        한국어 중의적 ‘-고 있다’와 중국어 ‘在’, ‘着’의 대응 양상 연구

        In Korean several classes of verbs construct ambiguous sentences in the case of combining with ‘-go itda’. The two meanings of ‘-go itda’ are ‘progressive’ and ‘static’. We call the ‘-go itda’ of the former meaning ‘-go itda1’, and we name ‘-go itda’ of the latter meaning ‘-go itda2’. In this study we classified the verbs into 6 subclasses based on their meanings. The 5 subclasses are the taking & possession verbs, physical taking verbs, wearing verbs, pose verbs, opening & closing verbs. And the last subclass consists of just one verb ‘memorize’. The verbs among above 6 subclasses represent the ‘progressive’ meaning by combining with ‘-go itda1’ and reveal the ‘static’ meaning by combining with ‘-go itda2’ in Korean. Otherwise, in Chinese the verbs similar to the Korean verbs of 6 subclasses in meaning, don't produce ambiguous sentence. For in Chinese the aspectual meaning of ‘progressive’ is revealed through ‘在zai’ and that of ‘static’ is realized through ‘着zhe’. We can expect that Korean ‘-go itda1’ responds to ‘在zai’, and ‘-go itda2’ to ‘着zhe’ in Chinese. But it is not always applied to al lverbs. Most of the verbs in 6 subclasses show one-to-one responding, but several verbs correspond to one of them. We call the former group of verbs A class, and the latter group B class, and divided again the B class into 2, B1 and B2. ‘-Go itda1’ which corresponds with Chinese ‘在zai’ is the B1 Class, and ‘-go itda2’ which only corresponds with Chinese ‘着zhe’ is the B2 class. ‘Memorize’ and ‘strip’ are in the B1 class, pose verbs are in the B2 class, the rests are in the A class. And we dealt with the topic of getting rid of ambiguity in the ‘-go itda’ construction.

        With the rapid development of national economy, the demand for electricity is more intense. There is a new demand for the security, reliability and applicability of the power distribution system. The power distribution system is an important component of power systems. It plays an important role in connecting power production and users. Now the most important problem is nonlinear combinatorial optimization in large-scale mixed lines and how to reconfigure the distribution network. However, by deeply analyzing and studying immune particle swarm optimization, the mathematical model of distribution network reconfiguration is established. By coding the characteristics of closed-loop design and open-loop operation, it aims to reduce the consumption of network, balance the grid load, eliminate the current overload and achieve the ultimate goal of improving the power supply reliability.

      • The Applied Research on the Optimization of Distribution Network Topological Structure Configuration Model

        With the rapid growth of the economy and the increasing improvement of life, the large electricity consumption gradually intensifies power grid transmission pressure. In order to solve this problem, the paper analyses the trend of tremendous development in computer, electronic and electric power technology and makes a deep related research. Based on the further analysis of key technologies, the author sets constraint conditions, analyzes the supporting effect, and establishes an optimal configuration model with multiple purposes for distribution network topological structure. On the basis of the minimal module ideal point algorithm, the over all planning is conducted through deep consideration to assure the further optimal configuration of the model. Then the value will be calculated by using the POS algorithm. At last, four optimization plans are obtained and the fourth one whose weight value can be adjusted is chosen to achieve automation and the more rationalized and optimal development of the distribution network topological structure. In addition, this optimal plan provides a stronger basis of theory to the practical application of related work and industries.

        Analysis of microbiomes in three traditional starters and volatile components of the Chinese rice wines

        To understand the effect of microbial communityon the flavor of fermented rice wine, microbiomes inthree traditional starters (CMQ, NBQ, and YCQ) fromdifferent origins for making Chinese rice wines wereevaluated and the volatile components of their rice wineswere compared. The results showed that the dominantgenera in CMQ were Pantoea, Bacillus, Rhizopus, andCandida, the dominant microorganisms in NBQ were Pediococcus,Lactobacillus, Acetobacter, Weissella, Bacillus,Rhizopus, Candida, and Aspergillus, the dominantmicroorganisms in YCQ were Pediococcus, Lactobacillus,Leuconostoc, Weissella, Lactococcus, Ochrobactrum,Rhizopus, and Mucor. There were significant differences insensory properties of the wines brewed by three starters. Although the major aroma components were benzyl alcohol,2-octanone, benzoic acid, and phenethyl acetate, eachrice wine had its own main aroma components include1-octanol, 1-pentanol, ethyl acetate, etc. The resultsshowed that the different microbial communities in starterresults in the significant difference of the aroma componentsin its fermented rice wine.

