        Korea commercial law of security on ship system has centrally regulated the maritime lien. The maritime lien has always taken priority over the ship mortgage. Both of them play an assistant role in shipping for maritime corporation and protect the creditors. But two systems have effected in the opposite direction. The more maritime lien applicants there are, the more the value of ship and also the function of the ship mortgage go down. It is a great fear that there are no public notice in the maritime lien so the maritime lien may suddenly be exercised when the mortgaged ship is in a business shipping. Although The ship mortgage is be appropriated to long-term ship financing like construction payment or raising operating funds. The maritime lien has bad influence on the role of ship mortgage. Moreover, it may hinder the maritime corporations and the national economical developments. The writer provides related improvement scheme for relieving these problems.

        한국인 및 중국 한족 정신분열병 환자의 5-HT2A 수용체 유전자 -1438A/G 다형성

        Objectives : The purpose of the present study was to investigate the association between -1438A/G polymorphism of 5-HT2A receptor gene and schizophrenia in Korean and Han Chinese population. Methods : A sample of 184 Korean patients with schizophrenia and 96 Korean healthy normal controls and 96 Han Chinese patients with schizophrenia and 96 Han-Chinese healthy normal controls were genotyped for a single nucleotide polymorphism with in 5-HT2A receptor gene (promoter region, A-1438G) by Msp I Resthction Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP). Results : There was no difference in allelic frequencies and genotype frequencies of -1438A/G polymorphism between Korean schizophrenics and controls (p=0.13) and Han Chinese schizophrenics and controls (p=0.40). Also, -1438A/G Poly-morphism did not show ethnical difference between Korean and Han Chinese controls. The Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS) scores showed no significant differences between genotypes of -1438A/G polymorphism in both of Korean and Han Chinese schizophrenics. Conclusion : These results suggest that -1438A/G polymorphism of the 5-HT2A receptor gene is not causally related to the development of schizophrenia in Korean and Han Chinese population, and there no ethnic difference between Korean and Han Chinese population.

      • TP53BP1 Regulates Chromosome Alignment and Spindle Bipolarity by Controlling MTOCs during Meiosis in Oocytes

        Meiotic oocytes lack classic centrosomes; therefore, bipolar-spindle assembly depends on the clustering of acentriolar microtubule-organizing centers (MTOCs) into two poles. Tumor suppressor P53-binding protein 1 (TP53BP1) is a known mediator in DNA damage response. Recent studies have revealed a new role of TP53BP1 in maintaining centrosome integrity in mitosis. However, the role of TP53BP1 in oocyte meiosis is unclear. Our results show that TP53BP1 participates in DNA damage responses in oocyte, as well as stablishment of chromosome alignment and spindle bipolarity by controlling the clustering of MTOCs during oocyte maturation. TP53BP1 was localized in the cytoplasm and concentrated around the spindle/chromosome region. Knockdown of TP53BP1 induced abnormal DNA damage response involving RAD51 and formation of γH2AX foci. TP53BP1 was also required for the clustering of MTOCs into two spindle poles during pro-meiosis I. Deletion of TP53BP1 induced perturbation in MTOC-localized Aurora Kinase A (AURKA). The knockdown of TP53BP1 induced microtubules to dis-attach from the kinetochores and increased the rate of aneuploidy. Taken together, our data show that TP53BP1 plays crucial roles in chromosome stability and spindle bipolarity during meiotic maturation by regulating the clustering of MTOCs.

