      • Reducing the calculation of the linear complexities of -periodic sequences

Liyan zhu,ZhengQing Jiang 한국공학안전보건예술학회 2011 한국공학예술학회 논문지 Vol.3 No.-

We reduce the calculation of the linear complexity of the -periodic sequence under gcd(u,p) = 1 to the calculation of maximum of some linear complexities of -periodic sequences over Fp . And combining with the Berlekamp-Massy algorithm or generalized Games-Chan algorithm, we could efficiently compute the linear complexity of -periodic sequence. Thus we present an efficient and attractive algorithm for the calculation of the linear complexities of -periodic sequences.

Molecularly imprinted electrospun nanofibre membrane assisted stir bar sorptive extraction for trace analysis of sulfonamides from animal feeds

        Yahan Cui,Liyan Jiang,Huiyu Li,Di Meng,Yanhua Chen,Lan Ding,Yang Xu 한국공업화학회 2021 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.96 No.-

The widespread addition of sulfa antibiotics in feeds has long been an environment safety issue. Therefore, it is quite meaningful to constantly propose better solutions for determining the sulfaantibiotics in the environment. Herein, molecularly imprinted electrospun nanofibre membrane (MIM)assisted stir bar sorptive extraction method for the determination sulfonamides (SAs) in feed wasdeveloped. In this study, molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) werefirstly prepared via emulsionpolymerization using sulfamonomethoxine as template. Then, the morphology-controllable MIM wasobtained with MIPs-doping electro-spinning solution using electro-spinning technique. Next, MIM arecoated on the magnetic stir bar by heat-sealing. Finally, MIM coated stir bar was used for selectiveenrichment of SAs. The obtained MIM exhibited excellent class selectivity towards SAs (the selectivityfactor β is 2.3–2.7). The MIM coated stir bar can be directly applied to extract SAs from feed samples. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the detection limit of the method could reach 1.5 3.4 ng/g. And satisfactory recoveries ranging from 80 6% to 89 7% were achieved under all three spiked levelsfor determination of four SAs infive different feed samples. The present work not only offers insights todevelop magnetic stir bar using imprinted membrane, but also provides a new method for SAs extraction.

A Versatile Method to Construct Superhydrophobic Fabrics with Good Durability and Self-cleaning Performance

        Maiping Yang,WeiQu Liu,Liyan Liang,Chi Jiang,Yankun Xie,Hongyi Shi,Fengyuan Zhang,Ke Pi 한국섬유공학회 2020 Fibers and polymers Vol.21 No.8

In this paper, various fabrics with good self-cleaning performance were prepared via a facile dip-coating method. The fabrics composed with different fibers and woven techniques were firstly immersed in ZnO sol to increase the surfaceroughness, then dip-coated in fluoroalkylsilane (HFT) solution to reduce the surface energy. The coated fabric showedexcellent superhydrophobicity with a water contact angle (WCA) of 157.8 o and water shedding angle (WSA) of 5 o. Themorphologies and chemical compositions of prepared fabrics were observed with SEM, XPS and EDS. The obtained fabrickept stable water-repelling property in acidic and alkaline solutions, solvents and UV irradiation. Benefited from its high antiwaterability and photocatalysis function of ZnO, the coated fabric demonstrated excellent self-cleaning performance. Thisversatile approach of constructing superhydrophobic fabrics is attractive and could be large-scaled employed in industrialproduction process.

Comparison of cecal microbiota composition in hybrid pigs from two separate three-way crosses

        Yang, Yuting,Shen, Liyan,Gao, Huan,Ran, Jinming,Li, Xian,Jiang, Hengxin,Li, Xueyan,Cao, Zhenhui,Huang, Ying,Zhao, Sumei,Song, Chunlian,Pan, Hongbin Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2021 Animal Bioscience Vol.34 No.7