      • Multi-target Tracking Algorithm Based on TLD under Dynamic Background

        The tracking of multi-target under dynamic background is a challenging issue in computer vision. We improve TLD algorithm by introducing multi-threading mechanism to expand the number of the tracking targets. Thus the excellent framework of TLD for accurate long-time single target tracking is kept, and the tracking of multiple moving targets is realized at the same time. The time cost of tracking also reduces effectively by this algorithm to meet the real-time demand in many dynamic scenes.

        Long Non-Coding RNA CCAT1 Acts as a Competing Endogenous RNA to Regulate Cell Growth and Differentiation in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

        Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in multiple cellular events, as well as in tumorigenesis. Colon cance-rassociated transcript-1 (CCAT1) gene encodes an lncRNA whose over-activation was observed in an expanding list of primary human solid tumors and tumor cell lines, however its biological roles in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) has not been reported yet at present. In this study, the aberrant upregulation of CCAT1 was detected in French-American-British M4 and M5 subtypes of adult AML patients. By gain- and loss-of-function analysis, we determined that CCAT1 repressed monocytic differentiation and promoted cell growth of HL-60 by sequestering tumor suppressive miR-155. Accordingly, a significant decrease in miR-155 level was detected in AML patients. Reintroduction of miR-155 into HL-60 cells restored monocytic maturation and repressed cell proliferation. Furthermore, CCAT1 could up-regulated c-Myc via its competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) activity on miR-155. In conclusion, these results revealed new mechanism of lncRNA CCAT1 in AML development, and suggested that the manipulation of CCAT1 expression could serve as a potential strategy in AML therapy.

        Genome wide methylation analysis to uncover genes related to recurrent pregnancy loss

        Background Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) refers to two or more consecutive spontaneous abortion before 24 weeks of gestation, representing 1% of couples of childbearing age. Epigenetic factors including dysregulation of DNA methylation of some genes may play a role in RPL. Objective To identify RPL related genes modulated by DNA methylation expressed in decidua and blood. Methods Three decidua samples each from RPL patients and normal controls were recruited to perform genome-wide bisulfte sequencing (GWBS) and transcriptome sequencing. Based on the above results, 22.52 kb of diferential methylation regions (DMRs) from 17 genes were verifed by bisulfte sequencing PCR at specifc region (Hi-MethylSeq) in another 15 decidua (7RPL vs. 8 Controls) and 13 blood (5RPL vs. 8 Controls) samples. Results 23 genes showed signifcantly diferential cytosine methylation status and distinct expression level between PRL patients and healthy controls synergistically. Three signaling pathways were found to be shared between genes with both hypomethylated diferential methylation regions (DMR) and upregulated diferential gene expression (DGE). The results from Hi-MethylSeq showed that the hypermethylation of SGK1 in both blood and decidua samples in RPL patients, which was consistent to its lower expression in endometrium reported earlier. SGK3 and CREB5 also showed modulated methylation level in RPL decidua. Conclusion Our fnding supported that aberrant methylation of SGK1 and CREB5 could be a cause of the dysregulation of these gens in the endometrium, which is one of cause of reproductive failure. The function of SGK3 in reproduction system deserves further investigation.

        Identification and functional prediction of long non-coding RNAs related to skeletal muscle development in Duroc pigs

