing the complications of type 2 diabetes.

        Development and Verification of Operation Management Tool for KASS

        In order to provide continuous Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) services, the operation organization should continuously and systematically perform operations, maintenance, and technical activities. All subsystems of KASS, all Line Replacement Units (LRUs), and Software Replacement Units (SWRUs) should be operated and maintained continuously. In order to effectively manage these activities, it is necessary to develop an Operation Management Tool (OMT). For this purpose, operation management, operation organization, and operation activities were defined. The defined requirements were divided into general, function, interface, and database for OMT development, and functions and decision-making procedures consisting of site/asset/trouble/work order/schedule management were designed. The OMT developed by reflecting the site and asset information as well as the design content met predefined requirements. The OMT will be actively used in actual KASS operation and will evolve by continuously reflecting the additional requirements of operators. Through this tool, KASS will support continuous service provision.
