Objective : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical effect of the non-pharmacological anti-hypertension method, acupuncture, for hypertensive patients. Methods : 26 patients diagnosed with hypertension were each treated by one of three methods: an anti-hypertension drug(adalat soft capsule), venepuncture, and acupuncture. In cases of rising blood pressure, patients were treated by their one of the three methods, and blood pressure was measured at regular intervals. Result : As for the group of acupuncture treated patients on Young-gol(ling-gu) and Gang-ap-hyul(jiang-ya-xue), readings dropped 18.0mmHg in systolic blood pressure and 6.50mmHg in diastolic blood pressure. This was a greater effect than that seen in the venepuncture treated patients. Blood pressure checked one hour after acupuncture treatment showed a greater difference than blood pressure checked after thirty minutes. Conclusion : Safe reductions in blood pressure were observed through the non-pharmacological method of acupuncture on Young-gol(ling-gu) and Gang-ap-hyul(Jiang-ya-xue).

The photocatalytic decomposition of methylene blue was investigated using UV-illuminated TiO2 catalysts. The primarily forcuses were to develope the solar reactors for wastewater treatment and improve the photocatalyst activity. The effects of pH, initial concentration of reactant, reactor type, and catalyst on the decomposition rate of the methlyene blue were explored. P-25 TiO2 catalysts resulted in the better performance on the rates of photodecomposition compared to Hombikat TiO2. The initial concentrations of MB were not significantly affected to the rate of photocatalytic decomposition. The decomposition of methylence blue was achieved at reasonably hihg conversion (95%) at pH=5

In this paper the author examined the telephone charge policy systematically and intended to find out the problems and present the disirable direction of its development. The main points this paper dealt with are as follows : In chapter 1, the necessity of this study, its contents, and its aims are presented as the introduction. In chapter 2, the author classified The charges of the domestic telephone charge policy before and after 1980, and then analysed and examined them, using the table composed of three parts of subscription fee, basic charge and call charge. In chapter 3, the author compared and examined the telephone charges of foreign countries, and then checked our county's phase and presented the direction of improvement. In chapter 4, which dealt with the problems of the telephone charge policy and the direction of its development, the author analysed synthetically them to establish a rational telephone charge system and efficient telephone change structure in the decision of the telephone charge policy of the 21st century, comparing and analysisng 1)The differences of the call charge between a local call and an auto-of-town call, and also between nations 2)Basic charge 3)subscription fee 4)discount rate The problems of the telephone charge policy and the direction of its development are as follows : 1) nationwide single charge 2) welfare call charge policy 3) simplification of charge control system 4) policy of cost oriented charge.

의료사고를 둘러싼 분쟁의 수가 급격히 늘어나고 있다. 9개 국립대병원의 의료분쟁소송건수는 2003년부터 매년 증가추세에 있는데, 서울대병원만 보더라도 2003년 5건이었던 소송건수가 2004년 14건, 2005년 18건 등으로 늘었다. 그리고 최근에는 다름 아닌 의료법 에 설명의무를 명문화하려는 움직임이 있었고 이를 둘러싸고 갈등을 보이고 있다.

행동수정요법과 유산소운동이 중년기비만 여성의 혈청지질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the effect of the aerobics exercise and combined with behavior modification therapy on blood lipids level in obese middle-aged women. The 32 obese middle-aged women volunteers over 30% BMI were assigned to the aerobic exercise group(n=8), behavior modification therapy group(n=8), and aerobics exercise and combined with behavior modification therapy(n=8) or to a control group(n=8). To achieve presribed intervention for 16weeks, the experiment groups was bicycle ergometer and behavior modification therapy. Related materials were analyzed through one-way ANOVA, twoway ANOVA, and SNK-Test by using SPSS 10.0/PC+. The results of TC, TG, LDL-C, and % TC/HDL-C was significant decreased in experimental group, and the control group was no significant differences. Four groups were significant differences except to TG and the changes of HDL-C was significant increased in experimental group, and the control group was no significant differences. Four groups were significant differences. In conclusion, this study provides evidence that aerobic exercise, behavior modification, and aerobics exercise & combined with behavior modification is effective in changing blood lipids level in obese middle-agd women during 16 weeks.

GMDSS의 導入을 위한 海上通信制度의 改善方向에 관한 考察

In this paper, we tried to analysis of current maritime communication system and examined necessity of improvement of regulations that based on the international trends of IMO. For the purpose of present the GMDSS of maritime communication system in future, we tried to examine and analysis about conception, characteristics, function, facilities of communication system and enforcement planning of GMDSS, etc. There are many problems awaiting solution of current form, and improvement in new maritime communication system. The new propositions that we hays described are as follow ; 1. The current of maritime communication system. 1) Safe and agreeable environment. 2) Effectual service of maritime economic activity. 3) Safe and agreeable recreation. 2. Configuration of the maritime communication system. 1) The establishment of unitary GMDSS maritime communication system. 2) Construction for the high level of maritime communication network. 3. In this paper, A part of radio administration law were studied in the comparison with RR of ITC and foreign law concerned and analyzed it. As the result, I proposed the amendments of radio administration law as follows: 1.To make agreement of unity between the concerned ITC and RR about radio waves. 2.To amend the definition of terms used in radio administration law to compare and analyze with the domestic and foreign law concerned. 3.To make the rules of the scientific legal administration respected right of a people about the permission and cancellation of radio station. 4.To comepsate the imperfection of the radio administrative remedy systems and to attempt the better improvement for the democracy of radio administration.