        Objective: The growth of pigs involves multiple regulatory mechanisms, and modern molecular breeding techniques can be used to understand the skeletal muscle growth and development to promote the selection process of pigs. This study aims to explore candidate lncRNAs and mRNAs related to skeletal muscle growth and development among Duroc pigs with different average daily gain (ADG). Methods: A total of 8 pigs were selected and divided into two groups: H group (high-ADG) and L group (low-ADG). And followed by whole transcriptome sequencing to identify differentially expressed (DE) lncRNAs and mRNAs. Results: In RNA-seq, 703 DE mRNAs (263 up-regulated and 440 down-regulated) and 74 DE lncRNAs (45 up-regulated and 29 down-regulated) were identified. In addition, 1,418 Transcription factors (TFs) were found. Compared with mRNAs, lncRNAs had fewer exons, shorter transcript length and open reading frame length. DE mRNAs and DE lncRNAs can form 417 lncRNA-mRNA pairs (antisense, cis and trans). DE mRNAs and target genes of lncRNAs were enriched in cellular processes, biological regulation, and regulation of biological processes. In addition, quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis was used to detect the functions of DE mRNAs and lncRNAs, the most of DE mRNAs and target genes of lncRNAs were enriched in QTLs related to growth traits and skeletal muscle development. In single-nucleotide polymorphism/insertion-deletion (SNP/INDEL) analysis, 1,081,182 SNP and 131,721 INDEL were found, and transition was more than transversion. Over 60% of percentage were skipped exon events among alternative splicing events. Conclusion: The results showed that different ADG among Duroc pigs with the same diet maybe due to the DE mRNAs and DE lncRNAs related to skeletal muscle growth and development.         한국어 실력이 왕초보인 박사과정 유학생의 학업적응에 관한 내러티브 탐구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the narrative of academic adaptation of Korean Zero-based International Doctoral Students. Through the analysis of the data which were collected by in-depth interviews and Internet communication to understand the status of the sub-factors such as learning motivation, learning behavior, school facility utilization and school program participation, personal stress, and satisfaction with academic achievement of Academic Adaptation. As a result, we can know the participants have less personal economic stress and have satisfaction with academic achievement. But they have some problems about the other sub-factors. In order to solve this problems and help them to adapt their academic adaptation well, we offer some suggestions for individual, school, and government. 본 연구는 한국어 실력이 왕초보인 박사과정 유학생의 학업적응에 대한 내러티브 탐구이다. 심층 인터뷰와 인터넷 통신의 방식으로 자료를 수집하여 학습동기, 학습행동, 학교 시설이용도 및 학교 프로그램의 참여도, 개인적 스트레스, 학업성취도에 대한 만족도 등 하위 요인의 측면에서 학업적응의 현황을 분석하였다. 연구를 통해서 참여자들은 개인적인 경제 스트레스가 크지 않고 학업성취도에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타나는 반면, 다른 하위 요인 때문에 다소간의 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 어려움을 해결하고 더 질 높은 적응을 기대하며, 개인, 학교, 정보 등 3가지의 측면에서 제안하였다.

        Effects of TLR9/NF-κB on oxidative stress and inflammation in IPEC-J2 cells

        Background: Oxidative stress is one of the most important factors affecting large-scale breeding, especially the performance of pigs. Oxidative stress plays a role by affecting various genes in pigs, which can cause serious body damage, functional degradation and reduce production performance. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Toll like receptor 9 (TLR9) pathway on IPEC-J2 cells under oxidative stress and to provide reference for the growth development of Dapulian pigs. Methods: In this study, Diquat was used as a source of oxidative stress to study the effects on Dapulian pigs by detecting relevant indicators. Then the IPEC-J2 cells were selected to verify the TLR9 signaling pathway in oxidative stress. Results: Compared with the control group, superoxide dismutase (SOD) in experimental group decreased significantly, malondialdehyde (MDA) was significantly increased, accompanied by inflammatory reaction, and inflammatory factors were significantly increased in the experimental group. Oxidative stress model was constructed by H2O2 incubating IPEC-J2 cells. The interference and overexpression vectors of TLR9 and myeloid differentiation primary response protein 88 (MyD88) were constructed to detect the activity of antioxidant enzymes and related proteins. The results showed that overexpression of TLR9 enhanced the activity of antioxidant enzymes, decreased the secretion of inflammatory factors, and decreased the activity of MDA,reactive oxygen species (ROS); the results were opposite after TLR9 interference. This study also showed that H2O2 can activate the nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) pathway and promote the translocation of NF-κB into the nucleus. After co-transfection with TLR9 and MyD88, the results showed that TLR9 regulated the expression of NF-κB through MyD88. Conclusion: The study showed that TLR9 pathway had a significant positive effect on antioxidant.