      • Rad51 Maintains Chromosome Integrity and Mitochondria Distribution during Porcine Oocyte Maturing In Vitro

        DNA repair protein Rad51 homolog 1 (Rad51) plays a central role in Homologous recombination (HR) repair. HR depends on the formation of a Rad51 recombinase filament that facilitates strand invasion. However, whether Rad51 influences the porcine oocytes during maturation is unknown. The objective of this study is to investigate the expression and function of Rad51 during porcine oocytes maturing in vitro. Rad51 was mainly localized at the nuclear in the germinal vesicle (GV) stage and widely distributed in the cytoplasm form GV breakdown (GVBD) to MII stage. DNA damage inducing by the Etoposide was identified by the Rad51 foci formation which was localized with γH2AX. Inhibition of Rad51 increased the DNA damage, and induced metaphase I arrest with spindle defects, chromosomal misalignments and abnormal spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC) activity. Inhibition of Rad51 also increase ROS level and induced the abnormal mitochondrial distribution. Our results indicate that Rad51 play a critical role to maintain chromosome integrity as well as mitochondria activity during the porcine oocyte maturation.

        Research on responsible parties for shootings in the United States

        미국의 총기소지권은 헌법의 규정에 따라 미국국민에게 부여한 권리이다. 총격사건이 빈번히 발생함에 따라 총기소지권이 합법화한 배경 하에 미국사회는 총기관리에 관한 곤경에 처해있다. 이에 많은 학자들이 대상문제에 대한 심도 깊은 연구가 진행되었음에도 불구하고 총격사건 이후의 책임부담에 관한 문제의 논의는 아직까지 그 상황에 맞게 부각되지 않았다. 본 문에서는 현행 미국의 총기관리제도에 입각하여 총격사건의 책임주체를 명확하게 구분하였으며, 본 문에서 나열한 책임주체로는 크게 정부, 총기양도인(매도인 및 제조상), 사고지역(지점)관리자와 총기소지자(총격자)로 한정 하였다. 총격사고 책임문제에 관한 연구의 결과로는 첫째, 정부의 보상계획을 보완하고; 둘째, 총기제조상과 매도상의 총격사고에 관한 전문배상(보상)기금을 설립하고; 셋째, 총기양도 관련 법적규제를 보완 및 강화하고; 넷째, 사고지역 관리자의 합리적인 보장의무를 부여하여야 한다는 제안을 하였다. Gun rights are the constitutional rights that the US constitution allows American citizens to hold a gun. However, frequent occurrence of shootings reveals the dilemmas of gun controls under the background of the legalization of gun rights in American society. Many expects have studied further in this hot-bottom issue but none have referred to who should bear the responsibilities of the shootings. On the basis of the existing gun law, this article divides the responsible parties of the shootings, which are government, gun"s transferors, site managers and gun holders, and finally puts forward some suggestions on perfecting government compensation plan, setting up special funds on gun manufacturers and sellers, improving the laws of transferring guns and defining the reasonable safeguard obligation of the site manager.

        B2C 시장에서 기업 신뢰와 판매원 신뢰의 탐색적 연구

        본 연구는 B-to-B 관계에서 핵심 개념으로 연구되어온 신뢰를 B-to-C 시장으로 확장한 후, 북경과 상해를 대상으로 지역문화에 따라 신뢰역할이 어떻게 달라지는가를 탐색적으로 분석하였다. 신뢰는 그 대상에 따라 기업신뢰와 판매원신뢰로 구분한 후 각각의 대상 별 신뢰 차원이 충성도에 미치는 영향과 대상별 신뢰 간의 상호관계, 그리고대상별신뢰형성요인을실증하였다.분석결과, B-to-B관계에서 제시된 신뢰 효과는 B-to-C관계에서도 유사한 결과를 보여줌과 동시에 상이한 결과 또한 보여주고 있는것 으로나타났다. 이러한 결과에 대한 시사점과 향후 연구가 제시되었다. This paper is an exploratory examination of the impact of firm and its salesperson trust on loyalty in business-consumer relationship. Using data collected in Beijing and Shanghai in China, the authors test researchmodel froma comparative perspective of a cross-regional culture. Our results showthat like B-to-B relationship, firmtrust and salesperson trust in B-to-Cmarket have a central role in building loyalty. However, the factors that invoke the trust-building process and loyalty in B-to-C market differ from those of B-to-B relationship. The authors discuss the implications of the findings for customer relationship management and future research directions.