Objective: The intestinal microbiota plays an important role in host physiology, metabolism, immunity, and behavior. And host genetics could influence the gut microbiota of hybrid animals. The three-way cross model is commonly utilized in commercial pig production; however, the use of this model to analyse the gut microbial composition is rarely reported. Methods: Two three-way hybrid pigs were selected, with Saba pigs as the starting maternal pig: Duroc× (Berkshire×Saba) (DBS) pig, Berkshire×(Duroc×Saba) (BDS) pig. One hundred pigs of each model were reared from 35 days (d) to 210 d. The body weight or feed consumption of all pigs were recorded and their feed/gain (F/G) ratio was calculated. On day 210, 10 pigs from each three-way cross were selected for slaughter, and cecal chyme samples were collected for 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Results: The final body weight (FBW) and average daily gain (ADG) of DBS pigs were significantly higher than those of BDS pigs (p<0.05), while the F/G ratios of DBS pigs were significantly lower than those of BDS pigs (p<0.05). The dominant phyla in DBS and BDS pigs were Bacteroidetes (55.23% vs 59%, respectively) and Firmicutes (36.65% vs 34.86%, respectively) (p>0.05). At the genus level, the abundance of Prevotella, Roseburia, and Anaerovibrio in DBS pigs was significantly lower than in BDS pigs (p<0.01). The abundance of Eubacterium, Clostridium XI, Bacteroides, Methanomassiliicoccus, and Parabacteroides in DBS pigs was significantly higher than in BDS pigs (p<0.05). The FBWs and ADGs were positively correlated with Bacteroides, ClostridiumXI, and Parabacteroides but negatively correlated with the Prevotella, Prevotella/Bacteroides (P/B) ratio, Roseburia, and Anaerovibrio. Conclusion: These results indicated that host genetics affect the cecal microbiota composition and the porcine gut microbiota is associated with growth performance, thereby suggesting that gut microbiota composition may be a useful biomarker in porcine genetics and breeding.

Reverse Salient Pole Design of Interior Pole-changing Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

        Huimin Wang,Zhongyuan Hao,Xiangyi Li,Guokai Jiang,Liyan Guo 한국자기학회 2024 Journal of Magnetics Vol.29 No.1

In order to prevent the demagnetization of low coercivity permanent magnets, the pole-changing permanent magnet synchronous motor usually adopts Id=0 control strategy, which has the problems that the reluctance torque of the motor cannot be utilized and the torque density is low. In order to solve this problem, a new type of rotor reverse salient pole structure of pole-changing permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed in this paper. Based on the comparative analysis of the magnetic field distribution characteristics of the motor under different pole numbers, the common d-axis and q-axis magnetic path under 8-pole and 4-pole are planned, and then the winding inductance Ld>Lq under two pole numbers is realized by setting bar and arcmagnetic barriers and non-uniform reduction of air gap length. On this basis, the Taguchi method is used to set the parameters of the proposed structure, and the motor torque ripple is reduced under the premise of increasing the motor torque amplitude as much as possible under the 8-pole and 4-pole, and the optimal parameter combination of the proposed structure is determined. Through the FEA, it is verified that the motor can produce the maximum torque at the negative current angle before and after the pole change, so as to effectively utilize the reluctance torque, avoid the permanent magnet demagnetization and improve the torque density.

      • Impact of IL-2 and IL-2R SNPs on Proliferation and Tumor-killing Activity of Lymphokine-Activated Killer Cells from Healthy Chinese Blood Donors

        Li, Yan,Meng, Fan-Dong,Tian, Xin,Sui, Cheng-Guang,Liu, Yun-Peng,Jiang, You-Hong Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.18

One of the goals of tumor immunotherapy is to generate immune cells with potent anti-tumor activity through in vitro techniques using peripheral blood collected from patients. However, cancer patients generally have poor immunological function. Thus using patient T cells, which have reduced in vitro proliferative capabilities and less tumor cell killing activity to generate lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells, fails to achieve optimal clinical efficacy. Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a potent activating cytokine for both T cells and natural killer cells. Thus, this study aimed to identify optimal donors for allogeneic LAK cell immunotherapy based on single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in the IL-2 and IL-2R genes. IL-2 and IL-2R SNPs were analyzed using HRM-PCR. LAK cells were derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells by culturing with IL-2. The frequency and tumor-killing activity of LAK cells in each group were analyzed by flow cytometry and tumor cell killing assays, respectively. Regarding polymorphisms at IL-2-330 (rs2069762) T/G, LAK cells from GG donors had significantly greater proliferation, tumor-killing activity, and IFN-${\gamma}$ production than LAK cells from TT donors (P<0.05). Regarding polymorphisms at IL-2R rs2104286 A/G, LAK cell proliferation and tumor cell killing were significantly greater in LAK cells from AA donors than GG donors (P<0.05). These data suggest that either IL-2-330(rs2069762)T/G GG donors or IL-2R rs2104286 A/G AA donors are excellent candidates for allogeneic LAK cell immunotherapy.
