In this paper, firstly, we look into the current states of domestic logistics related systems including packaging, loading/unloading, transportation, pallet, container, storage equipments and information systems. From the analyzed results, we present individual standardization issues and schemes for each part of logistics relaxed system.

New methodology to evaluate the complex odor phenomenon was investigated, as called SA-ASTM(Sensor Aided ASTM ) syringe method. Specially we studied on the standardization of non-odorous air which is very important procedure in measuring odorous gas including our SA-ASTM syringe method. We examined the odor sensor value of standard hydrogen sulfide gas and non-odorous air made with ambient and cylinder air. The decision coefficient between H2S concentration and odor sensor value showed 0.992, and correlation formula between olfactory odor degree(Y) and odor sensor value(X) was Y =0.0039log(X) -0.4129. Also, it appeared that it was not appropriate to use ambient air itself because the odor level of ambient air varies with time, site, and situation. Instead we concluded that it was very effective for making the non-odorous air to use the cylinder air with traps which are composed of water, vacant tube, silicagel, charcoal vessels. The analysis results of odor samples by SA-ASTM syringe method using non-odorous air of this study explained the odor threshold and odor intensity well, which is the basic characteristics of odor and necessary data to use the odor dispersion model.
Short time dynamics of water coalescence on a flat water pool

<P>Coalescence is an important hydrodynamic event that frequently takes place in nature as well as in industry. Here we provide an experimental study on short time dynamics of water coalescence, particularly when a water droplet comes in contact with a flat water surface, by utilizing high-resolution high-penetration ultrafast X-ray microscopy. Our results demonstrate a possibility that an extreme curvature difference between a drop and a flat surface can significantly modify the hydrodynamics of water coalescence, which is unexpected in the existing theory. We suggest a plausible explanation for why coalescence can be modified by an extreme curvature difference. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.</P>

The objectives of this study are to examine combustion characteristics of E.V.A. and rubber wastes by fixed-bed incinerator. The results are as follows; 1. Combustion temperature with time rises rapidly, and mass of E.V.A. reduces at short time in E.V.A. combustion. 2. In variation of air-fuel ratio(m), the ideal values of m of E.V.A. and rubber are 2.5, 1.5 respectively. 3. Mixed-waste combustion is more economic than single E.V.A. combustion, because we can get high combustion efficiency(94.58∼99.44%) at 2.0 air-fuel ratio of mixed-waste combustion. 4. Removal efficiencies of SO₂at cooling tower are 16.67∼21.28%. 5. The combustion efficiencies vary within the range of 94.58∼99.50% according to the experimental conditions.
Effect of Sowing Date and Plant Density on Yield of Rapeseed in Autumn Sowing

In autumn, to determine the optimal planting date and plant density of rapeseed in southern areas of Korea, Yudal variety for autumn sowing, the highest yielding variety was grown under three different planting dates and five different plant densities. Yield components such as plant height, ear length, number of seedling stand per m², number of branches and pod length were highest at the plots with Sep. 30 of planting date and 30/20 cm drilling of plant density. Yield of seed, oil and 1,000 grains weight were highest at the Sep.30 of planting date and 30/20 cm drilling of plant density. Judging from the results reported above, at optimum planting date and plant density of rapeseed seemed to be Sep.30 of planting date and 30/20cm plant density in autumn sowing.

Reforming the insurance scheme for herbal drugs in the National Health Insurance is a long-cherished desire for Korean Medicine doctors. Because most Korean Medicine doctors distrust the quality of existing insured herbal drugs, which are powdered mixes of each herbal extract, the use and the expenditure of insured herbal drugs have been decreased in the last ten years. To address this, it has been demanded to insure the composite type of herbal preparation, which is the extracted powder of the whole prescription, to the benefit coverage for herbal drugs. Many stake holders, however, have so far been unable to reach an agreement on this. In this situation, Sasang Constitutional prescriptions are expected to make a breach of insuring the composite herbal preparations, because some of them were approved as prescription drugs in 1999. In this review, I discussed the problems of insured herbal drugs, the necessity of insuring the composite herbal preparations and Sasang Constitutional prescriptions, and the tasks of Sasang Constitutional Society to insure them.

자연 언어 처리에서 가장 먼저 극복해야 할 문제는 중의성 해결에 있다. 중의성은 형태 중의성, 품사 중의성 그리고 의미 중의성으로 분류되며, 그 중 형태 중의성은 가장 먼저 해결되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 형태 중의성을 해결하기 위해서 대형 말뭉치로부터 형태 중의성을 갖는 말마디들을 추출하고, 추출된 각 말마디의 용례를 말뭉치로 부터 분석하여 형태 중의성 해결에 필요한 정보를 산출한다. 또한 산출된 정보를 형태소 분석 과정에서 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 사전을 설계함으로써 형태 중의성의 해결을 시도하였다.
미국의 보완대체의학 제도와 정책 - 면허제도와 의료보험급여를 중심으로 -

In recent decades, as the utilization of complementary and alternative medicine in the United State have been growing rapidly, regulatory controls surrounding complementary and alternative medicine(CAM) aims to ensure patient protection against unproven practices and to provide safe and effective treatments. Regulation and policy method on licensing CAM practitioners varies across the states. Over 85% of the states have the licensing system for acupuncturists, chiropractors, and naturopaths. For acupuncture, although the requirements for formal education are various across the states, a unified written examination has been adopted by almost entire states which have acupuncturist licensing law. Medicare, the public medical insurance, does not cover CAM practices except chiropractic and biofeedback. In some states, however, Medicaid programs cover some CAM therapies including acupuncture, naturopathy, and massage therapy. 67% of Health Maintenance Organizations, the private health plans, provide at least one modality of CAM services. In conclusion, government policies have been strengthened to ensure patient protection, and will continue to integrate CAM practices that are proven to be safe and effective into mainstream health care system.
