This paper aims at exploring the effective technique to analyze and synthesize the discrete feedback problem. It is particularly concerned with the robust guaranteed cost sampled fuzzy control problem of uncertain stochastic T-S fuzzy systems. Firstly, we propose the improved hybrid modeling technique to cope with sampled control input so that the premise mismatching problem of the stochastic fuzzy systems and fuzzy controllers can be well solved. Then, we provide the improved time-varying Lyapunov function method to analyze the remodeled special stochastic fuzzy impulsive problems which the spectral radius of impulsive gains are not less than 1. With this method, the control synthesis problem can be addressed rather than given the control gains in former hybrid modeling results. Finally, a numerical experiment is used to verify the effectiveness of our results. From the simulation results, we see that the hybrid modeling technique can get larger upper bound of the sampling intervals than results in existing modeling technique.

Jie Li,Yuting Yin,Shuqi Li,Jizhong Zhang 대한기계학회 2013 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.27 No.6
In this paper, the mathematical model of the flow filed in centrifugal compressor of turbocharger was studied. Based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), performance curves and parameter distributions of the compressor were obtained from the 3-D numerical simulation by using CFX. Meanwhile, the influences of grid number and distribution on compressor performance were investigated, and numerical calculation method was analyzed and validated, through combining with test data. The results obtained show the increase of the grid number has little influence on compressor performance while the grid number of single-passage is above 300,000. The results also show that the numerical calculation mass flow rate of compressor choke situation has a good consistent with test results, and the maximum difference of the diffuser exit pressure between simulation and experiment decrease to 3.5% with the assumption of 6kPa additional total pressure loss at compressor inlet. The numerical simulation method in this paper can be used to predict compressor performance, and the difference of total pressure ratio between calculation and test is less than 7%, and the total-to-total efficiency also have a good consistent with test.

Neutrophils are the earliest master inflammatory regulator cells recruited to target tissues after direct infection or injury. Although inflammatory factors are present in muscle that has been indirectly disturbed by peripheral nerve injury, whether neutrophils are present and play a role in the associated inflammatory process remains unclear. Here, intravital imaging analysis using spinning-disk confocal intravital microscopy was employed to dynamically identify neutrophils in denervated muscle. Slice digital scanning and 3D-view reconstruction analyses demonstrated that neutrophils escape from vessels and migrate into denervated muscle tissue. Analyses using reactive oxygen species (ROS) inhibitors and flow cytometry demonstrated that enhanced ROS activate neutrophils after denervation. Transcriptome analysis revealed that the vast majority of neutrophils in denervated muscle were of the CXCR2 subtype and were recruited by CXCL1. Most of these cells gradually disappeared within 1 week via P53-mediated apoptosis. Experiments using specific blockers confirmed that neutrophils slow the process of denervated muscle atrophy. Collectively, these results indicate that activated neutrophils are recruited via chemotaxis to muscle tissue that has been indirectly damaged by denervation, where they function in delaying atrophy.

Monitoring and Evaluation of Artificial Ground Freezing in Metro Tunnel Construction-A Case Study
Qixiang Yan,Wang Wu,Chuan Zhang,Shuqi Ma,Yuanping Li 대한토목학회 2019 KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering Vol.23 No.5
The turn-back tunnel of Guangzhou Metro Line 3 Tianhe Station with a large span was excavated in sandy clay which may easily break and disintegrate. The artificial ground freezing (AGF) technique was used to stabilize the soil and to prevent its collapse during excavations. Most of the existing theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on the AGF technique are purely based on a couple of assumptions, which are not able to produce accurate predictions. It would be more accurate for the AGF analysis to include the field monitoring. In this study, the coupled method of the field monitoring, the analytical formula, and the numerical method is used to evaluate the thickness and average temperature of the frozen zone. Field monitoring was conducted to measure the temperature of the brine and the ground. Analytical formula was used to compute the thickness and the average temperature of the frozen zone. Numerical simulation is also carried out to predict the thickness and the temperature field of the frozen zone. According to the analytical and numerical analysis, the computed thickness and average temperature of the frozen zone meet the designed requirements of the project, which are further confirmed by the successful excavation of the tunnel. This indicates that the coupled method used in this paper is reliable and would be helpful for the AGF application in practical engineering.

Corrosion release behavior of Alloy 690 in high-temperature water was investigated under the conditionsof injected Zn concentrations of 0 ppb, 10 ppb and 50 ppb. A protective oxide film composed of Zn(FexCr1-x)2O4 and Cr2O3 was formed with Zn injection, resulting in a better corrosion resistance. In comparisonwith the Zn-free condition, the corrosion release rate under the Zn-injection conditions was smaller. Thecorrosion release inhibiting factors were 1.7 and 1.9 under the conditions of 10 ppb and 50 ppb Zninjectionrespectively. A foreseen application of the corrosion and corrosion release rates has beenproposed and discussed.
Patterns and drivers of Vibrio isolates phylogenetic diversity in the Beibu Gulf, China
Chen Xing,Du Hong,Chen Si,Li Xiaoli,Zhao Huaxian,Xu Qiangsheng,Tang Jinli,Jiang Gonglingxia,Zou Shuqi,Dong Ke,Adams Jonathan M.,Li Nan,Jiang Chengjian 한국미생물학회 2020 The journal of microbiology Vol.58 No.12
Members of the genus Vibrio are ubiquitous in aquatic environments and can be found either in a culturable or a viable but nonculturable (VBNC) state. Despite widespread concerns as to how to define the occurrence and dynamics of Vibrio populations by culture-independent approaches, further physiological research and relevant biotechnological developments will require the isolation and cultivation of the microbes from various environments. The present work provides data and perspectives on our understanding of culturable Vibrio community structure and diversity in the Beibu Gulf. Finally, we isolated 1,037 strains of Vibrio from 45 samples and identified 18 different species. Vibrio alginolyticus, V. cyclitrophicus, V. tasmaniensis, V. brasiliensis, and V. splendidus were the dominant species that had regional distribution characteristics. The correlation between the quantitative distribution and community structure of culturable Vibrio and environmental factors varied with the Vibrio species and geographical locations. Among them, salinity, nitrogen, and phosphorus were the main factors affecting the diversity of culturable Vibrio. These results help to fill a knowledge gap on Vibrio diversity and provide data for predicting and controlling pathogenic Vibrio outbreaks in the Beibu Gulf.
