病態動物에서 Oxytetracyclite과 Ethambutol의 利用效率에 關한 硏究

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the bioavailability of oxytetracycline and ethambutol in pathological rats and rabbits pretreated with carbon tetrachloride and mercuric chloride. The results are as follows; The absorption of oxytetracycline and ethambutol were decreased in rats damaged liver and kidney as compared with those of normal rats. Especially, absorption ofoxytetracycline and ethambutol in rats damaged liver were more decreased than those of rats damaged kidney. Blood level of oxytetracycline and ethambutol administered orally were mostly decreased significantly in rabbits damaged kidney and liver, and in rabbits severly damaged kidney, the blood level of oxytetrcycline was not significant at4 to 6 hours. Urinary clearance of oxytetracycline and ethambutol in rabbits severely demaged kidney were inhibited at 5 to 6 hours, but in rabbits demaged liver. Hepatic clearance of oxytetracycline and ethambutol were accelerated in rabbits damaged kidney but in rabbits damaged liver. The absorption of oxytetracyeline and ethambutol were inhibited by combination of carbon tetrachloride and mercuric chloride.

Optimized design of insulated container must be suitable considered to maintain and control the temperature because the time of taking fresh food or medicine is generally affected by the city and weather, but it is important to maintain at least 72 hrs. In this paper, insulated container with latent heat material(LHM) is fabricated and experimented for a temperature controlled in the range of 2~8 ℃ for 72 hrs. Furthermore, heat transfer distribution inside container with LHM is simulated by the COMSOL Multiphysics with variable thickness of insulation panel to design of the container with suitable thickness of insulation panel. As a result, the method for fabricating an optimal insulation structure through simulation for optimizing heat transfer characteristics was considered.

Objectives: In March 2023, an alternative school in the Republic of Korea reported 12 cases of shigellosis. This study aims to analyze the epidemiological characteristics in order to determine the cause of the cluster outbreak of shigellosis and to develop prevention strategies.Methods: This study focused on 12 patients with confirmed Shigella infection and investigated their demographics, clinical features, epidemiology, diagnostics, and antimicrobial susceptibility. Following the identification of Shigella, we conducted follow-up rectal smear cultures to manage patients, implementing isolation and control measures.Results: This study investigated the emergence of multidrug-resistant Shigella following missionary activities in Cambodia, documenting a cluster infection within an alternative school in Daejeon, the Republic of Korea. The outbreak affected 56 participants, resulting in the confirmation of 12 cases. The incidence rates varied by gender and occupation, with higher rates among males and teachers. All 12 cases demonstrated multidrug resistance. Challenges included delayed pathogen confirmation and suboptimal adherence to isolation criteria. The incident prompted revisions in the criteria for isolation release, focusing on symptom resolution. The study underscores the necessity for strengthened surveillance, educational initiatives focusing on prevention in endemic areas, and improved oversight of unlicensed educational establishments.Conclusion: Successful response strategies included swift situation assessment, collaborative efforts, effective infection control measures, and modified criteria for isolation release. Continued surveillance of multidrug-resistant strains is recommended, especially in regions with a high prevalence.

This study analyzed business ecosystems in 4 case regions(Yeongdong, Seocheon, Sunchang, and Hadong) that carry forward the regional $6^{th}$ industrialization. The analysis aimed to draw implications to build a healthy ecosystem for the sustainable development of the regional $6^{th}$ industrialization. As a result of the analysis, 4 districts show different characteristics for their growth stages, and these results provide implications for policy directions for the development of the regional industry. The following basic direction was set for the sustainable regional $6^{th}$ industrialization based on the healthy ecosystem. First, policy support should be differentiated by considering each region's growth stage. Second, to improve the regional innovation capacity, it is needed to lay the foundation continually and strengthen diverse support for it. Third, a stronger and efficient implementation system is necessary for the regional $6^{th}$ industrialization.
